The two gentleman that were working were amazing! Very well spoken and knowledgeable about the specific product I was looking for. Not only that but as I was walking out the door, one of the gentleman called me out by My first name (😁) and then offered me samples of a different product that was similar to the one I had already purchased that I could possibly like better if I didn’t like the one I bought! I was completely satisfied with not only my experience but the way I was treated by the employees!

Came in and was greeted. I knew what I wanted and he didn’t pressure me for more. Rung me up and I was out the door. Quick, pleasant, and easy. I will say, I have asked questions in the past and they were always helpful. I really like the body readout machine they have there too.

Walked in not knowing exactly what to expect. So glad I did. I would recommend this store to anyone that would hear it! The person that helped me out was Truth Fry and he was amazing. No products pushed ( just explained popular options and why they’re popular), analyzed my data from the machine that measures body fat, and helped me formulate a diet and exercise plan that works for my body type, schedule and goals. It could not have get more personalized. Also I was having a hard time finding a protein powder that I actually liked because of the synthetic flavors and chalkiness. Truth let me sample the banana chocolate level-1 protein and it was by far the best tasting protein powder I have ever had. And I bought it knowing I was going to like it, instead of just hoping I didn’t waste my money. I definitely feel like I have a better understanding of how many supplements work and what is best for me. Would recommend going in and talking with them 100%. I already can’t weight to go back in and see the progress that I’ve made using the diet paired with my supplements and workout plan. If you’re on the fence about anything, go to this store, you will not regret it!

He also set me up with an in body scan, my macros and a list of foods to stay within that guideline, FOR FREE!!! It’s the only place I’ll go now for my supplements from here on out!!

Truth was great! After an emotional doctors appointment & months of no results I finally decided to go in there & talk to someone. I didn’t feel judge at all. In just a few days I’ve lost 5 lbs, feeling much better & needing to go in to buy something he gave me a sample of. Highly recommend!

Alysha is so awesome, my husband had been working with her for a couple months when I decided to go in and have her help me with a meal plan. I have been suffering with some health issues for about seven months and was at my wits end, just in a weeks time of being on her meal plan my energy is coming back, my health is improving and anytime I have a question she’s there to answer it. Went to this one as I needed some post workout and this location is closer to my college than what Arnold is. Everyone was super friendly, I’ve been thinking about trying opti greens and one of the guys hooked it up with a serving for me to try for the day. He also gave me the rest of his 1db to try as I had mentioned I wanted to lose some extra body fat before summer. Overall very satisfied with this location.

I signed up for their fall 2020 operation transformation, Truth Frye put a nutrition plan down on paper for me to follow and I got the 1-Db Overdrive kit and some protein. During the 8 week challenge of which I started about a week late and was hindered by surgery on my leg I still lost 40lbs. I moved here from Texas and it was super hard to find decent vegan protein. I stopped by the supplement superstore in Washington, Mo and I was blown away by the customer service. Not only were they helpful but they introduced me to the Vegan Power pro protein, in Mint chocolate cookie flavor. This protein is dope, it tastes AMAZING!!!! Im a customer for life.

He went above and beyond, helped out with meals plans, multi vitamins info, protein info, and as well as other weight loss products that could take me to the next level! I love S2! I first went into one on June 17, and 45 minutes later, couldnt understand why I waited so long. Grant at the Washington store put me at ease almost immediately. His personality, energy, and knowledge is just outstanding for someone who does what he does. We talked about different things. He asked me about my nutrition and vitamins and hydration, and had a way of telling me I had been doing it wrong without making me feel like I was a complete mess. We figured out a plan for my hydration/nutrition, including foundational supplementation, going forward (altered slightly about a month later because I had access to a gym again), and I have been abiding by it (I will admit to a few missteps).Update: I do not know what kind of magic Alysha, Grant (and the now at HQ Truth and Tanner) have over USPS, but I order things and they get to my home less than 24 hours later, once during an ice storm. Yall are awesome!I met Kyle the last visit. He fits right in and was really helpful.As results have become more obvious these last few months, I have only one regret:I wish I went in alot sooner.

Every time I have been to the Washington location, I have been thrilled with their customer service, and my most recent visit was no exception. I have an underlying health condition, so I wanted to use their curbside pickup option. Both Grant and the new manager were extremely accommodating, and they completely eased my feelings of guilt for using the curbside pickup. Grant provided some detailed nutrition information for me as well when I called the store to place my order. My visit was definitely a success and a bright spot in my day!

Ive had such great results from the helpful folk at this store. Doesnt matter who has been there; Grant, Alysha, or Tanner. The advice I was given, and the product selection were all key to fantastic results and great success. I went from 310 pounds to 250 and still dropping, working well onward toward my goals.

I went in to just get some advice because I just had my colon removed. I just had one question “what supplement will help me the best because of the malabsorption of nutrients.” Tanner greeted me and explained in great detail what would work and why it will work best for me. Asked if I had time and made a meal plan for me with my new restrictions. I will definitely come back just because of the customer service. I didn’t buy it the day I talked to Tanner but I did come back and get the greens that he suggested.
