My Dad is 100yrs old and needless to say has significant hearing loss not just from age but also injuries in WWII. They treat him with such respect. They also realize how it impacts on all of our lives when his hearing aids need cleaning. Its a simple thing that needs done regularly. Without hearing assistance my Dad becomes disconnected from life, Swift understands that without me having to explain or wait days or weeks on an appointment. The gals at the front desk are tops! Friendly and prompt. Even through the Pandemic. They bent over backwards to help us out & set up a drop off in the Parking Lot. Excellent Service 👍

They are professional and pleasant. My husband and son received great treatment from all of the people in the office and Tammy takes her time to ensure you get exactly what you need in your hearing aids.

I have been dealing with my hearing loss for some time and a few attempts for relief in the past werent helpful. On my first visit to Swift Audiology, Tammy took the time to discuss my understanding of my hearing loss. She showed her skill and knowledge as she did a thorough exam. I left there with a pair of loaner hearing aids. I have since become a client of Swift Audiology and Tammy and the rest of the staff continue to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Swift Audiology, especially the Washington office to anyone dealing with hearing loss.

We have been taking my mom here for about 4 years now. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Their level of service, understanding and expertise is excellent.Yesterday we had pleasure of working with Tammy on an annual exam, hearing test and adjustment of my moms hearing aids. Wonderful! Melissa, at the front desk, is very very nice. A sweetheart. She offers us coffee every visit. Tammy Swift is very knowledgeable about everything and anything to do with hearing aids. She was very helpful getting our hearing aids to suit us just perfect.
