Sura is the absolute best at the City Center location. Shes so kind and professional and I refuse to give anyone else a chance to treat me better because I dont think its possible. Her product knowledge is top-notch and her customer service skills outshine thr best of the best in both the perfume, retail, and high-end product community.

I’ve bought a lot of cologne and gifts from Jo Malone over the years. I absolutely love their products but my experience in DC was not so favorable. I entered the store and the associated said hi. We walked around the store and I picked up some lotion that was nice but was rudely told to put it down because it’s a “no touch experience.” The associate yelled from across the store when she could have walked over to me and told me politely. There were other customers in the store at the time. I thanked her for telling me and put the lotion down. There is really no need to scream across the store about your “no touch experience”. I have a hearing disability which prevents me from hearing people sometime when they talk, and apologize if I was previously told about their “no touch experience” when I entered the store. Just a tad unprofessional for a sales associate to yell like that in a boutique store. It’s a bottle of cologne - not a Rolex. I highly recommend the Hudson Yards Jo Malone if you want a valued and caring experience.

Julian at Center City is AH-mazing! Super patient, Super helpful, and Super knowledgeable. It takes courage to try new fragrances without first smelling. Well Julian assuaged my fears. He meticulously explained the hints, undertones, and dominant scents. All while pushing me to be bold and adventurous. It was the excellent service for me! J is Julian not Jo... 💫💫

Very poor customer service. the sales woman did not even greet me then conversed energetically with the white customers right beside me. rude and classless — I went in intending to purchase a candle and left without any interest in this store. there are plenty of luxury shops that treat all customers with respect — save your own time and shop at one of those!

Jamie (hope I am spelling it right) is AMAZING!!!! He was not pushy, and REALLY helped me find exactly what I wanted. He truely loves what he does. I live in NC and it is worth the drive up here even if only to get cologne. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

Love their scents. It is located in a convenient location and the little shop is nice to walk into. Havent had a great or bad experience with the employees there. Never had the impression that they were friendly but also never thought they were rude. In all service is ok, nothing to rave about but will go back just to purchase their scents

The sales clerks at Jo Malone in DC are wonderful. They helped me figure out which scent it was that I was trying to replace and suggested a box set to expand on the one I liked. They are very quick and know their scents and products so they can give good recommendations. It helps that their prices are very reasonable and I love the perfumes, too.

The lovely, long-lasting & potent smells are worth the price! No secret, this brand is expensive. Also no secret, you will spray on in the morning and still smell the scent on you when you return home that evening. They are great for pairing together, although I dont typically do that. Favorites of mine are Honeysuckle & Davana, Mimosa & Cardamom, and Nectarine Blossom and Honey. At the I Street location I have been taken care of by Deborah and Milena; they are both great! Very attentive to my needs and patient, never pushy or providing misinformation.

Beautiful scents for the body and the home - their candles and diffusers are particularly impressive, as is the level of service they provide at the store - you feel very pampered.

Best scent experience ever! They have new scents for the season and they help you create your perfect combination.
