This place is a joke. They offer you an amount and then you come back to some other guy who offers you less than half of what the first guy offered. Even when you told him what the first guy told you he would pay. Never going back and I hope no one else does.

Danii is always willing to do the extra mile to help me find the cash or items I need. Her customer service is top notch and I will definitely be back simply because of her amazing personality and going out of her way to help me out. Whoever taught her must have been an amazing teacher.

They have a great selection of products. We are movie buffs and were able to purchase many movies that we wanted at a reasonable price.

What can I say except wow Danii was amazing. She went way beyond what she needed to do to help us out. If I could give her six stars I wouldn’t cause I believe 5 is fair.

Pawn Plus has the nicest and most helpful staff. Ive been a customer there for almost 7 years. Ive pawned items and also purchased items there. I enjoy stopping in because they are friendly and understanding about the many reasons a person needs to sell or pawn an item. I always recommend them to my friends and family! 🙂

Great place! The staff was helpful and friendly. I went in to buy a gun. They were knowledgeable, pointed out flaws in the selection they knew of, and even gave a discount in the end. After the transaction was finished, the manager said let me see if I can find a case for it! and wandered in the back and came out with a gun case he gave me for free. Highly recommend browsing through the place.

I’m only giving a 1 star because google won’t let you give 0 stars or that would have been my choice. Entered the store to possibly make a purchase was greeted but never once received any assistance as I was standing at a display case. I waited for several minutes thinking 1 of the 2 employees would offer assistance but never did. Ended up leaving the store and going to Family Paen were I was greeted and offered assistance.

Such a great place! They explained their process and got me the best price! Jeff & Kelli were very professional and so nice! I will recommend you to everyone!

If you like being called a bi*** by the manager, jeff I believe is his name @the Washington location, then this is the place to go. Very rude. Probably by far the worst experience I have ever had in a business. The most uncomfortable business Ive ever walked into.
