Return policy sucks. I bought a jacket with sleeves 2 inches too long. When I tried to bring it back they would not take it because it was worn. They would not even issue me a store credit. I let them know I shop here a lot and was told sorry. Someone needs to teach this company real customer service. (Hello Nordstrom!) So: nice products, poor fit, poor customer service, and pricey. Shoppers may want to consider another brand like Columbia.

Entered the store to shop for an upcoming trip to the Himalaya’s. The women who approached me to help, awkwardly backed away from me every time I tried to speak with her as if I was some sort of diseased monster. I don’t know if this is a store policy or if she’s just one of those paranoid covid people but it was so unbecoming that I just felt unwanted and left, along with the several thousand dollars I instead spent at REI later in the day.

Entered the store to look around and shop and was approached about mask mandates. No “welcome in”, “how are you”, just barked at and stared at for masks.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Never pushy and even offered recommendations to other brands of similar products. I stopped by a couple times to pick up some items for a ski trip, and both times were provided with excellent customer service.

Great customer service and great quality wear. Makes you want to adventure out more so you can wear more of their clothes

My husband bought a shell for over 600$ about 6 years ago. After a year, the lining separated from the material. They fixed it. It is now doing the same thing but far worse. He takes excellent care of it but it’s not a Life time quality coat. I’m sure they’ll fix it but really?It’s just another jacket made in China. All hype, little quality.

Came in to try on a specific pair of shoes. Dana was incredibly helpful and made some excellent recommendations both for size/fit and trying a different style (which was a better shoe for me!).Arc’teryx is a cut above in every piece of their gear I have worn. Highly recommended.

Awesome brand but this location didnt have a huge variety of styles and sizes. Very expensive but its high quality gear. Ive never gotten wet under my rain jacket and the down jacket is extremely insulated.

Great store. Just leave your wallet in the car. You definitely get what you pay for and the design is always top notch with features you didn’t even know you wanted but damn

The company is great. But the staff at that location are not helpful. I had an item I purchased online and wanted to return (ok by company policy) and the guy wouldnt return it saying it was the store policy. I drove all the way from Bethesda for nothing. Of course when I checked with the company they told me he should have accepted the return.

Expect to pay a decent penny for the gear here. It is expensive. However, you do get what you pay for. I bought a shell jacket for snowboarding -- and while it required an inner, it has fantastic wind resistance and kept me dry the entire day. My only issue was that when zipped fully i could barely breathe since the fabric was restricting my breath. The jackets you buy here will last forever (i have run into trees wearing the coat with no damage), they are also nicely fit and just look so so good.

I love this brand and everything they have to offer. At this particular location, the staff made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable.

Beautiful store, sharp, well designed, minimalist products. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being overbearing or intrusive.

Moderate selection of Arcteryx products. They lack most of the models they sell online, which defeated the purpose of my visit. Better than a sporting goods store but not that great.

Really good quality stuff for a really high price. Personally, Im not a fan of the design of Arcteryx. But if youre off to trek Everest, ArcTeryk is probably the best place in town to get your gear.

The Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is well maintain and have different styles and colors for any type of winter activity. The staff was able to get the color and size of the hardshell in the stock room, unfortunately they were out of stock of the softshell but they was quickly able to assist me in getting it. Overall experience was awesome, and learned from the short time I was in there. additional info: yes its pricey but its well worth it if your going to do any winter sports or any winter trips. Also when you call the 1800 customer service number a human being picks up the phone!
