Top notch, excellent service. Shane and Joe were amazing!! I Had an issue getting approved for a car at numerous locations, and I gave up looking at dealerships, and had everything set up to get a car through Carvana. Shane called me the day before I was set to pick up an overpriced car at Carvana, and went above and beyond to help me get a better car and better rate.Even after changing my mind and picking a different vehicle than the one I got approved for, at the 0 hour, they still went above and beyond to accommodate me, and worked with numerous financing options to get me a rate lower than I would have gotten at Carvana.For someone like me with no/bad credit, its extremely difficult to get financing, and my only options were drive time, JD byrider, and carvana with interest rates of over 20% on vehicles with over 100k miles.These guys showed me so much love, and got me approved for what is the best vehicle Ive ever owned, with all the features I wanted, in like new condition, with lower miles, and at a lower rate than anyone else.I highly recommend these guys, even if you have to take a drive its well worth it. I drove out from Pittsburgh, and Im glad I did, because none of the local dealerships put any effort in at all, and all had some sort of attitude with me because my credit was less than favorable.These guys never judged me or treated me different, they treated me like family, and have gotten a customer for life. The sale person and financial manger was great getting me in a brand new car, they were super nice and helpful. there were a few problems on the car I found after purchasing the vehicle they fixed the one problem with no problem but when I notice something broken after purchasing the vehicle not even a 2 weeks later I have let the general manger know, but all he said I would have to go through my insurance and that there’s nothing they can do. When it wasn’t even my fault the car came like that.
I feel the car is amazing and overall my interactions were good; however, it is very apparent that the industry has the upper hand at the moment. They have limited inventory and so you get the take it or dont attitude as someone else will take it. They do need to remember, that this is the long game.....and times will change where things flip back to a bit more inventory. There was zero discussion about pricing and in fact I was told some were paying higher than sticker. This felt a bit unethical to me.......but at this time, it is what it is. The delivery and execution was good as the car was delivered to my home.

Service— I called a few days ago to see if I could get a tire put on my Tucson. The person I talked to said they had the tire in stock and to come on down when I needed it done. I tried to call many times the next day as I wanted an appointment to reduce the amount of time it takes. After no one answered after all my calls I decided to stop there after work. At 11:30 I stopped in and they took my information and told me to come back at 3:30 and they could put the tire on. They said it should take around 35-45 minutes. I showed up at 3:30 to dropped my car off. At 4:30 someone finally approaches me which up to this point everything was good until he informed me they didn’t have the tire and couldn’t put it on till tomorrow. One hour in the service department to figure out they don’t have the tire they said they did is unacceptable but things happen. When he wanted to schedule for tomorrow I tried to price match a tire with sams club which was $60 cheaper they would not honor the price match. At this point is when they lost all future maintenance from my family as I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to another dealership.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!My car engine died, and I was referred here by a friend. Brian offered to come get my car. Within 2 hours of calling, Washington Hyundai had driven 35 miles to pick up my non-certified Sonata. The dealership kept me updated and within 5 days they had gotten the engine warranty honored and had a new engine in my car.Let me repeat that: WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PICKING UP MY CAR WASHINGTON HYUNDAI HAD THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY HONORED AND HAD REPLACED MY ENGINE.The service is even more impressive because the only thing I had to do was call, explain my situation, and drop my keys off at my car. Brian and the team did not trouble me for anything and kept me updated. Amazing!

Everyone I came in contact with, beginning with pulling onto the service bay, were professional and friendly. They reviewed what I had scheduled the appointment for and directed me to the service waiting area and they would call me when service completed on approximately 45 minutes. After about 46 minutes I got a call that everything was completed and no problems were found. A 6000 mile oil change and tire rotation completed. All fluids were topped off and a check of all systems completed. They asked if any questions or concerns and I said no, I read extremely happy with the complimentary Huundai service. Great job!!
I was taking my Tuscan in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I also needed new wiper blades and new cabin air filters. The Service Department was wonderful and the work was done properly. Our disappointment came when that very same day we received coupons in the mail and two of them applied for services that we received. We called the next day to ask if the dealership would honor the coupons and we were told that they would not. That we should have brought the coupons with us at the time of service, which was impossible to do being they came in the mail the same day as the service. My bill was over $140 and the savings would have been $20.My husband and I bought two vehicles totaling $50k and I was planning on allowing the dealership to handle all of the service on my newly purchased car (which was 2019 model) but after this incident, we decided to take my car to my husbands mechanic for any future service it will need. Sad that $20 savings in coupons made us realize that $20 meant more to them than our loyalty and future business.UPDATE: A few minutes after I wrote this review, I received a phone call from the Service Manager with the Dealership who apologized and corrected the situation. I appreciate the quickness of someone reaching out to us to try and correcting the situation. The correction was handled professionally and expeditiously. He did explain why coupons cannot be applied the next day but the dealership was closing when I picked up my car so there was no time to go home and retrieve the coupons the same day. But the problem was solved to our deep satisfaction and that is all you can ask for when you reach out to someone.
I just want to give a big shout out to Sandra Justice, in sales. She knew what I wanted to spend and got it done. I walked out with a 2021 Tucson and I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend going to see Sandra if you are looking for a vehicle. She doesnt push you into something youre not comfortable with. Hands down the best experience I have had buying a vehicle.
I had gone to this dealership in search of a reliable vehicle due to myself having issues with my previous car. Yvonne had helped me pick out a very well kept, certified vehicle with awesome features and good fuel economy. After a few weeks, the battery had lost power because of the cold weather; though once I had called, the dealership had stood behind their sale, which I very much appreciated. Incompetent and inconsiderate staff- was told (after several issues) that “nobody is perfect”. The general manager made a mockery out of my more than valid complaint- stating that there was nothing to be done. Apparently if you share similar working hours to the dealership, and are difficult to contact right away- this is the equivalent of forfeiting any discussion for rectifying a sloppy and piss poor deal. My less than 2 month old vehicle has sustained a dead battery, causing me to miss a days work- given paperwork faulty has resulted in multiple trips of wasted gas and time back and forth. If you purchase a Hyundai vehicle, be forewarned that anything and everything that happens will be on your time and your sacrifice as the dealership is not willing to accept accountability for their actions.
Greg and Karol in service are the most accommodating and trustworthy staff members. They are very personable and always take good care of me. I always tell them to do whatever the car needs and they have never done anything unnecessary. Going to Washington Hyundai is a real pleasure.
I wasnt planning to purchase a new vehicle but my 10 year old Santa Fe finally gave up. Yvonne helped me determine if leasing or buying would be a better option, searched for inventory and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted within days.

In my personal opinion every time that I have been to this dealership they have been rude in the service center then they gave me a quote for a side mirror but never looked at the mirror on my car and told me that the reason they overcharge is because people decide to waste their time by getting inquiries and then going somewhere else very unprofessional atmosphere overall a terrible experience

They didnt have the car on the lot that we wanted, no big deal. They told us that they located the car with all of the features we wanted. Negotiated a deal and was told to provide a $500 deposit. Left thinking we had a car, found out within 1 hour that they would not be able to get that car. However apparently they cashed the $500 deposit later that day after they knew that they did not have the car (unknown to us at the time) Stopped back the next day to pick up check and was told that it could take 10 days to get our money back. Somehow this feels like fraud...when you take money for a product knowing that you dont have that product to sell. Sales person was nice... cant say the same for the dealership.Updating. Over 2 two weeks later, Washington Hyundai still has our money and no word from them. The check cleared 8 days ago.
Hyundai made the process of having my car inspected very easy during the pandemic. I was impressed that my car was disinfected both before and after, and the whole process was contactless. They are always professional and friendly and I have always liked having my car serviced there.

Crooked as the day is long. Legal-no morals. Sold me a 2015 ford focus with 80k miles in 2018. I found out just 2 years later that motor was swapped out and The car actually had 200,000 mikes. I found out as the car requires constant part replacements.Presale, we were in constant contact. I went to website, researched the car i wanted. They called and text me back. When i got there, they failed to mention that the car wasn’t there. At a sister dealership, no they cant have it brought over. If i go there, they have to run my credit again. Im without a car right now, thinking the one i picked was there.They try up selling in manipulative ways. “Surely with your income you can afford this payment”. I can afford a smaller one better.Its near closing time because i had work, and you know i thought i already picked out the car.So signing the papers-all these papers- and very last one they slip in “ and this one is to acknowledge that this was a rental car”. Now im exhausted. I think... i have the warranty....Within 1 week i needed bearings. HERE IS THE THING ABOUT THE WARRANTY... it is mandatory that if you live within 40 Or 60 miles you MUST bring it to them. Theres nothing wrong with it every time you take it in. Wasnt bearings, its my tires (why tf you sell me a car with bad tires????). I spend the money to replace the tires, go back a week later so they can say yep! Its the bearings!Now i am still making payments and i can’t rely on the car at all. Been towed twice. I replaced front and back control arms, front and back alignment, Altinator, water pump, thermostat, thing under the thermostat, fan contol motor. Now the heat and air conditioning doesn’t work. I had to fix shocks, struts, ... thousands of dollars. And the air conditioning and heater arent working still.I called the dealership and asked about why all the car parts are falling apart. I asked if it is normal to change the motor out. They are very.... like not our responsibility to check. Enterprise doesnt have to tell us. I tell them all i have replaced, they say well theres 300 parts that could go bad, bad luck they are all going at the same time. No real apologetic tone. In fact its more like a tone that is more like got-away-with-it-fun tone. Manipulative trained scammers.

I had my car serviced by Hyundai Washington, PA for a simple oil change before an upcoming move. They “forgot” to screw the oil cap on, and my car shut down on the highway as a result. I could write a novel about my experience, and how much I appall everyone involved in this negligence. I was never compensated for the thousands of dollars I loss on my $25,000 something car I had recently purchased as a result of their “we forgot the cap mistake”, or the near-death experience I was put in. Thank God I’m alive. They offered to send me a $500 check if I signed an agreement saying I wouldn’t sue. I would not recommend this dealership, or Hyundai HQ, to anyone.
Had a slight problem, but Bob P. Service Manager got involved and life is good. I have had consistent good service from this dealership for 8 years.
