Never on time, here on multiple occasions where the business is closed well after posted business hours...at times personally waiting for over 40 min. returning an hour later and still closed. Do not come here expecting to get something done before work you will be highly disappointed.

Theres literally only one guy working at this place. Have a little patience when picking up your packages. At least your packages are safe, whether in the back or in an Amazon locker. 5 star!!

Rushed over to find the shop closed during business hours. However, this is written during the COVID pandemic when shop hours could have been affected.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Tony has done an outstanding job in meeting the needs of the Brightwood community. He has gone over and beyond to accommodate me. The establishment is like a one stop shop. I’ve had documents notarized, received and returned Amazon packages, printed emails, used the copier machine and sent faxes. Last, he takes time out to meet the needs of his customers, always greets his customers with a smile and is extremely courteous. I highly recommend his services.

I do not recommend using this place to pick up your Amazon packages. Three times, the store was closed when it should have been open. Twice, Amazon was not able to drop off my packages because the store was closed. Today, the store should have opened at 9:00 am (according to the website), and it was not open at 10:30 am. I was not able to get my package. This is conducive for people who work during the day. We do not have time to keep checking back. I attempted to call, yes, attempt is the correct word, and the voice mail is full. How does a business have a full voice mail? In addition, while I was waiting, another customer attempted to do an Amazon drop off and was not able to, and Amazon attempted to deliver packages but was not able to. Amazon should regulate their drop off points better.

Tony is the best in the city when it comes to printing, shipping and mailing. Outstanding customer service. If you need any business related stuff done, Tony can handle all of your business meeds. Highly recommend.

Ive picked up a few packages and copued a set of keys. The gentleman at the counter has always been nothing but kind. Ive only ever gone in the evenings after work, but Ive never had any trouble.

I do NOT recommande this place. Only ONE GUY working in. You have to be very patient when picking up or dropping off package.In addition, the man is very rude, charging $2 for tape!!! Yes for tape! Getting very upset and refusing to take my packages because I told him that it’s incredible to charge people for some tape to close packages.

Always helpful when picking up packages but needs some additional help with the establishment.

Arrived at 1150 on a Monday to the shop being closed. This is when the hours online state it should be open.No answer by phone either.EDIT: Again here on August 16 at 0905 and is locked.
