My company ordered presentation folders and they came out perfect and beautiful.

DO NOT USE THIS PRONTO PRESS FOR DHL SHIPMENTS. In July 2018, I sent an international shipment costing over $2000 with Pronto. It failed inspection the following day at the DC facility and was scheduled for return to sender. I alerted Pronto Press and had an authorized person retrieve the shipment from DC. After a friendly initial call with the manager, this business has refused to give me my refund and even submitted erroneous/falsified documents to my credit card company claiming that the shipment was delivered abroad when, in fact, it never left DC. I have been going back and forth with DHL corporate office who have confirmed the shipment never left DC to force Pronto to cooperate and give me the refund I am due. Still hoping to get this sorted out without having to resort to litigation. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.
