Assemble a portable outdoor basketball hoop. The feedback on the hoop said that the parts aren’t well labeled and it takes 2 people 5-7 hours to assemble. This team was able to do it in under two hours. Well worth the money and I would hire them again.

Preformed a great job with an inground basketball hoop installation.

I bought an Ironclad Fullcourt basketball goal to be installed for my son’s (30’ x 50’) half court in our backyard, I also bought a 20’ light pole with a 300 watt LED light for night time play. I originally was undecided to see if I should try to install it myself of hire a company to do so. After doing research online and seeing that it is possible for me to do it myself however it was recommended to have two to three people to help I decided it would be best to spend the money and have it professionally installed. Any Assembly (General Assembly) was highly recommended by the folks that I bought the basketball goal from. I’ve placed a request for a quote and gave specification on what I was installing and them responding within a day, which is awesome and allowed me to budget for it. They provided me with a summary of what service they are expected to provide and a resident guideline of what I needed to do before their arrival.We scheduled a date and they showed up on time plus gave me a curtesy call letting me know that they are on the way. The guys were very professional, asked me questions to help them determine what they needed to do and started the job right away. I quickly found out that my money was well spent, for I would have never been able to do what they did in the amount of time they did it in. It only took two scheduled dates a week from each other to let the cement cure and they were able to install both the basketball goal and the light post with the light. I had a pool table disassembly done a few months ago. Very long process but the team wasn’t rushed and they did a good job. For that reason I requested the same team for the pool table reassembly. And of course they did the reassemble of my pool table with the same amount of detailed care. They are great at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back for additional work in my home.

This is the second year in a row I have used Any Assembly. Last year, it was to assemble and repair some complex furniture items. Last week, they hung some very large and quite heavy items on our walls, as well as fixing drainage piping in the back yard. Bottom Line: Both times, the were punctual, and quite good at what they do. Everything looks great and is structurally and solidly put together. I would use them again without any shopping around. They were excellent.

We highly recommend Any Assembly based upon our experience. We purchased a treadmill in June. However, the manufacturer would not agree to assemble the treadmill for us. After an internet search we identified Any Assembly as the right company for us to use for this assembly. They were very responsive in coordinating our assembly date(s) as we had to reschedule due to a delay in the delivery of our treadmill. Their 2 person assembly crew arrived timely and did a great job of moving the treadmill parts to an upstairs room we are using as a gym and assembling it there. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and proficient in completing the assembly and then instructing us on the features and use of our treadmill. We will definitely use them again in the future whenever the need arises.

These guys know IKEA - my 3 piece unit was huge (80”wide by 93” high and 24” deep) and heavy - double glass doors and interior fixtures. Not only did they disassemble and reassemble these pieces, they walked up three flights of stairs and did so in heat and humidity without any complaints or sense of discomfort. They also did the entire job in less time than what I was quoted. Immaculate work and I highly recommend!

The team was very responsive, successfully disassembled my couch just enough to fit through my entry and then reassembled it in only 90 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that they charged the base rate for the first hour and then prorated the additional 30 minutes.

Ikea - Any Assembly purchased a bed and mattresses, two tables, and 6 chairs from Ikea for us, brought them to our new condo and assembled them beautifully. Great at communication which was very necessary since we were cross country and arranging this all from a long distance. We reimbursed them by credit card. Ikea is so hard to deal with unless you are right there. Any Assembly solved the problem for us, so we had a bed to sleep on and a table to eat breakfast. Thank you, Any Assembly!

They had to reschedule the first day, came 10 minutes after the 4 hour window they scheduled the 2nd time which was 8pm and was there until 11 pm at night which I was pretty upset about. They came back a week later, this time before the 4 hour window by about 20 minutes and finished putting up the basketball hoop. The work overall is very good which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars because I wasnt too happy with their time the first appointment.

These guys are awesome and have product knowledge. I called them to fix broken cable in my gym equipment but they checked the whole equipment make sure working properly and fixed loose cables. I love their service. I will call them for any other assembly or equipment issues. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

I had a terrible experience with Any Assembly. I needed help getting a large piece of furniture up a flight of stairs. The team arrived very late at 5 PM . They were rushing to finish work for the day and instead of breaking apart the furniture as we discussed, they removed two of the legs of the table and then proceeded to remove parts of the structure of the house to get it upstairs. They broke off a big piece of trim that is original to the house (1890s) with a drill and their tools in a careless manner without asking me. I heard all of the noise but assumed they were breaking down the table. I didnt realize what was happening until it was too late and I was looking at the damage. The repair of the broken trim was completely unprofessional and they permanently damaged the house itself instead of taking the legs off of my table as we discussed. No one even told me theyd be hacking apart the entry of my house to clear the way. I cannot recommend that anyone use this service. I cant understand the disregard and that no one even stopped to consult with me. When I complained, they gave me a $50 discount on a $500 job and told me that it was late and they were worried that breaking down the table would be too noisy.

I had a great experience with this company! I had my grandfathers German shrunk for as long as I can remember but when I moved to Arlington, I realized that the townhouses have narrow halls and doors. This did not faze the lads at AnyAssembly at all. They stripped my shrunk to its parts, wrapped them in blankets for safe transportation, scanned the wall it was to be assembled against, and set it up in my townhouse. They even attached it to the wall for safety, since I have a 2 year old daughter. Top marks for this team all around. They were courteous, respectful, and discrete. The cleaned up everything before they left, so you couldnt even tell it was relocated! Would certainly use their services in the future.

I recently had a basketball court installed at my house. The flooring was in and the concrete pad was poured with the anchor installed. When the hoop arrived, I knew there was no way I could put this thing together and put it up. SO, I began looking for someone that was able to install. SO, I ran across Any Assembly online. They sent me a quote and I accepted it. I called to schedule a time in which I told them it would be great if they came that same day and they were able to honor my request. The guys showed up and put the hoop together and install it on the anchor very quickly. They cleaned up all of the trash and showed me how to operate the hoop. I was extremely pleased with the service that they offered and would highly recommend them for your assembly needs.

Outstanding customer service and excellent quality work!! I was horrified that my new 10 (long!) Restoration Hardware leather, tufted Sofa and 2 RH gigantic mirrors (9x6) did not fit in my service elevator! I called Friday night, got a quote immediately, and they were there to the rescue Saturday! They disassembled the furniture, moved all of the pieces into my condo, and reassembled everything efficiently and neatly. It all looks perfect; you cannot tell any of it was ever taken apart! Nice owner but they didnt do as contracted to do... I chose the hourly ratet instead of the flat rate... my mistake... they took 9 hrs to attach 7 cabinets doors and 3 pull out pantries, the job called for 13 assembled drawers, over 20 doors, 7 kitchen cabinets needed assembled and installed... one of the workers asked me why I bought custom cabinets instead of Ikea... yes he really asked me that. the workers were confused about inches, mm and cm...they took an hour at home depot looking for the right measurement tool. As mentioned the owner was nice and called me the next day to apologize.

Job was done to perfection!

The trampoline was assembled and we opted to pay the 6% to get a bill sent. Well this was a Friday night at 7pm when they finished. The next day not even 24 hours later we get an email stating if we didn’t pay by midnight we would be charged $50 extra. Ridiculous. I wasn’t even given Through the weekend or next business day to pay and was going to be charged an extra $50. Also when I checked to see if they were still coming out to assemble Friday when it was getting into the afternoon the guy in the phone was rude. I felt like they thought they were doing me a favor, not that I was paying for a service. Terrible customer service.
