When you charge me $16 to air up 2 balloons I expect them to not look like this 4 1/2 days later. I’ve never had Mylar balloons deflate this quickly. I aired them up Monday afternoon for pictures and needed them to last till Saturday for the party. I had another set of numbers for the party but after you charged a ridiculous amount to air up these I chose to make them work. FYI, the hot pink ballloon was purchased for a birthday on June 6th and it did not even look like it was losing air till July. I feel ripped off! Also, I had to buy my decorations on Amazon because I could not find anything I was looking for at this store. I bout table cloths, 1 decor item and had to settle on some candles because your candle selection was ridiculous.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a party city and they have definitely stepped up their game! I love the wall display for costumes. The employees are nice and helpful. Only thing I don’t like is a lot of items are not priced on their display and/or don’t have a price sticker on them.

Seriously under stocked. Needed Baby Shark and party bag supplies. Ordered from Amazon. Sad.

Ive been in this store a couple times now and have found thats its lacking in the kids birthday party area. They have several themes to choose from, most of which are currently popular, but didnt have all the items youd expect to find for a complete birthday setup (specifically, invitations!)

I had never purchased balloons here before & figured id go to the balloon counter to ask them about details & pricing. There were 3 females at the counter right in front of me, one of which appeared to be dressed like a manager, all just starring at me from time to time but never spoke to me. Just kept looking at me & walking back & fourth at the balloon counter not doing anything majority of the time. This happened for about 10min, as i could tell at one of these moments, they were gathering balloons for an order. Not one time did they greet me & tell me “i will be right with you.”. Once the manager got done helping one of the associates, she looked at me, stopped & then proceeded to walk the opposite way to help a different NEW guest who had been waiting at a different counter further away from me. After about 15min-20min & trying to force them to guide me on how i can pick out & order balloons for my sons bday, i will never order balloons from them again. Id rather use a mom & pop store where theres better customer service.

My hat goes off to Brook, the store manager. Excellent customer service. I ordered something online that said in stock in error the store was out. I received a courtesy call from I think Lillie, maybe Lula ( my deepest apology on the name), but she was awesome also, very sweet and polite young lady, same as Brook. Great managers, produce great employees. Excellent, superb!!! customer service from Brook and the clerk that did the courtesy call. Very satisfied customer.

Make sure to check online before coming into store. Big store, great selection, just dont waste a trip if you are looking for a lot of something. Double check online before coming in.

THIS is the second time THIS year that THIS location has gotten my balloon order wrong. First in May for a prom party, I requested the mylar letter balloons to spell out PROM and instead of the O, I received a Q. Then just this weekend, I ordered a bouquet of balloons to include 5 festive green, 5 red, and a single Mylar 1 for my sons Christmas/Winter Onederland party and it was to be put in the bag that I purchased when making the order the day before. Upon arrival for pickup the next day, the balloons were not ready to go. They were not in the bag I paid extra for and there were only 4 green balloons instead of the 5 purchased. Of course, I had to point all of this out and thus wait for the order to be corrected. And as it always goes, the missing green balloon pops while it is being added to the bouquet which is being added to the bag, and thus a longer wait. A little attention to detail and a higher level of customer service would have been great. Do better!

Bought almost everything for my boy’s birthday. The inflate the balloons for free and guys are proactive!

They have a lot of great stuff. Established. But...when it comes to the online curbside pickup, they get ZERO! I ordered online...no problem. I received an email saying it was ready...no issues. Get to the store...call the designated number and ....problem! I had to call 20 times (not an exaggeration! ) until it went through. Then I got a recording of store hours and other such, but no person. The recording cycled through 4 times before I lost patience and got down. Then it took 2 people to find the order and give it to me. Seriously, do not use their curbside service because it does NOT work. They are seriously behind the curve on this.

Out of stock of everything, there were atleast 4 completely empty aisles. There was also a worker that smelt like bad B.O.

I know it’s mostly a Halloween store and they don’t keep all the costumes in stock. But when we went the store was half empty, it looked so sad and wimpy. They didn’t have what I needed

Service has been fantastic, especially with their delivery option. There was a mistake on our order today and Logan handled my initial call to report the mistake. Selection is fine, but ALWAYS literally the SLOWEST check out line. Allow extra time to stand and stand. Cashiers are slow, will stop to answer the phone in the middle of ringing you, visit with other cashiers rather than focusing on what they need to be doing, and have zero sense of urgency. I’m going to try to visit other Party City from now on. This has happened every time I’ve visited.

I ordered different items for curbside pickup, they sent me an email stating it was ready to go. The curbside pick up was a breeze. Was able to get everything that I ordered ready to go. I also placed a delivery for my babys birthday balloons, so I will update on that depending on how that goes.

There was only 1 cashier and he was tending to a gentlemen who couldnt make up his mind. We had to wait because of that but the young man was very kind and courtious.

Ordered online to pick up balloons in store and was initially told the order was not fulfilled by the manager that slowly made her way up to the front. Was later told my order was “given away” to someone else and the manager wasn’t even the least bit apologetic. Manager lacks very basic customer service skills. Only gave 2 stars for the cashier who was friendly.

I ordered during the COVID-19 time to pick up and forgot about their closing time. They called me and waited for us to pick for 10 minutes past their closing time. Really appreciated this as I didnt have any back up. Cannot thank them enough.

I ordered online and designated to have my parents pick up, since it was close to their house where the party was. They didnt give the balloons when my parents picked up, which I didnt find out until just before the party so there was no time to retrieve them. Then, I called the store after the fact to let them know that the balloons were left off and that I would like to get refunded for those. They tried to make it seem like I was at fault for them leaving the balloons out. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE BALLOONS AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND UNLESS I CAME INTO THE STORE. The person who answered said: yeah, Im looking at the balloons and they are right here. GREAT. That does me a lot of good after the party is over.

And the staff is INCREDIBLY rude when you expect the product to be delivered in a timely fashion. We dont darken your doorstep ever. Thank God for Amazon so we never have to.

One of the better Party Cities Ive been to. I was served by Leah and it was a great experience. Was in an out of the store in 10 minutes.

We got very good help from a worker while shopping, but when it came time to check out, we had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for the only person that was checking people out (even though there are 7 registers and at least 4 employees in the store)Never mind that there were three people waiting in line. I guess taking those paper plates off of one shelf and moving them to another are more important than checking out customers!

This is my first and last time here. Its a saturday, I do t know if that has anything to do with the 45min in line wait. I wanted a helium balloon, and they would not fill it until i paid for it.... but i couldnt pay for it at the balloon station terminal. After paying they told me it would be a 3 hour wait to fill it. WOW!! I counted 4 people at the balloon station 2 of which were mostly just talking. No wonder it takes so long! Online has a longer wait time! Dollar store here I come!

Nice big party store. I dont come here that often, but when I do have to come it is usually to pick something up such as balloons, Etc. Nice staff. You usually have to wait a fair amount to check out when here, so cannot rate 5 stars.

The staff was helpful and I was able to obtain what I needed. The only reason I am not giving a five-star review is due to the slowness of the service. I felt I waited at the front checkout area longer than necessary. Nonetheless, I would return to this store if needed.

Hot as Hell, rude staff, long wait time, and nasty. We found chewed gum, open candy and opened and damaged product while we were searching for our items. The sooner we can get out the better and we only go there for last resort.

Cool store, very large with lots of party options. Lines move quick and very friendly staff. One issue I really dont like though. If Im being helped at the customer service desk and someone calls, its like they stop working with me to answer the phone. Basically anyone who calls gets helped first.

The store was fairly empty as they are setting up more for Halloween. There were several workers stocking, but only one cashier. There was a long wait to checkout.

Kid loved it. Cute party stuff. Lots of different characters and options to choose from.

Service is fine and the store is usually kept up (outside of major party holidays - Halloween for instance-). My wife and I love checking out whats available at this Party City when in this shopping center. Not only do they offer party supplies, but you can find neat little things (shirts, hats, toys) for popular properties (Star Wars, DC/Marvel Comic, etc.) that you cant seem to find anywhere else.

The help was great very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Knew where the items were located. Unusual amount of toys lots of Legos. Store managers actually chew out employees in front of customers. Bad policy!!! Emily was a huge help despite the store manager poor attitude.

I cannot express how much I hate going into this store. The lack of help is ridiculous. There is no one able to even answer a question. You have to wait in the regular line with balloons (just took 20 minutes) then once you pay you have to wait another 30 minutes for them to blow up 5 balloons. Your customers in line are grumbling with the lack of employees able to help is infuriating.

The young lady that was running the only register was very helpful. The two other staff that ignored the four us standing in line for 15 minutes were not helpful. Train your staff better!

Large and clean with a lot of party options but they had 2 people checking customers out while the line grew to just over 20 deep and had 3 people blowing up balloons while the line kept growing. Just be prepared to wait with no customer service

DISHONEST MANAGER! Bad experience, my receipt don’t have the name but I went there today 10-11-18 at 5:59. I want to let you know I SAW WHAT YOU DID, you took off the sticker with the right price and the register mark higher price, you are a dishonest person you knew I was right 😡😡 never again 👎👎 I prefer Amazon.

They have a lot of graduation stuff. I was specifically looking for University specific yard signs and helium balloons. They dont carry college specific stuff. They did however have a have a couple of things for the nearby high schools

Very very terrible experience. I had bought a paint face kit for $15 dollars for my nieces birthday. I tried to use it on her to practice, and it would not show up at all. So I tried to pour water on the paint, to losen it up and it still did not work at all. Tried to go back up there to return it, the manager told me that I couldnt since I had already opened it. BUT HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF IT WORKS OR NOT WITHOUT OPENING IT???? I even put it on my skin in front of the guy to show him it wasnt working, and he goes well Ive used it and it works. You just gotta use a lot. Great customer service.

This store is huge and they probably have anything you could be looking for the next time you need a costume or are having any sort of themed party. Prices are reasonable.
