Thought this was a Walgreens at first but nope, definitely a Rite Aid. The pharmacy workers were quick and polite unlike at Walgreens, where Im pretty sure they spit in my prescription.
I have had very good experiences with this Rite-Aid location. I have seen very unreasonable customers receive great service when they are rude and disrespectful to the staff. The staff works hard and many times very busy yet they have always treated me nicely and provided quality services. I found the management to be helpful several occasions on misprices or leading a hand to staff when they need the extra help. I am glad they are here in Washougal. Great job Rite-Aid
I am one of their loyal customer and spend hundreds of dollar. Today I went there to buy me some Tide detergent and went to safeway then on my way back home I decided to go back there to buy me some stuff and I experienced that they ACCUSED ME that i was a thief! Bad customer service! After they accused me I showed the manager tom my receipt and proved that I paid for my stuff! He just left without apologizing to the customer that he accused! So unprofessional! I will never shop there again! Worst store ever! I think all the manager are so unprofessional!
Emily at Washougal Washington location is one of the most unfriendly people Ive encountered. She seems like she hates her job, and customers.
Worst customer service in the main store and pharmacy. Rude, unprofessional, not helpful, pharmacy tech discussed my information in front of a line of people, personalities get a-F. Store is always quiet and they always follow me around when I spend hundreds of dollars a month, older lady ( Ibelieve is the manager) never greets you much less cracks a smile, prices are outrageous. Go to Safeway next door or Walgreens down the street. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I appreciate the professionalism of the pharmacy staff. I have found they go up and above the call of duty. However I would give much lower score if this was based on the management of the whole store. Other than the pharmacy and stray staff, the management I have delt with are rude and very nasty to deal with! It would almost be worth the drive to go somewhere else!
The pharmacy staff has always been helpful, caring, and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure we are taken care of. The rest of the store staff has also been great!
Ive always had good helpful service st Washougal Rite Aid.
Well, congrats to the old curly woman working here at washougal riteaid for she just made my day. I wonder if thats how she was trained or just being a racist ! Wish store would care on their store rules about discrimination.
This store sucks, the employees dont help you they just stand there staring. a very rude lady took my obviously empty bag and searched and when i was walking around she was staring at me and giving dirty looks DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, VERY RUDE WORKERS AND VERY OVERPRICED!
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER ARE STUPIDLY RUDE! NO WONDER THIS STORE HAVE THE WORST RATING!
Nasty store manager ever!! I was using a coupon from manufacture gave me. The store manager refused to let me use it. Its fine because I could buy them at SAFEWAY. He was so rude with excusing why it wasnt taken and kept saying me over and over until I left the store.
Deplorable customer service and having your private health information bandied about are whats in store for you if you are a customer!Short version:-- Elitist pharmacy manager without any hint of professionalism-- Staff willing to gossip about you and your meds in front of other customers-- Retaliation for complaining about service and name-calling-- Slander in the form of being called racist for asking if anyone else can help, or anyone else that can possibly read the script-- Aggressive verbal attacksThe pharmacy accidentally put in my auto-refill on the wrong schedule, so when the time came to refill, it didnt do it automatically. I had refills for the same script here for 8 months, so knew that it was probably a minor mistake. The pharmacist refused to fill the script, said it was too soon, and wouldnt let me speak to anyone else when I requested repeatedly to speak with someone who would be willing to help, or ANYONE ELSE who could read my script (critical thinking skills please!). She refused, and told me it wasnt her fault and that she wouldnt fill it.I call back to get her name so I can file a complaint with my plan (as my PCP advised). I wasnt too full of sugar at this point, I admit, and told her that I was going to complain (my bad, shouldnt have told her, right?). She said she had fixed the problem and that she filled the prescription, and didnt know what my problem was. I said it wasnt about the script at that point, but her lack of trying to help and refusal to let me speak with anyone else.I came in to pick up the script and asked to speak to the store manager. The pharmacist looked up at me with the meanest expression Ive ever seen and came around the counter toward me. I said I thought it was best we didnt speak at that point because we werent going to get anywhere. She said I agree, Im not going to speak to you anyway, and Im never going to fill any future prescriptions for you. I was shocked by this aggressive statement -- we werent pals by any means, but to say that in front of other customers was shocking to say the least. I spoke to the store manager, who was completely dismissive of my issue. I said I didnt even need an apology, I just needed them to know that my experience was so poor. She suggested I find another pharmacy. Great.During this conversation, a tech came in the back to inform me that she (the pharmacy manager) was filing a complaint against ME for being RACIST. Shocked, I asked her on what grounds? She said it was because I told her that she couldnt read. I didnt say that (I asked for anyone else who COULD read. Its not the nicest thing Ive ever said, but it is by no means RACIST!).So, now they are gossiping about me in front of other customers and slandering me as well. The store manager shrugs it off, even though she was present for most of this!I did file a complaint a month ago, spoke to RiteAid corporate, and had no resolution or follow-up from them since. BUT, my script did auto-refill, and I picked it up without incident a few weeks later. I decided that although it was upsetting to be called racist and for the entire staff to discuss my personal information in front of other customers, I would let it go. I didnt want to deal with any more unpleasantness. Yesterday, my husband went to pick up the script for me that I had to manually call in for a refill (surprise surprise the auto refill didnt happen again...wonder how that magically happened). They REFUSED to fill the script, stating that because the States Pharmacy Board contacted them about a complaint, they wouldnt fill my prescription as a result (read: retaliation).
Terrible experience! When I got there to pick up the Rx on my way to the airport, the pharmacist said she couldnt find the dr. in her database. Then, when I corrected her spelling, she still couldnt find the name. She had the med in her hand ready to give to me - it was for pinkeye, for goodness sake, not like it was narcotics or something, but wouldnt release it because she couldnt find the dr. Hmmm, I would have thought that since I get all 3 of my rxs at that pharm, that she would have said, I see youre a regular customer, heres the med, have a nice trip, well fix the dr. thing later. But instead, I just had to leave and get to the airport, having to try and get the med later out of state - so disgusting and frustrating! She wasnt even friendly - just stared at her screen and didnt seem to give a care when I said I had to go ahead and leave - I had already been there 15 minutes while she hemm n hawed around. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as well as letting Rite-Aid know about my experience.
For the world we have created, the staff here is good. it is sad this is the system of health care.
I called three times and was put on hold 3 x and each time it started to ring through to the pharmacy, I got disconnected. The fourth time, someone answered and put me on hold before I could say 1 word! Im still on hold! I have not even been able to speak to anyone yet. Im going to try the Safeway pharmacy.
Great variety
Tom was kinda rude. Although there was a sign saying if your fully vacationed you do not need to wear a mask but he said we need to wear one even tho he was not wearing one properly. He is also very stuck up. He followed us around and watched us. He also made fun of us for being around the area. He also got up in our face.
Bradyn is a delightful light in this depressing backrooms of a store. Being in this store for too long you will literally start to go into derealization but bradyns presence will make things better. He honestly makes going into this backrooms of a store better. He deserves something for making peoples experiences here even a bit better.
