So my journey started over 15 years ago with what turned out to be a herniated disc in my L4/L5 area of my back. I work at a desk all day. I’d received treatment through chiropractor care, spending beaucoup of dollars every time there was a flare up. In June of 2021, I went back to the chiropractor this time for neck and shoulder pain and was reintroduced to Jeannie who began to tell me the importance of saving my neck, shoulder, and back from further injury and discomfort. Jeannie is fantastic. When I started working from home, I experienced significant back pain. When we transitioned to work from home during the pandemic, I bought a cheap desk and chair on Craigslist. Several months in, I developed back and neck pain. My PCP suggested I try a standing desk. This product has literally been one of the best things to happen to me this year. I have serious back issues and I am also visually impaired and this product has tremendously responded to both of these issues. My laptop is elevated so that I can see better and my back is supported. I have even stopped attending physical therapy for my back. Holy cow! Night and day! This home work station changed my life!!!! I am in my 50s and not exactly fit so Ive been struggling with back pain from computer use for some time now. No matter how much I spent on chairs I couldnt eliminate the lower back pain and pain all over. Turns out, its from too much sitting and sitting poorly. Having so much pain while I worked was beginning to take a toll on me. Due to my height its hard to find proper way to work in order to relieve my pain. Jeannie came in and taught me so much.
