Honestly, this guy saved me and was able to turn around shortening a material belt (cutting, sewing, reassembling) I needed in a matter of a half hour. Wasnt cheap but it was super reasonable given my request. He was also super lovely and willing to help. V different experience than others on here. Maybe I was super desperate, maybe I was nice so he was nice back, hard to say... But those five stars are earned on this one.

Called to get an estimate of time and cost of a shoe insole repair and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed at my question. Overall he was very gruff and did not answer my question other than to give me a range of $20-$50 dollars. The location is convenient, but price and staff leave much to be desired.

I stopped in here to have keys made on the afternoon of July 24, 2017. I was rendered speechless by the foul old man who apparently runs this place. Im pretty disturbed in the way he treats paying customers and I could NOT believe how completely inappropriate his little comments were--absolutely disgusting, particularly to a woman. I seriously warn anyone about giving this place any business. I am reporting him everywhere I can. Wish I could give 0 stars. Georgetown can do better than this....sad.

He said 5 days to fix a zipper on a boot. I came back in 7 days, he asked for another week and I was out $50 by the end

Expensive, and always closed even during regular hours. plus even if you just want to pay and leave, strap in for a conversation you dont really want.

I got yelled at for calling and asking for an estimate, never went

$130 to get a pair of boots resoled when I can walk and extra mile for $90

Very rude and overpriced
