Don’t shop here or especially don’t shop via the website!! They will swindle you like they swindled me! Took a month to receive my order and the quality and fit were terrible! Seemed like the expensive dress I ordered was made in China. I returned the dress immediately and two months later I still have not received a refund. Good luck to anyone who does shop here.

Great quality clothing and accessories also great customer service. I had an item arrive damaged. I called and got a very pleasant woman immediately who said she’d ship out a new one the same day. It doesn’t get any better. Thank you!

Multiple times I have placed an order with Tuckernuck it has taken at minimum 2 weeks with some orders taking up to a month... would not recommend shopping with them. All their competitors can figure out how to ship things at a much quicker speed, and Tuckernuck doesnt carry anything their competitors dont. I placed an order June 12th called customer service today and they said the order should ship beginning of this week still could not give me a timeline. Then I asked to cancel and they said they werent sure they could do that either.... not helpful. They keep blaming the delays on their warehouse.. but once again something their competitors dont have an issue with? shop elsewhere

Ordered a dress April 1, 2021. It finally arrived more than a month later, after I called to check on it, but was an XXS which might have fit a small child. I checked their website, and the right size was shown in stock. Returned the dress within two days to be exchanged for the proper size, and they acknowledged via email that it was on the way back to them on May 3, 2021, advising that I would be charged a $5 return shipping charge on this $203.04 purchase. A refund of $198.04 was received on June 6, 2021. On June 21, 2021, having received no information about the exchange, I called, was on hold for seven minutes, then was told that the dress is not now in stock and that their policy is not to convey that information to their customers, even if the dress comes back in stock. At least I got a partial refund. They are also flooding my inbox with emails. Very disappointed.

Order not delivered a week after ordering the gift for a family members birthday. Im bummed it wont get there on time. I should have relied on Nordstrom or a bigger name store to handle my order.

I purchased dresses from the sent them back and never received my refund. I have called, emailed reported them to my credit card company and still nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
