He exceeded our expectations in every way: Johnny showed up to do a quote the same day I called; was totally transparent with pricing; and completed the project weeks before he said it would be done. Underpromised and over delivered and we couldnt be happier with how the gates turned out. Johnny restored our hope that great service can exist in St. George. Highly recommended!

We had our fencing and gates installed by gate solutions, we wanted to have a privacy look and Johnny and his team came thru with an amazing privacy fence for us. During installation day there was a minor hiccup, but Johnny said problem would be fixed by end of week. Sure enough Johnny and crew arrive end of week to fix problem. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the work Johnny and his crew did, money well spent. It is true they are very busy, but would definitely recommend gate solutions for your needs.

Decent gate, but unbelievably horrible service after the sale. Had a small issue with a gate and could NOT get Johnny to come look at it. He answers the first call right way, but when he figures out he might not get deep into your wallet, youre dead to him. No more answering. No returning calls. Radio silence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Ive already advised several neighbors to avoid Gate Solutions and will continue to do so. Im convinced all the positive reviewers have not needed any service after the sale.

Johnny was great to work with. They built us gates for two 6 foot high 12 foot wide openings, a 6 foot high 4 foot wide opening and an 8 foot high 6 foot wide opening. Our gates were built and installed quickly!

Although the gate at the property I work at is a quality gate and looks great, I cant not recommend Gate Solutions for a few reasons.- Ive been trying to get a hold of them to fix our gate for about two months now. Although I have been able to reach him, he has told me he would show and hasnt. There is a extremely lack of communication. He has told me several times he would be up here to fix this gate and then doesnt even bother to give me a call when he cant make it.

My driveway gate and side gate turned out ok but I had several issues, they are very hard to get ahold of to come back and adjust or fix problems, after 2 weeks of calling I finally gave up, I have been trying again to get ahold of someone to fix a slat and no one will call me back, very poor communicating and customer service.

I hate to rate these guys poorly, because they build a quality gate. That said, our gate had a couple of problems that required attention. The first was taken care of eventually, but the second has never been addressed. The fatal flaw on this gate is that the tongue of the latch doesn’t extend far enough to prevent the gate from opening in any kind of wind. I have called Johny repeatedly and texted complete with pictures to no avail.
