You guys are getting 3 stars because the woman I spoke to on the phone was patient, and actually did what I asked to be done. Price me out on a new vehicle ahead of time. Otherwise, you’d get 1 star. I have gotten a Lexus for cheaper then what a KIA stinger was quoted to me for. Lexus is a way more premier brand then Kia, you compare a Lexus to a genesis, so looks like you lost some business.

Very professional service department. Our appointment got switched to GM because of how we did it online. The lady at the service desk fixed it for us immediately and got us in and out within a half hour. The cost was very affordable. Highly recommend them.

I called on Saturday for an oil change, I was told Kia service wasn’t open but I could bring it in. I said I’d rather wait for Kia service on Monday. The person on the phone says ok and then she hangs up. Monday comes and I call to get the oil change. I was told they have no available appointments until Saturday. This wouldn’t have been a problem, except the person I spoke to on Saturday mentioned none of this and actually said ok when I said I would bring it in on Monday. I will never be doing business with this dealership again as their staff is unprofessional.

The Covid-19 definitely made doing things harder in life. But Charlie made buying a car, even with having to stand outside and wear masks, so smooth. He had the car pulled around when we got there (we had called ahead and inquired about it), we test drove it. When we got back, he had our three choices for taking advantage of incentives, deferred payments, and/or low or no interest. With all these options, it was nice to see them laid out. Also, we love the Kia loyalty discount! This no-hassle buying was pleasant (never thought I would say that about a car buying experience) and we would highly recommend you going to Serra Kia and other Serra dealerships (based on experience with others) for your car buying! We love our 2020 Kia Sorento!

We take our Sorento to Serra Kia for servicing regularly. They put a premium on customer relations and have done a wonderful job whenever we have taken our car in. Their pricing on oil changes is very competitive, as good as the quick oil change places. And, a little touch, they have apples and donuts from one of the local orchards while you wait. Theyve had to stop that offer while the COVID-19 crisis is going on, but it will be back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia Dealer.

Probably one of the worst experiences and I was in the car business for 6 years. After 2 years my sister finally was able to get a car and we decided to come here because my mom had bought a car here, biggest mistake ever. Sold my sister Trailblazer with a slipping transmission, broken air conditioner ( hole in it) the vehicle is stuck in both 2 wheel & 4 wheel drive, the hood is so rusted its about to fly off when driving. I personally knew the finance manager so I figured we werent getting screwed and comes down to it we did. Im sure buisness has been slow because of everything going on but more of a reason to respect your customers. Now my sister is stuck with no car and no job and Hopes that we can sell this pos.

Havent purchased a car in 30 years and was quite apprehensive. I got lucky with Brian McIntyre as my sales person and Jim Cordes as my financier. Both were very informative without being manipulative which is something I dreaded. They made my whole experience a walk in the park. Brian quickly put me so much at ease that I didnt even feel silly asking how you open the trunk and gas tank. Ask for these fellas if youre looking to buy an youll see what I mean.

The manager was very helpful and not dismissive like some dealerships and salesmen can be. Excellent customer service in my opinion. There was just a focus on us as a potential vehicle purchaser that felt real. It seems very foreign in this business, and if you have been test driving vehicles and visiting dealers, youll probably understand exactly what I am trying to convey. Very clean, considering the construction going on next door. Will more than likely purchase our vehicle here as a result of these standout qualities.

Brandon sold our second car to us. We bought a 2016 KIA Sedona and could not be happier. When we bought in our trade they even buffed out a scratch on it prior to evaluating it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately has not been a pleasant experience for me. Within 3 weeks of purchasing, what was said to be, a certified vehicle it had to be taken in to be serviced, on 3 occasions due to various issues. In total there were 6 different problems found and in addition I learned my tires were bad and shouldnt ever passed certification. I reached out requesting to speak with Manager of the dealership; however my request went unanswered. I simply have taken this experience as a lesson learned and definitely will never purchase from this dealership in the future.

I normally hate going to a dealership because it is almost always high pressure, they dont even bother to find out what you need or can afford. My experience at Kia was quite the opposite. I immediately felt at ease and my needs were first priority to Brandon. He did everything he could to get me a deal that was within my budget. It was a team effort to make sure my needs were taken care of and all of the other customers in the showroom were also made to feel important. It was a very smooth and painless transition because of Brandon and I will always go back for my vehicle needs and will recommend to my friends. . I already have!

Had a not-so-great offer from Glassman Kia, sent that offer around to the other dealers in the metro, sales manager of Serra immediately called and guaranteed a higher offer on my trade. I told him right then what I wanted to pay for his vehicle & he agreed over the phone. I ended up with a higher trim level or LESS than the lesser trim Glassman was offering.In 1 day Serra sealed the deal with me over the phone. Well worth the 50min drive from work, and the 1+ hour drive home.

Purchased a 2019 Kia Stinger GT on July 2nd and regretting driving over an hour to buy from them. We first test drove a 2019 Stinger GT at Feldman Kia in Novi but was white with the 19” wheels. My wife wasn’t to keen on the white and found one in micro blue at Serra. According to the add online it was the same model as we tested but in micro blue. We drove to the dealership and bought the car. In the excitement of the purchase, we didn’t realize it had the 18”wheel all season wheel option on it until we had reached home. We got in touch with Keith, our salesman, in regards to us wanting the model with the 19’s. Keith’s reaction was not what we were expecting. He basically said the add was a typo and continue to tell us that in this region they only come in 18’s. When we informed him that when we called Kia hotline, we were told that the Gt comes with the 19 as standard with the option of getting the 18’s. The representative also added, in our region, we get more of the 18’s but also get the models with the 19’s. He tried to make us feel inferior by saying” I’ve been a salesman for this amount of years and I know what I’m talking about. With only owning the vehicle for less then 2 months it’s had issues with it not starting 3 times in which one of those stranded me on highway 696 in the middle of rush hour traffic. I had to get it towed to Feldman Kia and has been there since 7/15. When I reached out to Keith to see if I can get any help, he stated “Well what do you want us to do about it? I’ll let my manger know and he will call you”. We’ve reached out to Kieth and,the sales manager, Fernando but our cries for some kind of help has gone unanswered. They were so nice before the sale, took our money and closed the door behind us.

I wouldnt shop here SPECIFICALLY because the radio commercial is extremely annoying. That awful music that is used literally drives me to anger. Every time the commercial starts I immediately shut the radio off or take my headphones off.

I spoke with the service department when making my appointment for an oil change the day before my appointment. They said it would normally take an hour or less. I told them my make and model of vehicle. The service desk checked to make sure they had a filter for my vehicle and said they did. They didnt even take my vehicle around back until I had been here for 50 minutes. Now at an hour and a half I check again and they have the oil drained out of it but dont have a filter so they are going to buy one from the store up the road. This is horrible service!! Never again.

No car rentals. They do not accept tire replacement policies from other Kia Dealerships. So, If you get stranded by this dealer, the Kia Tire replacement policy is no good here. Service dept. is a joke!!!
