Clean store. Friendly & helpful staff. The produce selection was great. The meat department lacked a few cuts of beef we were looking for, but overall it was in good shape. We took the last 6 pack of Diet Pepsi on Friday evening & the shelf was still empty on Saturday afternoon. We will be back.

My husband and I bought two packages of cupcakes after we each ate one we realized the ones next to them were covered in mold. We both started vomiting about two hours later. How long can something possibly sit in the bakery covered in mold unnoticed, maybe If they paid and treated their employees better it would have been taken care of before the spoiled product was consumed.

This is a nice place with friendly staff, and Ive heard that this company takes care of their employees. That should be rewarded, in my opinion.

Everyone is extremely pleasant and accommodating. Its also a spotless establishment!

This is without a doubt the most cost-effective supermarket in the area.

Try the online ordering its time saving and convenient. I can shop at my desk and pick up my groceries after work. I like the way this store is set up. Easy to grab a cart and walk in and get to shopping. The staff is friendly and efficient. The produce section is the best in the area.

It does the job when you are in a pinch. Parking lot is a mess due to eCommerce grocery pickup. Small aisles, long checkout lines, and mostly disinterested staff.

Employees are usually gossiping about their personal lives instead of working! They are always standing around in circles up front and never notice when a self check out machine requires their attention!

The store is alot cleaner than most stores. They keep all their produce really fresh. The deli employees are friendly as well as the rest of them. Everyone seems happy to help and happy to be there. I recommend coming to this location over any others except maybe Morton.

Brandy in the Bakery is awesome! I called around to get a marble cake for my grand daughter, and no one in the area had one available. She offered to make i, decorate it and have it ready in two hours! Great service

The Washington,IL Kroger experience is always 5 stars. The store is clean and the layout is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never really have to wait in line, there is always the right amount of check lanes open and baggers are always available.

Its a Kroger. Not a lot unique about this location, but this is definitely a step up from the East Peoria store. Gas can be pretty cheap if you have accumulated enough points. Produce here is usually of good quality, but seems to frequently be out of stock. If you use the Kroger app, they have a Friday Free coupon every week. Oh, and kids get a free cookie at the bakery.

The staff is unhelpful and rude. In the last year I have only gone there as a last resort but now I will never return.

Krogers has a great assortment of products, great meats, tasty bakery products, and a nice flowers. The downside is that the prices are a touch higher than most of the other local options and the past few times that Ive visited, the only registers that were open were self-check. If Im required to check myself out, Id expect lower prices.

Usually pretty good with customer service, but we bought expired milk (expired 2/25/18) and we purchased it on 3/4/18. Of course, we threw the receipt away because weve never had issues with our groceries (shame on us for not checking the label). When I poured a bowl of cereal, the milk was chunky- called Kroger to discuss and Customer Service told us that theres no way that could have happened and did not help at all. Disappointing for my first discrepancy, especially when milk isnt cheap!

Always a nice grocery trip. Needed to get gluten free flour--no problem.

I use this Kroger location for most of my grocery shopping, the staff are very friendly and helpful every time I visit. It is a rare occurrence when anything is out of stock. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Friendly staff but not as kid friendly as other grocery stores with the car carts,(even the Kroger in Morton has fun carts for the kids)kid size carts or free fruit for the kids (like Target and Hy-Vee)

Horrible experience. Went in for two balloons for my nieces birthday as well as some candy for an upcoming dinner I am hosting. The woman who blew up the two bloons was SO rude and not friendly at all! Then my toddler was done waiting in the long check out line... they finally opened another check out line (of corse the woman from the balloon and flower stand is who came to open the other lane) she checks all my items without so much as a “hello” forget a “did you find everything you were looking for? Or how are you?” At this point I realize I left my Kroger card at home and told her that... NO kindness toward me at all. Even the man behind me in line offered to use his card if it would help me and she just shook her head no... I have worked in customer service for over 10 Years. I know it’s hard. But how she treated me was unacceptable. I left the store in tears.

Cottage cheese had November 22 & November 14 expiration dates. Really!!!! Got attitude from the dairy guy. The cashier Gabby needs a lesson in customer service, not saying she was going to have a panic attack. I was disgusted with the place by the time I left .

The store remains clean and the employees are always friendly. The remodeling has caused inventory to be shuffled around. While I dont necessarily like it, I suppose I will adapt to it over time.

I used to do all of my shopping here until they changed everything. Its not just that they moved things around; they altogether stopped selling around 75% of my grocery list! Just, bam, gone, not in stock or going to be in stock. I guess Im a Hyvee shopper now. 😕

Love Kroger but mad they got rid of the soup bar.

Their deli was completely worthless when asking about allergy information. They couldnt even answer a simple question like is your friend chicken cooked in peanut oil. Literally any other business would tell you if they cook something with nuts, but they refuse to tell you. Thanks for being a complete waste of a department!

Has all the basics, but thats about it. Meat selection is limited, and the butchers cant cut a lot of things to order. We just get odds and ends we cant get at Costco and cash in on fuel points.

The workers seem to be in there own world when they are on the floor working

Horribly out of most sale items. The Washington Kroger is always awful. Drive to Morton or East Peoria. If you do have to shop Washington consider Walmart.

I went to Kroger in Washington so i wouldnt have to go to walmart. I needed 3 things, broccoli, and ground chicken were the 1st two items and they had none of either. The produce employee checked, but wasnt overly excited about it. Needless to say, i put the rest of my extras down, and didnt even bother to look for the 3rd item And I had to go to walmart, which is not convenient for 3 things! :(

Its your pretty standard Kroger. Produce can be hit or miss, though. Often out of vegetarian items and nutrition supplementation like Muscle Milk (for weeks in a row). Friendly employees, though!

Not my favorite place to shop. I actually only go, on average, once a year and its usually kicking and screaming. Most of the employees need an attitudinal adjustment. Prices are high, quality is average.

They were out of my brand of milk, lettuce, and I got the can of chicken. Only one register open with 6 people waiting in line. This is the normal experience at the Washington Krogers. So frustrating!
