This store is a great place to shop. I recently went in to make a purchase and normally talk to Tony who is very pleasant and knowledgeable but this time I had the opportunity to work with Robert who helped me a great deal with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, personable and worked with me on getting a great deal on new office furniture. I would recommend this store and definitely will be going back.

I do not recommend Office Deopt for anything that has to be ordered and shipped. I ordered a gaming chair the week before my husband’s birthday as a gift, was told they don’t keep the chair in-store so it would take 3-5 business days to be delivered. No big deal, I understand the wait. However, after a week and a half went by and still no chair was delivered, I called the store to inquire about my order. I was told that I would have to contact UPS because they couldn’t locate my order. I called UPS and they explained that the chair was never sent from the Office Depot warehouse. I called the store back again and gave them this information from UPS, to which they said they couldn’t help me and advised I call their 1-800 number. So I called the 1-800 number and they tell me that my order was “lost” and now it’ll need to be credited and a new order placed. At this point, I just canceled everything and went back to the store for a full refund. Customer service was total garbage and no one seems to be able to give you a straight answer. I’m sure this store is fine for in-store items that are readily available, but don’t waste your time trying to order anything that requires shipping. It shouldn’t have taken 2 weeks and 4 phone calls for me to finally be told that my order was never going to arrive. Pretty skeezy business practice.

If you want your new password blurted out loud for everyone to hear this is the place to go also if you want a new tech support plan that take four day to download McAfee, this is the place to go. Sorry, I chose this place, I wanted to ask a question about my desk top,but didnt get a chance before he turn away and walk back to what I assume is his office, I do not want to go back in that store, if I cant get help on line, then I am out of luck,cant wait until this year is up.

As a small business owner, I am frequently coming back to this Office Depot. Great customer service — today I couldn’t find the item I needed in stock, and Juanita found a whole box of them to open for me. I am always at the copy center making art prints and the print quality is good. Jessica probably knows my phone number by now for the rewards program! She has worked with me many times to make sure everything turns out right, and she knows I am very particular about my artwork! Every interaction I’ve had with the staff is fantastic. Thanks for helping me take care of all my copy/print needs!

I called ahead before I even order my banner, explained which one I wanted no one said nor did the site where I order it from say if it was a certain size you would have to wait til the middle of next week. I had same day pick up (not the middle of next week) on the site it said it would be ready today 6/5/2020 at 6:00pm I called at 9:30am and placed order at 12:15pm on my break with confirmation order number and time of when my merchandise would be ready here it is 6:30pm for the clerk to tell me they don’t have it it is coming next week 🤔 that defeats the purpose 🤯

Customer engagement, seems a bit off with Low Level Employees. Management Staff gets it, but not so much Low Level Employees. I returned Pens and was told that if I returned Pens again, by the Cashier, that they might be refused. Regardless of why, the point is, was that this information was given unsolicited by a Cashier who had just went on the loud speaker asking for back up because he felt overwhelmed with Customers (there were 2 or 3 of us). The Floor Manager is engaging so I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. Inventory is low. Having to go 30 minute drive to Office Depot in Greenville for a F-701 Zebra Pen, down another star.

Worse customer service I’ve seen. I’m standing at a counter near the copier/printer and a young girl is waiting on me by making some copies. She is very nice, however the other lady with the dark rimmed glasses steps up to the second register and looks at me and says “can you get out of the way?”. My reply after I get over the shock of her attitude, is that I am being waited on. She says “I need you to move so I can wait on someone else”. Really? I ask what charm school she attended so I could send my grandchildren to it!

Just had the BEST experience with the Office Depot in Washington, NC. Above and beyond customer service and courtesy, kindness and patience from the three ladies who helped me. I didn’t have to go looking around for someone, they took my things to the register for me, found things I needed, showed me information to help me make my decision, and even came out to my car and took the cart back. All with a smile, patience, kindness and friendliness. Great job, ladies!

I went to Office Depot for printer paper. Browsed a little bit and headed for the check out. No issues. Store looked clean, neat and organized. Took me about 15min, in and out.

Ive used this store for faxing, for copying, and for printing cell phones pics on to photo paper. Excellent quality all around!!Cannot speak as to the products they sell.

Whoever just answered the phone today was really rude did not even wait for me to finish explaining my issue before they cut me off typical male who thinks they know better than everybody else did not appreciate that now will be taking my business to Amazon instead
