Its a gas station and works well as such. I dont understand the hype about eating at sheetz, its a gas station and has most things you need or expect from a gas/convenience store. I not looking to go there for dinner or even lunch anytime soon.

I usually love coming here, but Ive come here 2 or 3 mornings before work and there is a man running the register that is absolutely the worst. I still have yet to see a name tag.I got gas inside one day, handed him the cash and held out my sheetz card. He didnt scan it and completed the purchase and when I asked about it, he scoffed and said hed already rung it out and was upset at ME for it.Every other time Ive dealt with him, hes incredibly condescending and rude.

Stopped by during a long road trip and was very disappointed. Staff were friendly and location was big with lots for sale, but had a few issues. Men’s bathroom was quite dirty, half of the made to order machines were out of service, and my sandwich was made quite poorly. Opened the tightly wrapped package and the bread wasn’t even on top of the sandwich, it was sideways. Also had requested the full sandwich be toasted and it wasn’t even warmed. Tried to eat outside but the bees forced me into my car. Not great.

Its a nice, modern Sheetz, but I wish it had a food/drink drive-thru and a drive-thru ATM like the one in Brownsville, Pa. You have to go inside, which isnt bad, but not as convenient.

I suppose since Im not a teenager I dont see anything super special about this gas station. In my opinion, food prices are too high and preparation takes too long.However, the seating outside and the layout of the store is pretty welcoming.

I stopped in quick for a fountain drink, used the app to pay. No problems!

Their made to order food is really good. I like the grilled chicken snack wraps and the mozzarella sticks.

Went in today for milkshakes.. Im in this sheetz atleast a couple times a week.. And if I could give it no Stars I would.. most of the employees there are nice and the food is always ok.. but Brad the older man who works cash register should not be working with the public.. he is rude and ignorant.. He has been rude with us multiple times but today took the cake..Something was wrong with the credit card machine and he got smart with me about it and told me to call my bank when it clearly was not my cards messing up.. I tried 4.. it kept saying no credits.. if it was my cards it would have said insufficient funds... plus after resetting it or whatever my cards worked..he is always rude and ignorant never polite.. has ruined many peoples day with his disgusting personality... I wont be coming in again if I see him at register... thanks...

Im a sheetz freak and stop at this sheetz almost everyday before work. I always order thru mobile ordering because Im usually in a rush to get to pittsburgh. Today, I was really irritated because I waited for people who just ordered in the store to get their food before me because they left my food behind the counter and didnt put it on the mobile order counters with my drink... I had to ask if they made my food. To which I got a snotty reply of, its literally sitting right there...soo what was I supposed to do walk around the counter to get it??? If I order mobile, it should be put on the mobile shelves with my drink. Hence why I order mobile.

I liked that this Sheetz moved quick. In and out quickly. Nice too that theyre not mask nazis as many people were maskless. The only thing that was puzzling is that they were mopping the tile floor, in front of the main door, right at noon. Seemed like an odd time given that it is lunchtime and busy.

Very sad how downhill this place has gone for how new it is. The drink section is always limited and out of stock of items. They have 5+ employees there at a time it looks like but only one to ring guest out while the others stand around causing a line of over 15 people, like tonight. Seems like all of this is a regular thing at this location.

They mess up the most simplistic food orders and don’t understand the simple task of how to scan people’s items out at the counter. im surprised the workers are even capable of finding the door to leave.

All good. Food is ok at a reasonable price. Of course its a bit expensive compared to say a super market but to be expected. Sheetz card will offer discounts if you shop enough.

I got to say Im pleasantly surprised I went got some gas this morning and I also got a cheeseburger and some curly fries . Was pretty good and everybody in the store was friendly and well mannered.

Once again I get a sub that is second rate. Bread is old and I got an open faced sandwich. What is the problem with sheetz as of late. Maybe these people need much more training than previously thought. I only go now because the crew I work with likes the convenience. Gas and food. More like garbage and water!

Worst experience in my life in regards to going to a sheets franchise. Customer service is terrible the workers there are very rude and unprofessional. Huge wait to because of the lack of efficiency. Overall by far my worst experience at a sheets. Not sure if it was based on management or just the employees at the time but don’t know how that was their staff running the registers.

Hes a shining beacon in their cluster-F of a store-gas station.Thats the second time in recent memory Ive had to leave empty handed because theres one cashier with over 10 people in line.The manager walked by his busy storefront and instead of alleviating the travesty of a overflow, he walked to the beer cooler to likely do a beer count.Shame... sheetz used to be one of the best around.

This change shortage. They donated a poor mans .97 to their charity, instead of giving him .03 back. This man is a hard working laborer who gets paid peanuts. And they took almost a whole dollar from him. You wont see me there again

Great service, was looking for chargers for my husbands phone and mine, employee came over and added if she could help me I told her what I needed and she showed me the two charging cables I needed and they work great. They also gave me a rewards card.

Must be a new design. Could not find the order screens. They were not by the kitchen, but closer to the cash register. New store, less than a year old.Come on Altoona home office, if it is not broken, you dont need to fix it. Leave them like your store on 17th street, that should be the blueprint.

I ordered my food like I normally do online for lunch at 430pm and I paid for my food when I got there. I got a 32oz fountain drink and some chicken tacos that were $4.49 and my bill was $15.53 and I waited for my food cuz they were busy then the business guy down and ask them where my food was and the kitchen manager said I didnt pay for my food probably because it was done before I got there. They couldnt find my order number because I paid for it and they kept arguing with me and I was there for my whole entire brake and they wanted me to pay for my food again which I was not doing that because I already did. They had my food right there in the bag and everything but would not give it to me because the order said not paid for whenever she finished it which was because it got done before I got there. I was there for 30 minutes and ended up being late for work coming back from my lunch because of it. Store number was 671. I never have a problem down there and Im always there two times a day when Im working. I just wish the main manager Erin was there because she would have known what to do. It was around 435pm Oct. 19 and my total was $15.53.

It more a restaurant that sells gas than a gas station the sells food. We got fresh made subs and hot chicken fingers with fries with hardly any wait. This is a great travel stop.

The inside smells like an abortion clinic. Id know because I just came from one. I had to put my son down because he kept drawing on the walls. I told him several times to quit but he just wouldnt listen. Why do kids have to be so unruly.

The store is beautiful but the attention to detail in the food department is terrible. I ordered potato skins with shredded cheese, nacho cheese, sour cream and bacon. I got extra sour cream, full strips of bacon and a few pieces of shredded cheese. Some of the potato skins had nothing in them at all and the filling was laid off to the side. I had to throw them aeay. What a waste of money.

Mixed reviews at this location: typically theyre fast (like a normal sheetz) but every now and then you get the slowest crew ever! With nobody in front of me, it took 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich to be made. Seriously?! They didnt melt my cheese and even left my sandwich sitting on the counter (unwrapped) to go start another order before completing mine. Its days like that, that make me reconsider coming to this sheetz versus going to another location.Non food related: this is a great location with easy access to main roads and the highway. Its easy to spot and enter/exit. Its never too busy and there are plenty of pumps and parking spots.

It has been about a month since the place opened up and they are doing decent. Getting through the checkout line is rather easy and the gas price has made everyone in the market super competitive, which I love since my main job is Uber and Doordash. The food is great whenever you order from their MTO menu, yet the reason for four stars instead of five is the speed for the food. Wait times are rather long at times. I had paid for gas the other week and had ordered food. In the time it had taken me to get my food, the gas pump had reset which usually takes about five to ten minutes depending on the pump. A bit more staff on the weekend nights would greatly help this location out
