Great little shop. I purchased this sweet little tea set from the 1920s for my daughters Cottage Core aesthetic. I was worried that the price was high but bought it anyway and looked it up when I got home. Turns out it was a very fair price. I am so glad I stopped there; my daughter will love her Christmas gift.

Such a great little shop with decent prices for vintage and antique goods plus local artists. The owner was a delight and fun to chat with. She has some incredible vintage Halloween decorations/ costumes right now and I’m still mad at myself for not buying one of the vintage Halloween wind chimes they had. Once I move to Washougal next month I’m sure I’ll be stopping in weekly.

I can not begin to explain how lovely my experience at My Mother’s Closets was last weekend. Every item is thoughtfully displayed and categorized. They have a great selection; from beautiful local art, to vintage clothing, designer handbags, books, fabrics, home decor, and so much more. The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. The pricing is very reasonable. You will be sure to find a treasure or two that speaks to your heart.

The owner is a misery. Her shop opens at noon, I parked in the farthest space, closest to Peggy’s diner, 1.5 hours before she opened. She arrived 30 minutes later, blocked my car, and complained to the owner of Peggy’s. I was happy to move my car, and apologized for the inconvenience, explaining that the other spaces were full, and that she was not open yet. She refused to move her car, would not accept my apology, and accosted me for several minutes. I had apologized, but that was not good enough. She is a bully, and is driving away Peggy’s business by being so rude to her customers who use her parking space even when she is closed. I thought I would have to call the police, I felt attacked, and she would not move her car to let me move mine until she was done telling me off for not reading the parking signs carefully enough. She accused me of being rude, even though I had apologized twice, and was happy to move my car. I tried to reason with her that sharing that parking space was helping Peggy’s business, and not hurting her business, since she was not even open, but she insisted that it was the principle - and she owned the entire building. An hour later and I am still shaken by the encounter. What a misery she is. I feel sorry for Peggy’s, and I feel sorry for her, that is no way to go through life.

My friends and I went there this week for a small drop by and look around the shop, we had a great time hanging around. Definitely recommend checking it out to anyone.

I definitely recommend if you are going through Washougal stopping at this store . It has really unique mixture of old treasures, vintage jewellery, and beautiful antiques . The owner was in the shop was so nice and sweet . She was so warm and cheerful. It’s clear she loves what she does . So fun ! 10 outtta 10!

What a delightful antique store! Everything is sparkling clean and well organized. And fairly priced too. I will definitely return.

While at practice, I made the mistake of parking in the wrong spot. Mind you, this was not intentional as the parking spots are not labeled. In the middle of my workout, I lady named Ellen came in, yelling (not over exaggerated) at my coach to have my car moved before she called a tow truck. All of this happened within 5 minutes. Before getting to talk to her personally, she stormed out of the building. Surprisingly enough, as a Camas resident I have heard about the owner of this business and her childish encounters with others. So sad to see people act in such a unmannerly way.

I love coming to this store every week to help out sit and visit with Ellen. We have a great time and I am learning so much from her. Ellen want everyone to find a treasure to take home.

This store is super cute! There is a wide variety of items one might like. I personally liked their display of vintage cookware in one room and then locally made art in another. The owner is super friendly, but not in a breathing down your neck sort of way, and can provide information on most of her wares! Honestly, one of the few super nice stores within the Washougal area.

My first experience there was awesome because it’s unique with a taste of home vibe :) I wasn’t expecting to buy, due to passing time in the rain, however I left with new friendships. I’m new to the area and was impressed by so many local artist’s unique creativity. The pride and joy that stands behind each individual story really makes it more than another vintage store, but a community experience. Come in and say hello and leave with friendships and experiences that will last a lifetime :)

One star. How about no stars!! Owner was extremely rude to a chemo patient who happened to park in front of her store. Hearing this story bothers me to my core. Lack of compassion and empathy is gross. Not very motherly if you ask me my opinion.
