Young sales lady was so great walking me around to offer her support on what products would be good choices for me. Turned out I love them all. Well done young lady. I am a very happy customer.

Came in with my 5 year old and The ladies here were so nice and willing to help but they didnt hover and I love that. The sweetest ladies. They also really know theyre stuff thank you

STACY!!!! (I hope thats how she spells it). She is absolutely amazing. I walked in knowing a few things. She was on top of her game. She helped with everything, without being pushy. She walked the store gathering everything I needed. She helped me all while assisting at least 6 other shoppers. We were able to chat a little and even laugh. So if you need anything, She is the girl to go to. Thank you!!!!

Sally’s has made a big mistake by deciding to charge for a shopping bag!I’m NOT HAPPY about that! As a professional, I have other suppliers who don’t charge for something that should remain complementary.

I arrived right at 6 walked in and the person at the register said they were closed to come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. But yet there were still customers in the store. And if a store is actually closed then you should lock your doors and not leave them open so people walk in to be told come back. This wouldnt be so frustrating if this wasnt my only day of the week I could go in until my next work week when I can get off earlier. Also if you know you just told someone that you are closed shouldnt you go and close or lock your doors??? But instead left them open to tell more customers to come back tomorrow. I saw this while I was looking up another Sallys hours to see if they were open. Not good costumer service in my book. These younger generations have no consideration towards others.

The Assistant Manager was incredibly helpful for us today. We went to 2 different stores and they said they either had (and didn’t have) the dye or couldn’t look for us. But she called every store, checked the back and everything she could to help and recommended the best products!!! We’ll be going back just for her!!!

I went to buy bleach and dye for my daughter’s hair and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I kept coming back and she made it so easy for me!

I got a botched dye job at a nearby salon. I asked for caramel brown balayage highlights and the woman gave me 90s Christina Aguilera instead 😂 I drove straight to the nearest Sallys to get something to fix it and the ladies here were so helpful in helping me find what I needed. Thank you!!!

Im writing a review because I think this store deserves better than some of the one star reviews it has gotten. Ive been shopping here for a couple of years, now, and Ive been happy with the customer service and products. Most of the time, Ive gotten good advice about what products work best and how to use them (of course, different people have different opinions about products, but its been good for me, overall). Everyone has been friendly and helpful, so I am going to keep shopping here. =)

I come here a few times a month. I usually buy heat protection products, Ion conditioning stuff and hair color. Most of the time, those things are in stock. The last time however, they were out of stock on the heat protection spray I use. Today, they were out of the blue bleach my daughter needed. Im a little disappointed in their inventory. I will say this, the staff here is always friendly and for the most part knowledgeable of their products. So I hope that whoever is ordering for the store steps up their game!

Came in with my girlfriend and her daughter this evening and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time simply because my ex used to work there. We were minding our own business and Carissa, the girl working the floor kept staring at us and whispering about us the entire time until I eventually took my girlfriendsg daughter and left the store. I get that its a low paying job, but act professional.

I have gotten the best customer service in this store. These ladies are so knowledgable and so sweet and willing to help. It is often very busy and they are running at full speed but always are pleasant and helpful. I really like this staff.

The store in itself is nice and well maintained, its the associates... Their advice has never really been to helpful. But atop of that, what they discuss at work is ridiculous. I had my young sister with me as I was letting her have colored hair for summer and I hear the two woman at the front saying loudly how they should check ids for bathrooms now because they wouldnt trust their children around a transgender or gay person, and that they are perverts and not to be trusted. So apparently this Sallys doesnt support equality, just thought everyone else should know. Because it really disgusted me and made me ashamed that I brought my sister there to witness that and then me have to explain to her why they said that. If you have your opinion thats fine, but when you are at work YOU represent that company, and opinions like that should not be spoken so loudly with so many customers in the store. What if a transgender was in the store? Would they like that you think they are a pervert out of assumption? I have always loved sallys, I like their stores, but this store will never get another dime from me, my family, or any of my friends.
