Stopped in on the way to Sand Hollow. Not too busy when I visited which was really nice. I was able to get some gas, snacks and a few fountain drinks and went on my way quickly. The gas price was pretty awesome compare to other places, really happy about that. It was such a great little corner store with friendly staff. Its definitely very convenient and helpful for people who are on the road.

Cashier was impressively rude. Went to buy some bags of ice and specified that I wanted the cube ice and not the block. She said they were all the same price and then muttered something like even 4-year-olds know that. I told her I didnt need a receipt after she rang the purchase up, and she said loudly, I didnt ask if you did! I guess it was too blatant to feel insulting. I might go again just for the entertainment, but the manager needs some serious quality control.

Super rude cashier, muttering offensive language about me under her breath. Never had to experience such horrible service and I feel bad for the other pleasant people working with her.

First off I love this place, my wife grew up right up the road and me and her have been going there since we were kids. My father in law goes there daily as well as my uncle. But there’s one particular staff member that doesn’t belong. I believe her name is Rosario a Hispanic lady that should not work with people. I would advise staying away during night shift. This woman needs to be fired.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I live near by and have had multiple bad experiences with customer service here. The night shift especially. Tonight, I was craving something sweet but they were out of what I had my mind on. I decided to think of something else to fill my craving. After about 2 minutes of browsing I was approached by a staff member to please stop browsing the store and to stand in one place because I was bothering her by walking around. I honestly thought she was joking. After I tried being nice to explain why I was taking my time she fired back at me with rude comebacks and horrible customer service. She wasted no time making fun and belittling me to her co-worker and other customers in the store on my way out. I will never be returning the this establishment. Worst customer service experience ever.

Decent place, nice people, but needs some serious upgrades. Very dated location.

Great place to get in and out fast. One of the only places to get FREE AIR for tires and such. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Honestly prefer first stop to other convenience stores because of the staff. I allways feel welcomed and treated quite well. Just an all around great local businesses, thats really part of the local community

This is one of the very few convenience stires in the immediate area. Not a restaurant or retail store. Today I found the bathroom locked because people use the bathroom and not always buy things. You have list my business and I will share my experience about how people are treated

This place is the best for snacks! Their car wash is pretty good and the staff is great. I stop here all the time for snacks and fuel.

If you dont like first stop, you must have a lot of problems. Rhonda is awesome. And so are all the other staff.

I go there for quick service and its always clean.

I have never reviewed before but I have been going here for 9 years and one time I bring my ice coffee cup in the main manager tells me I cant use it when I just saw couple people do the same and they watched me bring it in and waited tell I got to the counter to tell me

Rude cashier. When I gave her my passport as a form of ID she threw it back to me and told me to go back to my own country. They should not hire personnel like this. I will never go to that gas station again and will tell everyone I know.

Friendly staff, clean store, their soda machine is hooked up so well. It is nice going in there to grab a diet pop and having people chat with you a bit.

Staff has no customer service at all. Not nice people.

The cashier is rude. She asked me if the water cups were mine or hers, then charged me .25. When I asked her why (I was also buying a refill), she said you cant just walk into a restaurant and get free water. Which restaurants dont give free water with meals? Ive never heard of such nonsense. Lost my business. Maverik and Fabulous Freddies both give us free water and ice when I purchase drinks too.

Really love the employees. They are always nice and have fun chatting with me!

The cashiers are a problem here, I went in to get a printed receipt because it didnt print at the pump and they were talking openly about crybabies coming in here telling me their problems and to take that s&#* somewhere else. Keep your private conversations away from customers. Very unprofessional.

The cashier rondah belittled my wife to tears for checking the brand on her dads chewing tobacco and swore at her the owner of the store is there from 9 to 3 every day of the working week I am personally going to request that she be removed from the cash register for she is not a customer friendly image for the store and I will also show him these reviews to bring it to his attention that she is ruining the reputation of a local business

Ronda and the other lady up front were both rude. I dont think its right to give customers attitude ever. Just because you dont like your job doesnt mean you need to take it out on everyone else.

I was told by the rude cashier that I wasnt in Walmart when I said something about a price. They are always rude to me and my husband. I will never shop at this establishment again.
