I stumbled across this shop whilst out and about and I am so glad that I did.After spending many years trying to find a decent hat to fit me this was most definitely the place to go. With a vast selection of hats and a personal tailor made service available I was like a kid in a candy store.The lady that helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful with regards to finding me the right hat for what I originally asked for.I left with a well fitting fedora and a couple of feathers that can be mixed and matched.I would most definitely return for future hat purchases and to this exact store. Such a personal service for a great price and selection available.

I have a large head so finding hats is a challenge. I also wanted something different than a fitted ball cap. This store had a wide selection of styles. I wanted a summer hat that was light weight.The lady who helped me was great. She knew her stuff. She could look at me and realize certain hats wouldnt work because the brim was too small. Ultimately I picked a cotton drivers cap. It fits perfectly and has a feel of quality.Be aware that many of the hats can be very expensive. While I feel they are of a great quality and deserve the price tag, I am a guy that abuses his hats and I dont deserve such nice things.I will most definitely be going back. In fact, they are getting some hats in next week I may like.

Shopped on 8/13. Had a great experience. Sales associate was very friendly and helpful - bought two great hats. Great selection. Would definitely recommend if you want a nice hat in any style.

Great selection of men and womens hats. The store is quaint, and the mens hats remind me of the type the guy in Jurassic Park would wear. Like a man on a tropical vacation. The store is well decorated, with bottles of whiskey and cigars. The store even has a selection of things to decorate your hat, pins and feathers, etc.

I had no issued with the hats. They are great actually. However, i had an issue with the store management. I liked two hats and DC store had to order the M-size from NYC. I filled an order form with my CC details (including 3-digit security ID) and my billing address. Right after submitting the form my CC was compromised. I was getting DC-based (papa jones phone order) pizza and (chipolette) charges and even google music subscription, a bus ticket from NJ to NY. Finally realized and got my CC cancelled. That was the only time i disclosed my CC info on a printed order form, my bad! I popped into the store talked to the manager, i made no accusations or claims but just asked them to get back to me which they never did. Regardless of the fact that i am reimbursed, getting your CC compromised is inconvenient and needs at least an apology or an explanation.

I was in San Francisco the day prior and not happy that I didnt visit the Goorin flagship store; imagine my surprise to see one within walking distance the next day in DC. Excellent staff and I found exactly what I wanted. Great hats and a great staff.

Nice selection of hats. Was in the store approx 15 minutes. No one helped us of even acknowledged our presence in the store.
