The employee Prince was absolutely fantastic in how he performed his duties and how he gave me the very best service. He was knowledgeable and very professional. It was a pleasant experience.
I went into the store about a week or so ago and bought a new phone, Ty was amazing!!! I was in and out of the store without any problems. She set my phone up, we made a test call and I was out the door. Fast service, great energy & very helpful.

I have been a comcast for very long time, My bill is too high and phone rep, Couldnt tell me why my bill was so high, And im turning in equipment today on December 5, 2020, The rep wasnt know help what so ever, I was under a 2year contract that post end January which have talking to the rep for the last 3 months, About my contract and they also told me January i have find out on December 1, 2020 my contact had already ended 3 months which post end in January,

I got defective equipment
The service is so much faster than the AT&T service I had previously. I did a speed test and seriously, it was at least 10x faster. Esteban set everything up in 20 minutes flat and was super nice, helpful, and professional. Hooray!

For the entire weekend, my basic service has been interrupted without explanation. Yes, resetting my box has worked ; however anytime that I turn off my TV or switch to a streaming service on another input service and switch back, I have to reset my box. This is on top of Xfinity already reducing the number of channels that were previously included in their basic service. And you wonder why your monthly numbers on “cable cutters” continue to increase.

Im a long-time Comcast cable and internet customer. I recently decided to switch from Verizon Wireless to Xfinity Mobile. It has been a NIGHTMARE. It seems that Xfinity systems are not integrated, technicians dont communicate well with Sales staff and their business processes were not ready for deployment. Their customers suffer the consequences. After 4 days the process is still not complete. I have spent 5 hours at their store and 6 hours on the phone (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Advanced Support) trying to resolve the issues and deal with their inefficiency and uninformed staff. Attitudes have been OK, but effectiveness has been sadly lacking.UPDATE: After 8 days, 5 visits to the Xfinity store and more than 20 hours on the phone with tech support, the District Manager recommended that we take our business back to Verizon Wireless .... neither of our phones were were working at that time. The only thing they managed to do was process my credit card payment for a new Android phone. Now after 11 days they still cant figure out how to cancel the order for the new phone I never received or activated. Xfinity even made it difficult to return to Verizon as our ported phone numbers (that we have had for 15 years) were somehow lost in their system. On Day 9 I FINALLY I got in touch with a Tier 2 tech who felt so bad about the mess Xfinity had made that she she dug in and stuck with the issues long enough to get them sorted out (allowing us to get ported back to Verizon). Now all I have to do is get Xfinity to credit my credit card ($600+) for the mystery phone that was never received or activated.
Surprisingly seamless experience exchanging cable boxes and returning a router. The entire place is redone inside and looks fantastic.
They are nice people but their services cost to much for an a person that is low income.
If time is of essence to you then don’t go to this place.The staff will chat with each other and laugh while customers are on a queue waiting endlessly.The staff here don’t take their jobs seriously at all, the entire staff needs a total overhaul

Provides wonderful cable service and also provides wireless cell phone service as well but I hadnt tried out the cell phone part.
This Xfinity cable store is not good the employees are not to friendly if you want to pay cash they dont like that they want you to use your bank card these employees are a little bit lazy when you come inside they have only one employee standing there when you tell them you want to pay your bill they tell you to go to the payment teller machine I asked her dose it give me change back she tells me no I tell her I dont have the correct change can I pay cash so she tells me to wait I waited for 20 minutes these employees dont like it when you want to pay cash they love to take it easy.

Worst customer service ever, employees need training about customer service and exchanging the proper box, I had to go to the store 3 times, employees are really rude in this store, an angry female employee without a name tag that I asked her name told me that her name is Katrina, was really nasty, I had to wait for 40 minutes, 4 employees socializing talking among themselves, no customer at the front desk, when I asked if someone could help me, this rude woman (Katrina) was really vicious telling me that I have to still waiting, eventually another employee was given me again a wrong box, I felt agraviated and disrespected as customer, I hope that the company do something about it. Employees must no treat customers viciously with anger and disrespect,customers are the one who pay their salaries. I hope that management do something about, 4 employees that were on duty in the evening shift at this store located at 2350 Washington Place N.E. in Washington, D.C.on July/07/2018, none of this individuals deserved to be part of comcast employees customer service, they just dont care. I called an agent name Ernesto and, told me that He will take care it.
