HORRIBLE! The level of service was so bad bad this location, we switched after two days to another provider. Dyllan is completely inept at his job and continued to lie to us. Bad information, poor communication. Even took our phones back at the store, then we received a $1,900 bill for them 3 weeks later because they didnt send them back. Then lied again about their process when we had to call them on it. Literally worst customer service experience of our life. Save yourself the headache.

Dylan helped me replace my apple watch that refused to activate. He was so kind and his customer service was impeccable! 10/10 would go to him for my tech problems again!

I am very impressed with the customer service, follow up and attentiveness of Dyllan and the staff at the Washougal Wa store. If the location is slightly out of your area it will be worth the extra time to do your business there. I’ve been a Verizon customer for years and years and I can honestly say I have never experienced this type of customer service.

Ive had no end of trouble with the phns ive gotten from here. True, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable however doing right by someone is not just selling them what they want. Im unableb to afford the outragius prices of a new phn all at once and have always been given the option of payments with my monthly bill, untill my last visit when due to an unscheduled drop and breakage i had to get a new phn haveing not yet had the broken one long enuff to pay it off. I was informed in order to get the new id have to pay off the balence of the broke one and pay for the new one in its entirety as well. . .ineligibility reasons or whatever corporate shenanigans verizon is up to. . . Needless to say my mood was not improved by the courteous and attentive staff of this sparsly outfitted store. . .

Came in to purchase a new iphone 12 and add a line for my husband to my existing plan. It took hours and Jurgen didnt seem to be very knowledgeable, had to keep calling corporate and calling manager over. He talked me into trading in my ipad for a brand new one due to several promotions they were running. I got my first bill and none of the promotions had been applied. I called corporate and they deferred to the store, said they didnt see any promotions applied. So I went into the store and spoke to another employee (dont remember his name.) He saw the promotions in the notes and said he would get them applied and call me in later in the week to confirm it was taken care of. He never called and the promotions were not applied. I called a few weeks later and spoke with the manager Dylan. He took my info, said he would look into it and call me back. He never called. I just called up there today after a couple more weeks and Dylan swore he had never spoken to me. He said I would need to come into the store so he could review my bill. I reviewed my bill prior to going up there and there were actually some promotions applied. Not all of them, but at this point Ill take the loss and remember to never do business with this location again. Theyre either dishonest or incompetent and I have no patience for either. I was surprised to see all of the great reviews on Google but then I saw that most reviewers have only one review online-this one. Hmmmm....
