Was in hurricane for a 5 day get a way with my wife for her birthday stopped by to see if they had a safety flag available. Got my flag with a mount had a awesome conversion with Jill and Adam and 1 other fella forgot his name .Adam recommended we run the trail that goes from the torque ville falls down and boy it didnt disappoint was epic best customer service you could ask for ! Riding a little rough on Competition Hill without a backup belt... but Justin came to the rescue and had us back up and running within an hour of calling. Highly recommend these guys and will be doing more (non-urgent) business with them in the future.

My tire fell of my Rhino and I stopped by UTV pros for help and was greeted by the mechanics before I even entered the parking lot. The part I needed was back ordered for a month but they went above and beyond to help me get my tire back on so I could continue my vacation. Best shop around for sure.

We were referred to UTV pros in Hurricane Buy another shop who did not have time to get us in. We spoke with Justin and also with Sonny and Ben. They were great. We were stuck out on the trail and Justin said that they could even come and get us if we needed them too. They had our machine fixed in no time. We got back on the trail and our turbo hose blew off and we brought it back to Justin and they had it fixed again in minutes! Then at the end of the day they took the time to look at our friends raiser. These guys are the best! I would highly recommend these people.

RENTERS BEWARE !!!! Was quoted $590 a day had the car for two days I did not have the money to pay so a good friend offered to cover it so my daughter and I could have a car for the weekend and pay him back . We were told that we can reserve the car for as many days as wanted and if returned earlier we would be refunded the difference ! Also told insurance only covers anything after $5800 out of pocket so we opted out . We returned the car in great shape and only a few hours of use over two days . Now my friends card gets charged $2600 that I am responsible for and the owner of the company first says you have to pay for full time even if returned early then says I’ll refund $250 for a half day rental now saying it’s $1125 a day .Its sad people run there business like this and willing to take advantage of people just trying to have a good time with their family

I recently had a mishap with my SXS while riding in Sand Hollow. Sonny and his crew at UTV Pros knocked it out of the park with their level of service and communication on my UTV. Sonny, personally picked up and delivered my UTV from my house in Hurricane to assist in expediting the repair process. His crew even cleaned my SXS before returning it to me (it was super dirty). Save yourself time and aggravation on any of your UTV repairs and accessory needs, just call UTV Pros. They have earned my business for life!

BEWARE!!!February 2020 I took my 2015 razor 1000 engine into have these guys replace the crankshaft seal.. 3 weeks later after they split the case to install new seal, it failed Within 15 minutes into a simple test drive around my neighborhood. The Engine builder while installing the seal & sealing up the engine cases.. Plugged some of the oil ports with silicone. He used way too much silicone to seal the cases!! There was silicone all over on the inside of my motor. This created a new problem.. having the ports plugged increased the oil pressure ( excessively !! The Polaris specs calls for oil pressure to be around a minimum of 10 psi in the max of 40 psi my engine now had 60+ psi or pressure ) which caused the new seal to fail.. ( I am currently filling a lawsuit against Utv Pro & Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau)reporting them to the Better Business BureauOn advice from a Utv expert, I took my engine to another Utv shop. Where they were able to determine that this was the cause of the Extreme oil pressure in the system and seal failure. I have photos & video of all their poor workmanship.. don’t make the same mistake I did & go to this shop to have them do work.

Jim was really helpfull I took my rzr in for low gear not working they got the part in and got it done a.s.a.p. the only thing was my vent tubes were not hooked up and a bolt missing but the vent tubes needed replacing put some new ones on and ready to go. I have not had it out yet because of the civic 19 problems but maybe next weekend I am sure it will be great thanks Jim and everyone else that worked on it

Got a gear reduction done on my Turbo S. Great guys, fast service, easy to work with. RZR drives like a dream now! Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their machine.

Broke my turbo rzr belt just as I was leaving last Saturday from Sandhollow. I bought an extra belt to have as a spare so I thought no problem. I go and pull out the tool kit that came with this machine and the dealer gave me a 1000 tool bag and not one for a turbo 1000. Justin pulled over and asked if I needed help which of course I did. I thought I was screwed not having the correct clutch tool. I told justin I would call my wife to bring the trailer from home so we could get it home. He was headed home and had his kids in the truck so I let him know I would be fine and he could head home. He left and not 5 minutes later returned to inform me he was going to drive the 15 min back to his shop and get me the correct tool. After returning he even put the belt on for me! Who does that?? Justin thank you again for going above and beyond what you needed too!

These dudes are incredible. I trust very few people to take a wrench to my RZR, but I’d let Justin near it with a hammer! Really though, there’s a passion these guys have for the industry. I trust them.

Justin, Sonny and Scott know their stuff and and do outstanding work.We were on vacation in Kanab. We were riding in Johnson Canyon, about 10 miles East of Kanab. My Bro-N-Laws XP Turbo just sputtered and died for no apparent reason. We checked fuses, wiring, it was just dead.The little shop in Kanab was closed. We had 5 more days of vacation.Last Thanksgiving, we met Scott Karchner in Sand Hollow. He led us on a great ride (Plan B) and we had a blast.. We heard he was with UTV Pros so we called and told him what was going. He told us to bring it in first thing in the morning. We are in Kanab and their shop is in Washington, about an hour and a half away.We got there just a few minutes after they opened and we talked about what was going on.Justin, the electrical troubleshooting ninja took it on. He read the codes and and printed out a wiring diagram started probing and tracing. We left to pick up a few things and we got the call it was ready..Turned out to be the instrument cluster failed. They had one! They installed it, the codes cleared and the car is running like new.These are great people. They were very fair priced and took care of usIf you are Southern Utah and have a problem, give these guys a call.Justin, Sonny and Scott are really good guys
