These folks are very courteous and technically superior. After having one Laptop repaired, I took a second one there with a wired problem. Chris spent some time walking ng me through what was the cause and was very well versed on my wierd problem.Ill be going back any time I need parts or have a problem!

Only went there once to get a small laptop repaired. Person working there was very honest with us about the laptop. He explained it was not going to be worth being repaired that we could buy a refurbished one for less. So that is what we did. It came with a warranty and saved us a few hundred dollars. We really appreciated it! He gave me and my wife a complimentary t-shirt with the company name on it and also an extra battery. Was a great experience!!

Chris did a great job taking the virus and spyware off my computer. He was patient with me when I had to bring the computer back b/c I didnt understand something, and I was upset that I couldnt figure it out. It was my error, and he showed me a better way to operate the computer. It has been running really well ever since he repaired it. He even added anti-virus software for me. They also offer reasonable prices.
