I bought a full-size mattress and platform bed frame from John (the owner) at Mattress by Appointment this week. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a quality mattress or bed at an excellent price. John came in on a Saturday to meet with me and talk about his products, and he asked plenty of questions to make sure the products he recommended would meet my needs. He and his son delivered the bed on the following Saturday, as promised. Shop local!!

John is a great guy super easy to work with. He delivered the mattress and installed it! Im getting the best sleep Ive ever had and the mattresses were all cheaper than anywhere else I looked. We purchased a new bed from Gary. He is a Man who knows how to make customers feel welcome and his personality is awesome. We were sure the bed we purchased was brand new. Still in the plastic. At Marks mattress outlet they have a policy that you can try the bed out for so long and if you arent satisfied you can return the bed. Thats just wrong if you ask me. Who in their right mind would buy a used bed? And does Marks get away with it. After all isnt it illegal to resell used mattresses. I will never refer a customer to Marks. However; I am happy to say if youre interested in a new bed, shop at Mattress by appointment. You will not be disappointed.
