I took my care there for a simple oil change without an appointment. I dropped the car off and they said it could take up to 4 hours. I took the courtesy shuttle home. Within an hour my car was finished. Super awesome service and great employees.

It cost me more than I would like it to have, however the repairs was corrections from going to shady mechanics over the years to save a dollar. Overall, they got my Wendy properly healthy and reliable. Will definitely bring her back the next time she is sick.
The pre-paid service went well today. They were ready to go at our appointment time, and I didnt have to wait long at all. Originally I told them I was going to leave it while my wife and I ran around town and had lunch. Turned out my wife was sick that day, and I was on my own. Westlies knew I was waiting, and didnt leave me waiting long at all. Overall it was all good.
Jordan was a great person to work with. The work I had done was very satisfactory.
We took our 2016 Ford Escape to Westlie Ford for a check engine light. We had an appointment for the day after drop off, it took about a week and a half for someone to look at the car and another week to diagnose the problem. We were informed that the turbo charger and catalytic converter were bad. Our service writer John informed us that we still had a warranty on the car and the repair may be covered. When John called back a week later we were informed the turbo would be covered but not the cat. I asked him if this was considered progressive damage and I was told that he had ran the request through Ford warranty several times and they kept rejecting the cost of the cat. I called Ford warranty but was led to two different numbers and was unable to reach anyone on the phone. At this point I reached out to the service manger at Westlie and he told me he would look into the claim and get back to me. Surprise, John called me back 10 minutes later and told me he ran our claim one more time and Ford excepted it. The initial call from John was $4000.00 to fix the turbo and $1000.00 to fix the cat. So, how many people would be glad to only pay the $1000.00 to fix the cat and be thankful John had saved them the price of the turbo and move on, Im assuming plenty. It looks to me like John was looking for a little extra brownie points if we had paid the $1000.00 that was actually covered in our warranty. So unfortunately we will not be taking our car to Westlie Ford again due to questionable ethics.
Seems to be just fine so far, we just picked it up this evening. I hope that we can get back to you after this weekend when we have had time to use it more Thanks for the recall to fix our SUV Ford Edge.
I always have nothing but positive things to say about Westlie Ford. My car had been starting rough the last two days and I made an appointment for next week but with traveling far this weekend I felt it was unsafe for me to go that long without someone checking it out. I called back and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. They were very quick and efficient and helpful.
This was the most frustrating experience i have had at Weslie. I dropped my truck off the night before my 9:00 AM appointment and was told it would be done by 1:00. Not knowing that if you dont stay and wait for your vehicle, appointments then only mean drop off time. And they work on it whenever they can. I finally got my vehicle 6.5 hrs after my original drop off time, or 3:30 instead of 1:00. All they did was change the brake fluid. Which is probably a 1 hour job. I blew a whole day.
Recently when my truck needed service I spoke with an advisor who wasn’t my typical service advisor, Marie, and was told that they were scheduling service 10 days out. My need was pretty urgent because fluids were leaking from the engine. I called back and spoke with my typical service advisor, who quickly greeted me by name and promptly found a way to see me the following day. Im thankful she did because they were able to identify the issue, order the parts and schedule the full repair days later! Thank you Marie and team at Westlie Ford for service that goes above and beyond.
I come here for oil changes on my Ford Escape Hybrid. The oil changes are completed as usual although it takes hours. There is a drop off appointment option and a sit in. I have done both and it usually takes between 2 and 5 hours for either. I am not sure which is the quicker option at this point.Last time I was there I asked for my sunroof drain well to be looked at because it was not draining on the driver side. Attendant told me it was no problem and they would take care of it while they did the oil change. I arrive to pick up my car and ask if the sunroof drain was looked at and the attendant told me it was working and they blew out the drain hole.I get my car back and the interior is covered in black grease/dirt handprints on the beige cloth headliner. They have permanently stained my interior.I drive the car home and realize no service sticker was put on the winsheild for the oil change either. I test the sunroof drain, it is not draining. Tire pressure is low on all four tires.I have prepaid for another oil change to redeem with Westlie but I wont be back.The lack of timeliness, untruthful statement about my sunroof, and dirt left all over the interior... I will go to a more professional mechanic.
I went in for an oil service on my 2019 F350 Lariat. When I went to leave, I noticed oily hand prints/smears across the front of the hood, side of the hood, fender, side of the door, and door handle. When I opened the door, there was oily hand prints on the side of the seat, the seat bottom, the console, the arm rest, and steering wheel. I was NOT happy! My truck has only 9000 miles! Luckily, it has the black leather! Thank you to Jordan for immediately doing what was possible to clean up what was initially noticed, as well as being very apologetic! When I got home, I looked, and found a great deal more! Oil on the gear selector, A-pillar, turn selector, HVAC/radio controls, and sun visor! I havent had a chance to look under the hood, hopefully not more of the same. Jordan also offered up a full detail, which I intend to take advantage of. That is a great service representative! I will return, Im confident the issue will be addressed. If so, I will make that clear on the next review.
Westlie ford was amazing at all levels. Easy transaction, quick deal. In and out including extensive “how too” in about an hour. Very good experience. Highly recommended.
Needed a starter for my 1999 F350 truck, they quoted me a very high price. They wanted to charge 3.5 hrs (diagnostic + labor) for a 15 minute job. I did NOT approve the work, they installed it anyway. When confronted, the service director claimed rusty bolts..... but the quote was BEFORE doing the work. My truck is in great shape, no rust so there would not be any reason for the tech to factor in rusty bolts. I am not coming back which is a bummer I want to trust my local Ford dealership.
This review is for the service department. First of all, a big shout out to Morgan and Jordan in service! When speaking to either one of them, I found them to be knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and customer satisfaction oriented. I had a problem with my truck that needed to be fixed exclusively by a Ford dealership. I decided to try Westlle, as they were the only ones anywhere near me that didnt have a 3 week wait. They quickly diagnosed the problem, special ordered the parts needed and called me as soon as parts were in, so I could bring my truck back to have the parts installed. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks and Ill be back!
The biggest difference between these guys at Westlie and other dealerships is the honesty and trust. They are honest in their pricing with a no BS approach. I bought a brand new Mustang from them and they gave me a smoking good deal. I know that I can trust them when they give me an offer because they aren’t pushing these high stress negotiation tactics like many other dealerships in the Vancouver area.Travis and Don are your guys. Id like to give them a zero. I was in a real bind and needed a key fob for my Lincoln in three days. Parts ordered it to arrive that day and handed me to service to schedule. So far, so good. Service got on the line and said sorry we can do it until next week. I said how long does it take to program the key fob and I dont need you to cut a new key. He says 2-3 hours. Says on line it is a 15-20 minute job. PLEASE, help me. Basically told me to f off, cant help me in an emergency. My family and everyone I know will hear this story and NEVER do business with them again and I was ready to go shop for a new car there.
I have bought quite a few new trucks over the last 10 years and this was my best experience hands down. Ryan and Omar were easy to work with and the transaction was fast and efficient.
They did a good job up to a point, after I got my car back all four tires were low on air after a tire rotation, they were fine when I dropped it off, other than that no problems.
I have been very pleased with Marie and the service team at Westlie Ford. They have taken great care of our cars.
Go here is you want to get taken advantage of. Brought my car in that had a transmission issue (it didn’t run and I had it towed in). Got a phone quote after explaining situation. Can in, they hooked up a computer for, ran the codes and doubled the quote price. I opted out. They requested $155 for 5-15 minutes of work. No breaks. Called it a “diagnosis” I already knew transmission was bad! Thanks! Your diagnosis revealed no new information, a blind monkey could have figured out the transmission was bad. Thanks for nothing Westlie Ford!

This is the worst dealership for conducting service. My wife gets her oil changed here, and now for the second time in a row, they did not replace all of the bolts in the large plastic cover on the underside of the vehicle. She heard a loud noise after leaving today on The Highway 14 on-ramp right by the dealership. She immediately stopped, looked under the vehicle and immediately saw the problem. She called the dealership and they came out to get her back to the shop.They were not even going to replace all of the bolts THEY removed, but my wife insisted. We have one oil change left on the service she had purchased, but I’m considering an alternative.This is the kind of service that will keep us from buying a car from Wesley Ford. Oh and we are in the market for a new car…..I would give them negative stars if I could.
I come from an automotive back ground, and I have dealt with several different types of service writers, both on the job and as a consumer. I need it known that Marie Houck, service writer for Wesley Ford, is by far the best at what she does. It is her attention to details and ability to just listen to my concerns that has made my family a repeat customer since 2009. Thank you for the great experience Marie.
Service is professional and pricing is consistent with dealer service.Scheduled maintenance recommendations are not matched to Ford owners manual for 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Westlife Ford was more than 75,000mi off from owners manuals preventative maintenance schedule. Westlie Ford does not appear to align their service schedules to those recommend by Ford engineers.
I am very happy with the service at Westlie Ford. I took my Toyota RAV to the dealership for years but wasnt happy with the recent service from Toyota. I took it to Westlie Ford, the associates are easy to deal with and I can actually talk to the service man about the problems with my vehicle. John is easy to talk to and can fix my vehicle the first time instead of having to make another appointment to find the problem. They also have an excellent shuttle service with friendly drivers. Living near Westlie Ford, I defaulted to taking my truck in here for routine oil changes. I commute between AZ and WA often for work so Westlie has done many oil changes over the last 1.5yrs. Of all they have done, maybe two were ok. I always get my truck back either with oil on the door, steering wheel, running boards or all of the above. In addition, they spill oil on the skid plates and do not clean it up after so I have oil stains under the truck by morning and oil all over the underside.Knowing their track record, I gave them one last chance yesterday - that was a mistake! My first words to the service advisor were ‘PLEASE make sure there are no oil prints on the truck and if anything is spilled on skid plates or cross members, CLEAN IT UP’. That was a fruitless request. The truck came back to me and had oil on the steering wheel, running board and outside drivers door. Top it off, oil on skid plates that blew all over when I left the dealer. It wasn’t until this morning that I went out to find a nice oil stain underneath the truck.So, in short...I won’t recommend Westlie to anyone regardless of convenience. It’s not worth the headache and repeat disappointments.
I was very surprised that they want to charge a 3% fee if you use your Visa card. I understand a small mom and pop business charging a fee, but a car dealership? This was a first for me. While it would have been only 18 more dollars added to the bill, it definitely left a bad taste. I’m about to order a new Super Duty truck in the next few months knowing it’s going to take a while to get. With that being said, they likely lost my future business since they want to nickel and dime you.In all fairness to the work done today, it was fine.

First time using Westlie Ford. Staff was helpful and got my truck in early for a routine oil change. The dealership it’s self appeared to be maybe in the process of some restoration or repairs. The service area isn’t very clearly marked.When I picked up my truck I had greasy hand prints on the door in several areas they were also on both sides of the front fenders near where the hood closes. Kind of sloppy. Other than that, pretty normal.

I Came in to look for a new F150 truck to replace my 2013 F150 and found out about the very low inventory all dealerships are dealing with because of the current situation with computer chip shortagesso I found a loaded 2019 Ford F150 lariat at Wesley Ford. took a test drive and fell in love with it. I traded in my old truck and felt good about the price they gave me for my trade, and the price on 2019.Mike was very helpful with the whole process. Especially after the sale. Helped me transfer my work tool box and ladder rack off my trade and onto my new vehicle.Went out of his way to personally help me understand all the new vehicle features the day of purchase and the days after sale.Dealership atmosphere was comfortable and I would recommend Wesley Ford to my friends and family
I believe the work was done appropriately, and the staff was cordial but they forgot to call me and tell me my car was ready. When I called to check, the shop was closed. Very upsetting and I was without a car and had to cancel my planned appointment for the next day.
I could not have imagined a more pleasant experience. Angela was friendly, not at all pushy and when she found out that I was there to get a truck for my husband for his birthday that day, she was almost as excited as I was!! She bent over backwards to ensure that I didnt leave that lot without my husbands birthday gift in spite of financing issues, registration issues and time constraints. Get your next vehicle from Westlie and ask for Angela!!!

Service dept was good, the repair on my truck was good, but I made the mistake of detailing my truck a few days before bringing it in and unfortunately for me someone that either test drove it after the repair or when it was being brought up front to me after the repair thought it would be a good thing to run it through mud and mud puddles. Very small issue overall but frustrating regardless.

I own a 2001 F350 7.3L that decided to start leaking. I was referred by a customer to try Westlie and I couldn’t be more happy. Jermey (Tech) and Jordan (Account Manager) kept me in the loop the entire time! Yes, I had to pay for it…..but it was a fair price and our truck is running great. I am so happy that I drive across the river to Westlie’s. They have gained a customer for life. Even if I have to pay sales tax, we’ll worth it for the customer experience I received. Hats of to both Jordan and Jermey, you are both a class act in my book.

Told price for new truck key was around 60 dollars. Get there for apointment told will be 74 dollars. I figured ok tax. Get up to pay now its 157.38 dollars because no one said anything about the programming not being included when I was told the price for the key or when I check in for my appointment. Also told it would take around 30min but took nearly a hour and a half. I was ok with the time takeing longer but not the price jump.

It is very unfortunate that I have to give them this one star I purchased a 2014 Lincoln Navigator on May 6th 2016 now it is time for my first oil change February 6th 2017 I have just put 5000 miles on the vehicle and at the time I purchased it had 24,582 immediately after purchase as I got on to the freeway I had tremendous shaking in the steering column and when I went to break it was worse I called the dealership and spoke with the sales manager about the situation I had advised him that I dont have time to bring back the vehicle at this time because I was leaving the country for four months would I be able to come back after that time I was advised yes with no issues so at the first oil change I had asked for them to rotate tires and definitely check the brakes due to the noise and vibration as I went to pick up the vehicle I question whether or not they had did the rotation and check the brakes I was advised no they did not the cashier wasnt sure what was going on apparently this was the second vehicle that day they did not do so she came back stated that the tires were like new and did not need to be changed at this time at my next Oil Change they can be rotated I had minor issues under factory warranty so I was going to bring the vehicle back in on the 8th of February at that time they would rotate and check tires and brakes that following weekend I received a phone call from the sales manager stating that I had a Heat crack damaged tire and all my tires for feathered I question how could that be on the 6th of February they were like new as I clearly have the service report there is absolutely no courtesy with this company they are absolutely appalling and disgusting extremely rude no communication and would rather just hang up the phone on you then to address the issue horrible communication with service manager requested general manager to contact me never was done conflicting information on documented paperwork in regards to my tires rims I was so distraught when I retrieve my vehicle back from westlie Ford service department no other choice than to take them to court Im sure the judge will ask how can your service technicians Mark everything in green and two days later her having all these issues with Tires and Brakes if that is the case they jeopardize my safety in driving the vehicle away after the oil change the gold Lincoln is the vehicle I own for 10 years the tires got replaced twice during that time and my wheels were still like new the same as with the black Lincoln that I have purchased from westlie Ford was kept in excellent condition you can clearly see all the damage on these rims and tires theyre clearly not the same and in fact I believe they even look smaller then what I had before this whole experience has been truly a horrible upsetting situation and the worst customer relations I have ever experienced I feel that they are very conniving and out to make money without doing proper services

Great experience! Didn’t have the pressure or gimmicks of traditional car dealerships and straightforward/transparent with making the deal happen. Jerry was great to work with and a just a good guy in general. We live up the hill in Camas and he let me take the car up by myself to my wife and kids so it could be a true family decision. Finance was a little slow but not the end of the world when you’re getting exactly what you’ve wanted with a great buying experience!!
I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years here, my family only shopped with westlie Ford. But this was the final straw. Sold me a car with a puncture I let them know day of hey tire is low. They filled it. And less than a week later ya flat. Went in and they wouldnt honor anything. They just lost my parents business, inlaws business, my business and both grandparents. Who have shopped with them for over 20 years. Just like our town its gone downhill. Honesty and trustworthiness is no longer there.
