I absolutely love this UPS store. Ive been in various times for shipping and they are always very nice and helpful. Recently I began utilizing their online printing services. I love it! Its easy to use and you can play around with the color, types of paper, etc. But my review isnt about the website, its about the store. This year Im homeschooling my two young children and needed to print out quite a bit for their preschool curriculum. Full color, cardstock, etc. The prints turned out beautifully. Very vibrant and sturdy. They ran out of the paper I requested, so they upgraded my order free of charge. I also have to mention how much I appreciated one of the employees (Ravi I think). One of my kids fell asleep in the car on my way to order, so I called the store and asked if they could meet me in the front the store. He was so sweet and had no problem with that. I so greatly appreciated that! Wonderful store and Im looking forward to working with them more.

No place is ever perfect, but the customer service here has been great. If there is a problem, they fixed it. They’re fast and when I was a minute late, they kindly let me in to do Amazon returns that I had been trying to get done for two weeks. I am incredibly grateful 🙌🏻 They also stay open an extra half hour later than most other UPS stores

Great customer service at this store i am new to town and the staff is very welcoming.

I have been in a business account holder with them for over three years. This store used to be my go-to place for anything related to Printing and shipping. Over the course of the last six months their service has dropped significantly. They are no longer allowing house accounts and they are closing all existing accounts they are no longer allowing copy cards and it does not seem like they care at all about having any business clients. They have had issues with their accounting and forgot to Bill me since December and then they automatically try to run my credit card without even so much as a phone call. They have given me time cover that invoice however it should never have gotten to that point in the first place . I have been trying to contact the manager for the last 4 days straight now with not even so much as a return call. As much as it troubles me to say this I can no longer do business with them. This is a real shame, I would never recommend them to anyone at this point

My package shipped fine from Florida to portland. After reaching portland, ups delayed my package 4 DAYS due to weather conditions I live 20 min from portland and work there every day. Weather has been cloudy with occasional showers. At least make the story believable come on

It was a pretty typical UPS store. They had two cashiers and when I got there I had to wait outside as there was a line. They were helpful and it is only two miles from where I live.

Absolutely rude service, I was tested like I was an inconvenience to whatever she was doing. She treated another customer the same, absolutely rude poor customer service.

Quick and easy

Disappointment doesn’t sum up the overall experience I experienced from interactions at the store and calling customer service. After mailing multiple packages weeks ago in preparation for Christmas, one of the addresses was transposed by one of the employees. Unfortunately, I did not catch this when initializing the numerous boxes on the customer sheet. Wish they would have offered an apology or solution other than saying it was your fault you initialed the address.

Ive had a mailbox here for a couple years now. Everyone that works here has been very helpful. Their knowledge of shipping procedures is amazing. They can be great help in any situation. Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. What more could anyone ask for?

Very helpful and nice people work at this UPS store. I would give them five stars, but during peak shipping time they have fewer people working which makes for a long wait many times.This is not the fault of those who work there, this would be a ownership/management issue.

This UPS store is my go to shipping center! I have a personal UPS account, yet this Stores prices always beat those UPS offers to me, online. Most the store visits I make are simply Amazon returns.These folks never complain, even though I always ask for printed receipts for parcels they arent paid to handle. The wait is never more than a few minutes, even with a crowd. Thanks for the consistent and friendly services! Ill be back!

I use this UPS location almost on a daily basis for packages dropped off and picked up. The staff is extremely helpful and provides great service. Have been there at busy times and the associates attend to everyone promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend from a satisfied customer.

I’ve been here several times and my experiences had been uneventful and pleasant. However, I recently tried to returned a dress to amazon through this location and the package was lost. I had the receipt with my tracking number. When I tracked the package with tracking number listed on the receipt, it stated that the package was delivered to me prior to the date on the return receipt. It was obvious to me that the clerk at the store made an error and scanned the wrong barcode as it is impossible for a package to be delivered before it was sent. I called the store 6...that’s right! SIX times and never got a call back. Ocassionally I would get the manager by chance, she would be very polite, promise to get back to me and nothing would happen for over a week, at which time I would call back. This went on for over a month. The return deadline on the item had long passed. I told them the value of the dress ($63) and stated that I expected to be made whole. I had proof that I dropped the dress off to them, they have no proof it went where it was supposed to go, UPS has no record they ever received it. Diane agreed and referred me to the owner. I called the owner and, surprise to no one, I never got a call back. I am out the $63 dollars, which isn’t the end f the world and some would argue part of the risk of online shopping. But the disregard with which I was treated in this matter by the store shouldn’t go unnoticed. I won’t be returning.

I shipped out an item. I told him it was fragile Paradise for a bubble envelope. They put it in the bubble envelope, and then smashed it to get all the air out. The person said that she did not smash the area in which the fragile item was, even though I saw that she did. When it got to the other end it was destroyed useless and priceless. I called to inform them and ask them what we can do about it. They just made excuses of why it was not their fault. It was only a $6 transaction. And thats all I was asking for was a $6 back for the shipping of what they did. However they refuse to accept responsibility. I recommend do not go there if you want someone who is responsible and once a place whose careful with your items.

Very busy, short staffed, was appalled all she had to do and wait on customers too...but she was fast, efficient and easy going, she showed no stress.I like to come here. Very helpful and courteous.

I was incredibly impressed with Liz. There were 3 customers in store and she took 2 calls in the space of 4 minutes, whilst making all 5 of us feel like valued customers. I wish all people gave such fantastic customer service and took pride in their jobs this way. Thank you

Its one thing to make a living. Its another thing entirely to charge a customer TRIPLE what the shipping is really worth. I have a ups account. My driver didnt stop yesterday. Kids Christmas presents had to go. They were happy to take advantage of this. All of the employees were nice. But obviously their boss subscribes to the stick it in the customer and break it off way of doing business. 65.00 for 2 small boxes is criminal. Maybe it costed them 25 bucks to ship. They will never get a dime out of me again. Im in business for myself. If I did my customers like that, Id starve. Never again

I needed several legal documents scanned and sent, over a period of two weeks. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and efficient. I appreciate their service immensely.

I have used this location for printing, and faxing. Liz the associate is very helpful and friendly. They are quick, and efficient.No complaints at all. The current price for faxing was $1 per page, and printing was like 8-10 cents a page. I would call and confirm, but it was very cheap.

Employees are very helpful and work well to find most efficient delivery method.

What wold I do without Julie and the staff at UPS? I am there every week and they are efficient, kind and timely. Thanks, you guys!

Amazing people work here and they are all always amazing and get everything done quick and right.

Easy location, quick efficient staff. Lots of supplies for mail and packaging. Unique cards and gifts.

They are efficient and friendly and have really high quality color copies. I have had them put together multiple copies of 100-200 page permits and they have always been perfect.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The woman who runs the place is rude and bossy and disrespectful to her employees and overcharges her customers. She was very condescending to her trainee as they originally quoted me 69$ then said 175$ ! I asked to buy the box and Id pack it myself she said the box was 20$ I went to Lowes and bought the same box for 2.27$ and shipped it through USPS for 60$

We have had excellent service from UPS, both in shipping and deliveries.

Store does not open until noon. Very long line everyday at noon. Very difficult to social distance when everyone is waiting for the store to open.

Always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Deanna is wonderful. She helps my mother and I send forms to insurance companies or places we need. I am 4 hours away. I send the forms to Deanna. She helps my mom with faxing the forms to the appropriate place.

Horrible service. Guy behind the counter couldnt understand my numbers or what I needed. They give me 8 different prices everytime I ship. They were rude. Not helpful. And when we added the only box they had price went up over $20. Do not go here !

Within the last month or so You have not been helpful when I tried to get gmails converted to and sent as fax letters to my doctor thru your office. Ill give you 1 star on that fax service. (I think you might have discontinued that service?) darrel
