This dealership, along with the entire staff, are extremely cordial, knowledgeable, & experienced. It is truly a family atmosphere, as you are treated with total respect, along with zero pressure. I also picked up an item from parts while there and deferred another item to another day when it could be combined with something else on order. Do not use this service center. They are deceptive in their wording when requesting any estimate with all approximate final values TO include all taxes. This dispute of semantics of wording, left my truck hidden and with flattened tires for almost 2 years and received multiple body damages from the improper storing of my vehicle and use of the bed of the truck as a dumpster by the facilities staff. Upon emergent collection of my vehicle I had to have the truck broken back into as the battery was fully dead and the lock not functional. With the vehicle having to be towed away and evaluated for other damages.

I made two separate appointments and both times I was assured over the phone I could drop the car off and a loaner would be available.The first time it happened Pat said there wasnt a record of the request so I waited, completely turning my day upside down, while the work was done. I figured it was a one time mistake and I could get on with my life.The second time, after waiting nearly three weeks for a follow up appointment that I had to initiate, the person over the phone assured me it wouldnt happen again and how she confirmed everything with Pat at the time of the appointment. When I showed up at 8am for the drop off there wasnt a car available, of course, and Pat said that no one had ever talked to him about a loaner. He didnt seam the least bit surprised or upset about the mix up suggesting this must be a regular thing for the service department. It completely restructured my day for the second time and Ive pretty much had it.Im never going back and Im never again going to consider a Chevrolet.

We came in looking for a Chevy Equinox. Nothing too fancy. The car was for my wife. Mark Lutz showed us one and sent us on a test ride. It was not comfortable for my wife so we explained that to him when we got back. He asked us about our price range and showed us a Buick Encore. Ellen really liked it and it was even less expensive. We purchased it on the spot. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and professional. I am definitely glad we came to Rossi Chevrolet.

Best experience ever!!! I’ve been on the market for a new vehicle for the past 3 months without any luck. Every time Something caught my eye I had to deal with some rough characters. That was until I spoke with Sandy. I saw the vehicle online that seemed too good to be true. I had my concerns because I always make my purchases locally plus all the out of state purchase attempts have been a nightmare. Clearly car was never tested on our way home bad noise from the passenger rear wheel that you installed a bearing. I had to stop on interstate 78 to take off the wheel. I found that the back plate was bent and the caliper bolts were only hand tight. Not what I expected from Rossi

2010 GMC Terrain - Problem: Trailer lights not working.Rossi had my lights working within a few hours. Other local dealerships didn’t know how to program the BCM to recognize trailer attachment. They claimed it wasn’t possible. This could’ve ended in costly, unnecessary labor if not taken to Rossi! Thanks.

It would take just the right salesman to get me to somehow purchase a car last Saturday. I had no need for a new car, didnt look at any other cars and have never personally owned a Chevy. Stephaney was the service advisor who greeted me upon arrival. I tried to check in from the service app but noticed that there was a $79.00 charge for the service, so I had to speak to her. This was my first complimentary service visit. She advised me that was the normal charge for the service but this one was complimentary. I only had about 1900 miles on the vehicle after 12 months. I didnt think they would rotate the tires but she told me they would along with the other included services. My truck had 200 miles on it when it was delivered as it was driven in from Delaware. Due to Covid and knee surgery I had not driven the truck very much but when it was delivered I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight when driving. Holding the wheel straight would drive the vehicle off the road to the right. It wasnt much but I was concerned and it was annoying. She told me that they would check the wheel alignment. When the service was completed she showed me that I was correct that the wheels were out of alignment and that there was no charge to fix it. Even though there was only 1900 miles on it I had it a year and I thought they might charge me to correct the problem but they didnt. My truck was even washed after the service. I went back to Rossi for my first service even though the dealership is not close to my home. I feel that they gave me a could price on the truck without any hassle or numbers games, so I wanted to have them service the truck. I am glad I did and would definitely go back to them if I need another vehicle. Stephaney even showed me the oil monitor on the dashboard for future reference.

Sales was all nice when they knew the truck I was looking at until I mentioned that I me and my wife were both first responders, all of a sudden they would not sell out of state, and would not recognize the discount. This dealer should absolutely ashamed of their business practice and how they slapped all front line workers and disrespected them!!!! Hope others read this and take their interest elsewhere, especially those that are out there helping others on the front lines, stay safe and stay away from this dealership

Sales was fine no complaint. Service on the other hand is a different story. First the wrecked the door on our 2020 GMC Denali 3500 while attempting to do a wheel alignment. We got it back and the alignment was off in the other direction. They replaced the wrong taillight that was scratched upon delivery. Then the second time it was there for a defect in paint. We got it back filthy dirty and with rubbing compound all over it. One would think if you spent $82,000 on a truck in June that you would at least get could good service. This is not the dealership to go to.

Brought my 2017 Silverado In for a brake recall. Got a software update and a new vaccum pump and belt at no charge. It fixed my problem. I had a communications issue which required bringing it back for a second time which was a pain but they made good and fixed my truck for free so thats whats important in the end. I would use them again.

The car buying process was extremely easy, starting with my first contact with the dealership. I was able to email the specifications for the car I wanted and they found the exact car and arranged for it to be brought to the dealership. I was able to text pictures of my documents and fill out the credit application online which meant, once my car was on the lot, I was able to complete the car buying process in less than 1 hour. The mechanics at Rossi Chevrolet are incompetent or dishonest or both. About a year ago, I took our one year old 2019 Chevy Trax in for service because of a mechanical problem with the front end of the vehicle. There was an obvious problem with the vehicle causing excessive tire wear. The new cooper tires, rated for 60 thousand miles, were worn down to the steal belts, with approximately 20 thousand miles of use. The mechanics treated me like a fool, and said that we must have hit a pot whole, as if the car has no suspension, and we should have rotated the tires. They charged me for a wheel alignment and new tires.A year later, with no surprise, the new tires, after 20 thousand miles look as if we ran the Daytona 500 on them. The dealer claims there is nothing wrong with the front end and that high tire pressure was the cause of the problem. The tires in question, are rated at 35 psi COLD. I just drove there, so the tires were warm. They gave the HIGH TIRE PRESSURE as an excuse at 39 and 43 psi WARM. Even a novice mechanic knows that tires should be measured cold and warm tires will always have increased tire pressure. Not to mention the fact that low tire pressure is attributed to minor tire wear and slightly high tire pressure is not attributed to tire wear at all! Therefore, it is clear that the mechanics dont know what is wrong with this car. Neither do I, but with almost 30 years of driving experience, car ownership and personal car maintenance, I know that cars dont eat tires every 20 thousand miles. I was not surprised when the dealer recommended that we have the alignment done again! and buy two new tires!Second problem on this same service appointment: I request a new key fab, as my wife lost one set. The price was quoted on the phone as $88. Then I get a bill for $176! They said they had to program the key fab, but never told me that I had to pay for this service. Anyone can get instructions on you tube and in 30 mins or less program their own key fab. I never would have agreed for this service if, especially if I expected them to charge me $80 for it. Nonetheless, I have learned my lesson, and I will never step foot in Rossi Chevrolet again.I have purchased 6 new Chevrolets since 2006, 2006 Silverado, 2010 Silverado, 2012 Camaro SS, 2016 Trax, 2019 Trax and 2019 Silverado. I purchase a new vehicle every 3 to 4 years tops. Going forward, I will be rethinking brand choice thanks to the incompetence of Rossi Chevrolets service department and their failure to stand behind the warrant of a new vehicle.

I bought a car here a few days ago and the salespeople are very honest and not pushy at all. My type of car at other dealers would have cost me a lot more (I did an online search). VERY DISAPPOINTED.. Rossi GM CARES MORE ABOUT THE SALE THAN DOING WHAT IS RIGHT! I recently purchased a used 2012 Silverado with 47000 miles. Less than 2 1/2 months after my purchase, the transmission on the truck failed. After reaching out multiple times and getting no call backs, for days, I finally was able to get in touch with an owner, who explained there is nothing they can do (except possibly get me parts at a lesser price than my personal mechanic which would have been a total savings of about 50-100 dollars :/ )Rossi GM left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel deceived. I would shop around and think twice about buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I had my oil changed under my purchase agreement. When finished, the service department associate gave me a list of items that they recommended be done. One item happened to be a leaking radiator, which I found a little odd. I know I had brought up in an earlier visit that the radiator would smoke on occasion, especially on damp days. I was told nothing was wrong. Now, as my warranty has expired, the first visit reveals a leaking radiator.
