Got quoted price of $1,900 for work I needed, without price of inspection that i also needed. Said there were 5 major issues and would not pass unless we paid to fix them.. Got 2 other garages opinions, both said only $800 for everything..ONLY need a ball joint to pass.. Jaks LIED to take advantage bc it is stimuluse check time. WOMEN dont go alone! He will rip u off! He was lying to me to get money.

Dude on the phone was extremely rude. Just asking simple basic questions about what they would do, and if they would put a exhaust on my car if I brought it with me. I’ll take my business down the street.

Quick and beautiful service. Technician showed us the problem laid out options and once we decided which way to go, went straight to work. Honest and fair.

Extremely rude. Went for a estimate for a custom exhaust. Apparently custom exhaust systems are outlawed for post 1975 vehicles. Was intended that I should of known the exact Federal and state requirements for passenger car emission systems. Was polite only asking for a cat back system. Guy got a very foul mouth when I asked basic questions. Maybe dont offer custom exhaust in your services? Wasted 2 hours of my time in travel what should of cleanly been said over the phone. BY LAW WE CAN ONLY REPLACE FACTORY OEM EXHAUST.

Stay away from this place. It took nearly 2 hours for them to do an alignment on my car. They even test drove it without asking, and my alignment is still wrong!! Ive never in my life seen such a bad job. What a joke!
