Beyond Excellent!!! Amazing customer service. Had repeated issues with the company I purchased my spa from originally and The Great Backyard GM, Matt, stepped in without hesitation and immediately handled my situation. Their technician, Hunter, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. They have earned my business and I won’t go anywhere else!

Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. I love the fact that their furniture is made of recycled material (milk jugs) you can get different colors, mix it up and there is a 20 year warranty on some of their furniture.We definitely will be back soon as we get our deck and yard in. So excited!

We visited 2 other stores before coming here. They had so much in stock, tons of options to look at and incredible customer service!! We literally walked in, found what we wanted and they delivered it to our house in an hour!! In a world where 2-4 months is the common answer when shopping for any kind of household or patio furniture, we couldn’t be happier! Incredibly helpful staff. Really went the extra mile to help make sure we had accurate information that we needed regarding our pool chemical levels. Also beautiful patio furniture with current styles and excellent variety. A little pricy, but great quality.

I think this is the best store to purchase outdoor furniture, hot tubs etc here in St George! The staff are personable, helpful, knowledgeable & are friendly too! Their prices are terrific & their store offers a good selection of great quality outdoor furniture to choose from! We purchased a 4 piece set (1-couch, 2 rocker swivel chairs & a fire pit/coffee table) & it was in stock & will be delivered tomorrow!!! We got it for 1/2 the price that other outdoor furniture stores were selling similar sets for! Their people will deliver & place them on our patio!!! We highly recommend them!

We went in today to get filters for our Artesian Spa (hot tub). The customer service and friendliness from everyone we came into contact with was genuine and amazing. We appreciated the knowledge and expertise the staff and owners had. They also had a great selection of outdoor furniture. We will defiantly be buying all our hot tub supplies from them from now on. If you’re looking for an Artesian brand hot tub definitely go with this store! We use our hot tub almost daily and have been so happy with it. We’re grateful to have a reputable, customer service oriented option to now handle any service needs that may come up in the future.

Such great people to work with. They bent over backwards to make sure I liked the sectional we bought and to get me an additional piece that I wanted! I highly recommend them!!

Matt and his team run a great operation! I went in looking for an outdoor sectional I’d seen online that wouldn’t be in stock for a few more weeks, and Matt ended up showing me one that was very similar, in stock and clearance priced. His integrity is admirable...what sales rep downsells instead of upsells? I’m thrilled with the sectional we bought, and will continue to do business with Matt and The Great Backyard Place!
