Take a picture of what you drop off at this place and a picture of who took possession of your things... everyone who works here 3 males has NO ideal of what the other one promised or has done on your equipment. I have to involve my attorney to get my charger back for my 17 inch Dell and when they loss your stuff Im told well you signed a paper that you had 30 days and it doesnt matter if your waiting on parts have your stuff out of there before 30 days or be smart DONT GO HERE... Talked to Jeff today about trouble I was having. He fixed it over the phone. He got into the computer by remote. Damn, what a good place to do business and he knew what he was doing. I had this computer in the store earlier this year and they only charged me $70 to clean and remove some stuff. EXCELLENT.

This team was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. I needed an old AV composite cable and I didnt feel like ordering one online. I called around and Reboot had what I was looking for.
