Needed a new helmet, went to Fish Creek like everyone else does. Props to Colton, he saw me walk in, gave me a nod as he was on the phone. Immediately asked if I needed help when he was done, and I was fixed up in about 5 minutes. Great helmet, great price, great service.

Took my 2003 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 in for repairs and a plow for the snow season. Customer service seem to be pretty good. The only downfall that I see would be the communication between service and customers. Was told my machine would be done within the week and it’s been two weeks now and still have machine in the shop.Found out they had to order parts and they had to wait for them to come in so not a big deal for me.Overall they are a great company and I will continue to use their services. Only request I would have is to contact customer when they say if any repairs or time changes are needed so the customer does not have to keep calling to find out what is going on.When I did call them several times they said they are very sorry for the inconvenience and they would make sure I am compensated for the wait.If the changes made to calling the customer frequently while the machine is in the shop To keep us updated, you would definitely get a five star from me.keep up the good work.

6/20/19. Had a 6” long stick poke through my Grizzly stock tire a couple days ago. After 11 years and 1500 miles I’m not surprised. Called Yamaha in Wasilla to buy some stock “take offs.” They wanted $350 for the set and I believe $25 each to mount them. Called Fish Creek Sales and they had ITP Mud Lites for $377{25” tires}. Mount price is $20 each and that is with the tires still on the ATV. Dropped my Griz off last night. Picked up tonight. You guys do GREAT! I’ve had great experiences buying their wheel bearings in years past as well. Thanks guys!

I drive out of my way from Eagle River kjust to buy from a local company and give them my business because i know the service and gear they have is top quality.

I have been to Fish Creek Sales 3 times in the last two months and have had a sub par experience to say the least. The staff member I have continually worked with is unfamiliar with the product, and argumentative when you explain there is a product that exist that they are unaware of. My first experience I was looking to purchase ITP Cryptids in 28in the staff member rudely interrupted ITP doesnt make Cryptids in 28in tires which in fact they do make them and I currently have them on my 2017 Pioneer. The next experience I was looking for lug nuts and the same staff member gave me a 16 pack of lug nuts that looked too small (I forgot to bring a one in for sizing) and stated that Im pretty sure these are the wrong size and the employee again argued with me and said, thats what my database says fits your rig. Did he recheck my vehicle in the system? Nope just looked at me condescendingly for a few awkward seconds. Anyway I pay in cash and get my receipt and head home. Once at home I went to put the lug nut on and my presumption was correct, way to small. So I pull off a lug nut that is on my rig, grab the box of the wrong size lugs and head back to the store. The same employee is sitting at the desk when I get there and I inform him they are too small, he doesnt apologize for anything looks up lug nuts for the one I brought in goes to the back for 10 mins and come back to tell me they are out and would have to order them. I ask if I can return the ones he sold me (with the receipt in hand) and he said, Since you paid in cash we cant do a return, we can only order the correct ones or give you in store credit.. Since I was apparently stuck with this inconsiderate company that still has the actual bills I gave them to purchase a product 3 hours prior in their register and wont return them I agree to the order get returned $1.00 for the price difference (which doesnt make sense if they cant do cash returns) and was told theyd be in in 3 days, 6 days later I still have no lug nuts. After multiple bad experiences I would not recommend doing business with this company.
