All of the employees were very unfriendly, no one said a single thing when I entered. Watched my every move and followed me around to make sure I didn’t steal anything, I don’t like being labeled as soon as I walk into a store.

Great experience and team at the shop. It was my first time shopping there and everyone made me feel welcome and I found a couple things to take home.

They will follow you around the store ferociously and it’s hard to tell who works there or not. is the guy on the steps an employee or just some blocking the way of seeing the store. they also take your id before you go in the store but will leave the ids unsecured just sitting out in the open. which seems likes a liability and a great way to get your info stolen perhaps.just shop online. customers who would pay a lot of money here don’t want to be treated like criminals in the process of doing so. it’s cringe and they were like this before they got robbed as well. management doesn’t realize they have created their own bad karma.

Terribly runned business. Customer service is awful, took my payment, but couldnt fulfill my order. No compensation for my time wasted.

Horrible experience. Owner of the store is absolutely rude if he doesn’t think you fit the vibe of the place. He was only interested in talking to his friends and ignored my friend when he asked the owner what the stores top brand was. DO NOT GO HERe.

The short dyke lady is very rude and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure she’s the reason the store got looted. Never going back. First time going and terrible experience

Great addition to H Street (and DC overall). High-end street wear shop, with friendly, knowledgable staff and some of the better clothing brands currently on the market. This is the type of store that is usually found in major metropolitan areas (Darkside Initiative in SF, Saint Alfred in Chicago, etc.) that has been sorely missing in DC, for the most part. They carry top-notch gear from the likes of Stone Island, A.P.C., Gosha Rubchinskiy, and other stylish brands. Im very pleased that this spot is now nearby.
