Stacey and his crew are good people! They are always warm and welcoming. On my third trip in I pulled the trigger on an ATV purchase. He helped me test fit it in the truck, provided a local law cheat sheet, and made sure I was spun up on everything I needed to know to maintain my new ride. Will be back!

My experience with yamaha has been unpleasant. When I call Logan is extremely rude. Unpleasant. On the other hand Dave in service is extremely helpful. Logan needs to work on his communication skills which he lacks. Shout out to Dave in service for making things happen. 🙌🏾If you need parts go to partszilla.com you can find anything and everything.

This store treated me like as if I stolding the four wheeler I was asking for a new ignition but wasnt sure of the year from that point forward the child who was behind the counter didnt really try or be helpful or just do his job I went out and got the year of it and paid for it and still have not receivrd a phone call to pick it up

Went there to order parts for my snowmobile because I wasnt sure about the part and what it is called? So I brought my sled there to help? 3 guys walking around doing nothing couldnt get one to look at my broken part on my windshield? Just a sorry bro from one guy and the kid behind the counter was deer in headlights look.will never shop there again.

The service guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how and why they did the repair. Dave and the guys are top notch!

Service department has done great work on my grizzly 700 for almost 10 years now. They do good work and what they fix is done right and stays fixed. 👍

Performance Yamaha of Wasilla has no time management or commitment to their customers. They will tell you something will be done no later than one time and continue to break their promises. Trying to call them for an update is a waste of time as they won’t answer the phone. When you first start dealing with them they are great but as soon as they get your money you never get any customer service again. I would not take my machine back there unless you want it back after hunting season is over. They have lost my business for good and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go back there!

This have been the most agonizing thing that happened to is here in AK. We brought our yamaha rhino to get it check out and after a week and half they called us and they told us it is the ECU So we told them to work on. We were told that total will be around $800 for all. A month later we followed up since they have not called and was told that the part is still on its way. At this time we asked again if this will fix it and was told again that it... we again needed to call after a week to find out what was the hold up and we were told that the ECU fried and we will need to pay for it. We are so disappointed with this service... they are wanting us to pay $600+ for a broken ATV ... dont bring your machine here they will mess it up and not take responsibility of it ....on top if does not follow up with costumer....

Not a very large selection and everything is very expensive. They also do not barter with their prices. Store is very clean. And all kept though.

Staff has always been very helpful and enjoyable to work with. Will continue to take my business to this crew.

2016 yxz 1000r 355 miles cluch is out still under warranty. yamaha says they will not warranty it. Over sized motor for their cluch.
