Install was fast. Dropped off at 8 AM and I got the call saying it was done around 1130 AM. Unfortunately they couldnt be bothered to remove the remaining masking tape from the rear window. Its like they got most of it off, it tore, and they were just like meh good enough. They also couldnt be bothered to put my rear headrest back where they were when it was dropped off. My truck was also left in their parking lot after hours and completely unlocked. I paid over the phone and told them that the power locks were not working and it needed to be locked manually.

Great price, fast but accurate and second to none employees that were just hard working nice people. 250 bucks installed on a big truck! I will continue to take all of my vehicles to them👍🏻

Not even 6 full days after install windshield explodes. There was not a car as far as the eye can see. They said looks like an impact cant help you.I just spent 600 dollars getting both my truck and my wifes cars windshield replaced. And it exploded. Got hit in the face with glass and have glass all over my truck and a hole in my windshield. Never should of let this horrible business install a new windshield.While I was here trying to get them to honor the warranty they broke another customers brand new cowling. Great service

Was recommended by my insurance, Big Mistake, they installed my windshield with the rubber seal folded up just over the driver seat so that water drips steadily down in a good rain, Now my car smells like mold. They apparently dont have customer service because they dont answer the phone or get back to me on my messages.I see the company is apologizing for the poor service to reviewers who arent pleased, what a joke to tell people to reach out to the team through the given number, what a joke when they wont even answer or get back to you😂

Broke my windshield and then told me that there was a chip there and they werent responsible. If there was a chip there its not the one I asked him to fix when I brought it in!

Went in for a huge chip in my windshield.They quickly handled it through my insurance.While waiting I was informed of nearby open shops within walking distance of them.From the clerk to the work was exceptional, professional and informative.They educated me on ways to keep future chips and cracks from expanding until being able to make it in for repair.I wont use anyone else.Highly recommended!

Really appreciate Shane,... he’s very knowledgeable and his skill set... You’ll be in great hands with your vehicle when he does it. Professional service and very fast

I used the online scheduling system to arrange for a front windshield replacement for my Subaru. The system was extremely easy to use. I realized after scheduling that I had an incorrect selection on my style of window. I called the local service center and the lady edited my selection and even waived the difference between my selection and the correct window. Wow, I was impressed. I will be using Safelite for all of our future glass needs.

Super helpful I had just got a brand new windsheild from them and not even a week later a truck kicjed up a rock at me and put a good hole in my windsheild I took it to safelite again and they gave me a really good discount to fill the hole so it doesnt spider.

Absolutely the rudest people I have dealt with.They would not uphold their end of our install agreement and had would not warranty their work.I had an 1100 dollar windshield delivered to an address based on an agreement we made and the rude manager cancelled on me leaving me in a bind.

They were quick and came right to my workplace to do the work.

Safelite will not stand behind their defective products. Distorted window that was not inspected by installer at shop, now its my problem. Many other window shops in Alaska I will steer business towards.

Well the guy replaced the glass fine and everything but on the receipt it says that my vehicle was vacuumed inside and he didnt vacuum it. Just brushed the broken glass off of the dash

Beware.. if they break your glass from repairing a chip, they will force you to pay for a new windshield. Great business model Safelite! Get people to bring their chipped windshields to you so you can fully break them and then get them for another $180-$200+.Brought my car to this location to get 3 chips fixed. Im selling my car so I didnt want to put money into it, plus the windshield was just fine (until I let safelite have at it). Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is probably the worst customer service Ive ever seen in a company. You know if you try to fix something and you break it, you should be held liable to fix it.Even if you charged me $50 for a new windshield and ate the rest of the cost I would have been satisfied. I would never trust Safelite again. Read their reviews, tons of unhappy customers who have used Safelite. Wish I read those reviews first, would have chosen a different company.
