✨ Big fan of Columbia gear, (shoes, packs, kids winter coats & gear). I previously purchased a pair of mens hiking mid-height shoes, though not the right fit. I did not wear them. The retailer did not end up restocking a better size for me in that exact shoe. Though ~close to the return policy cutoff, the staff helped me find an alternative shoe in my size and handled an even exchange. Couldnt be happier. Thank you. Wearing them now! Will def return. Went in to look for a new Columbia jacket for my Dad because the zipper on his broke. The store manager reminded me that Columbia has a lifetime warranty on their products and directed me to the website, which I did that evening and got a return authorization from them. I ended up buying a new pair of waterproof hiking boots for myself, which I have needed, because they were a good price plus I was able to use the Tanger 20% coupon! The managers and associates have always been great at this store!

Excellent place, excellent prices, excellent sales............Most of the stuff youd have never found on Columbias website. The apparel you find here is made specifically for retail stores like Target, Kohls, Macys etc by Columbia and is overstock of products made.Quality apparel for sure............ Cant go wrong here.

Great store to shop at, bought my new current winter ski jacket, gator and a super warm fleeced throw there. Tons of outdoor equipment. Only thing that I dont understand is if you go to the Columbia website to research and find something you may not find it in the store and vice versa as a lot of the names and products are different.

Good prices, but the staff has to keep the inventory organized. There were a lot of open boxes of shoes on the floor. Some shoes were not stocked properly.

They have great prices, and their shoes are very comfortable and great if you are on your feet for a long period of time.

I love Columbia. I have been buying their stuff for a while. My family hikes a lot and we are always looking for activewear that suits us. My husband loves the Omni shirts. BUT Im not a fan of the Tanger store. I didnt know about the rewards program until the last time I was in and finally signed up (would have been nice to know when I bought my $300 coat). They gave me a coupon for 20 off 100. I was out today and forgot the coupon. I had $120 in clothing I was going to buy and asked I forgot my coupon. Can I bring in the receipt and the coupon on Monday to adjust it? The manager wouldnt promise to do that and acted like I was asking the unthinkable. I put everything back but the shirts I grabbed for my husband because their werent many left in those colors. I probably wont get the things for me. Happy mothers day to me :/ I would rather not shop at a store that does not care about its customers. I was going to buy myself an omni shade shirt but Ill just stick with my Khul shirts from REI, because REI has never done that to me.

I found some of the discount signs difficult to determine what item the discount was for. Very little options for ski pants.
