Have been going to washington for the knights of Columbus drawing for approximately 2 years always stop at chuckles just north of downtown for gas and snacks !!!! Last night we got there just about 30 minutes before drawing got my gas and some chips the place was totally packed inside !!! So I park near the car wash out of the way and the manager at chuckles starts patrolling parking lot she was very rude she walks up to my vehicle and in a loud tone tells me that this place is private property and if I’m here for the drawing I need to leave I explained to her that I just got gas and that my girl friend was inside buying snacks she told me to make sure I leave as soon as she gets out. I watched them have a tow truck pull one vehicle out of the parking lot.. this is a poor way to treat customers there was absolutely no one blocking pumps or the car wash.traffic was moving in and out and the place was doing good business and 3 employees out in parking lot telling people to leave while the line inside was backed up with one check out line. The drawing was worth 2.5 million and obviously chuckles does not like the business that the knights of Columbus draws in so I will never stop there again and will never spend another penny at and chuckles I see and neither will anyone eles I know. This location in Washington is very dirty and the people who were working at 6:30 pm 10-6-18 were very rude and obnoxious no reason for these people to be this way no one was out of line but don’t worry I won’t trespass in your property again !!!!

Horrible experience ordering pizza over the phone. Woman was very obviously pissed to do anything. Complained about coworkers and was not friendly at all.
