As a home cook, their collection of goods is very extensive, and very well priced. Cheaper than Amazon and much more fun! Dont buy any amount of kitchenware until you check here first. I got a large carbon steel pan for under $20 here among many other things. Everything Ive bought feels like it will last ages, and stand up to heavy duty use. They have many little things that are $5-10, or even less.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, especially the Latino man working there :), whose name unfortunately eludes me.

They have every kitchen appliance and utensil in every size that you can imagine. Good quality, and convenient for restaurants to buy in bulk, but not necessarily all the style options for a home decor kitchen. Dont come here if you are easily tempted by kitchen gadgets, because youll always find things that you didnt know you needed.

This place is clutch for everything from co2 canisters to glassware to spiders to aprons to spray bottles.

Im worried Im ruining my own spot by writing this review, but this is possibly the best kitchen supply store Ive ever encountered. The owners are present and hands-on everyday, they know their selection like the back of their hands. Product quality and pricing are both phenomenal, I cant recommend it enough. This is the kind of place where professional chefs shop but the public also has access to durable, high quality, professional grade equipment at prices that make the chefs businesses viable.

There is so much in this store it is amazing. I walked the wrong door by mistake and found a true treasure . I wil definitelyl be back.

Best Kitchen Supply is a hidden gem within the OG Union Market area. With a small sign, its easy to miss. That combined with people wondering if its open for regular cooks, its hard to find. However, dont miss out on the best deal on kitchen supplies in the city.When you walk inside, there are rows and rows of every supply you can imagine in a restaurant or home kitchen from salt holders to trays to knives. They have a row of dishware and table clothes too. The prices are so cheap too. My housemate bought an oyster shucker recently for under $3.

Usually find everything and anything I need that is kitchen related. Some great set of knives here. An assortment of glassware available for wholesale or individual purchase. Found some tools I needed to make ginger beer as well (cheesecloth, funnel, no homebrew jars though). One of my favorite places in DC

Great service! I have been here many times and the staff are always helpful. I arrived today literally as the doors were closing yet the staff let me in to pick a couple of things I needed. They were very gracious and helpful as always.

Found what I wanted and I was happy

Ive bought a bunch of things here -- restaurant kitchen supplies like Cambro containers, decent work-a-day chefs knives (Victorinox, Dexter), etc. Prices are good, and they let average Joes like myself buy, without being a professional with a business account.

This is a shoppers paradise if you are looking for generic kitchen tools and serving ware. Dont expect the upmarket selection from a la Crate and Barrel or Williams-Sonoma. but if you are looking for tools that you will really use in your kitchen at a reasonable price, then Best Equipment Corp should be on your shopping agenda.I have been in the market for storage baskets for all my drinkware - drink glasses, wine glasses, beer mugs, etc. and have always wanted the carriers that I see at restaurants. So I finally made my way to Best Equipment Corp and was glad I did.After walking around the overstocked aisles, I reached out for some assistance and was helped by an employee right away. He spent the next half hour with me showing me all the different Cambro Closed systems and we found all the sizes I was looking for! Service was top notch where he gave me his undivided assistance and was with me until I found what I was looking for. We went thru the entire store - all 3 floors of it - to find the matching carriers for all my types of cups and glasses.They do accept MC and Visa and prices are reasonable when compared to internet suppliers.

Never open during posted hours when I have visited. Just randomly close during regular business hours. Unprofessional. I wont be back. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to see if they are open first.
