I love this place! I found a lot of things there that I thought I could only get online. Some hooks I found online were there and a few other things I looked at online but not ready to buy just yet.

Great local place to buy hardware, gardening equipment and BBQ grills ect.. Easy in and out.

The had plants marked for $10. When I took it up to check out they said $20. I told the checkout girl it was marked $10 and showed her a picture of the sign. The manager got involved and went and looked for herself and didnt say anything to us and told girl not to validate the price tag. Not my fault employees put the stuff in the right place.

No one helps you and you cant find anyone to help. I went to Lowes

They always seem to have what I need and are helpful when I ask the location of something. They never seem busy, which is nice. I hope they are making ends meet in these trying times and will stay open for a long time.

Small store less walking distance than Lowes is why I love it!!!

My husband was in the middle of installing a new hot water heater, a water softener, and a new pressure tank in the basement. Our local hardware store in Beaufort closed its doors last week. He sent me to Westlake Ace with a list of what he needed; I had no idea what any of it was. Two great guys helped me get everything I needed and I when I got home, it was all the right stuff! Westlake Hardware is always a good place to visit when you need something for your home. They are very helpful and do the best possible to satisfy your needs. I would just soon visit them as a big box store because when you need help there, it is hard to find.

Hands down best hardware store in the area. You dont get the inexperienced answers here like you do from big box stores. Westlake Ace hardware has a great team of people that really make you feel that no matter how big or small the job, you can get it done. They also have quite a few items you cant get at other stores. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

They are always very helpful and have just about anything you could want in hardware. Plants and garden items seems a little on the high side to me but its good stuff.

Why buy a pack of bolts at Lowes for like $5 when you can buy the one bolt you need for 43 cents? They dont always have everything, but its a lot easier to find someone who knows what theyre talking about than going to a big box store.

I purchases a toilet seat here and it was the very last one on the shelf of the size and model of the one I needed. I took it home to find that it had been opened and I could tell by the grooves in the plastic screws that it had been installed before and by the way the package was put together and taped, it was a return being resold. Aaarg! I dont want a used toilet seat! Especially one that cost me 30 bucks!

Really nice people work in THERE.. Helped me with plumbing issues.. Wont hesitate to go back !!

Always great service! I always come here when I need a tool or hardware. Not always as cheap as Lowes, but I dont have to push a cart halfway across a building the size of a football field. Ace employees are always knowledgable and helpful. Not so much the other store. Will continue to go there when I need something.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this store for staff alone. Additionally they have lots of hard to find stuff. Large parking lot and restrooms.

Very rude customer service, appolled that i spent money there for my husbands christmas presents, got the wrong tool set he tried to return the items and the lady would not honor the sale price of the item on the reciept, wouldnt let him return the item for store credit and made a christmas gift nightmare out of the situation. Then explained to him about her previous employers policy. We didnt ask your work history lady. Poor customer service, we will not spend another dime on this place of buisness. Plain ole rude.

Westlake has items big Lowes & Walmart doesnt have, theyre my go to store. And its much smaller. I get my Stihl string, you name it. So I bought a Stihl chargeable lawnmower there before it was even unloaded off the truck. I would never have bought it from anyone else because they really study & I know they can help if I need it. Yep, Im a woman. They have many big name brands ie. The Big Green Egg & much more. Things I have & its now right there.Lastly, theyre very nice to my dog. She flies through their doors and she is a very shy dog. Thank you Westlake!

They have hard to find items and lots of hardware all types and plumbing and electrical also.

Screen door guy went above and beyond in fixing our cat door. Service like that makes us go there for all our supplies now.

I found the adapter cable I was looking for here after stopping at five other places first.

Dont try to call them on the phone. Twice I called to inquire about an item in stock, was transferred the 1st time, then cut off. Second time, just cut off. I guess they dont need anymore business. Im taking mine elsewhere, they SUCK.
