Awesome Service!The ladies here are great and were very personable! The timing was reasonable and so were the prices. The only thing was an iron on patch wasnt sewn on securely, so I had to make adjustments. Im sure if I wouldve caught it earlier the ladies wouldve been happy to fix it. But other than that, it was awesome doing business here. I plan to return for future designs.

This place and employees are amazing! I was in a little bit of a time crunch to get some patches on a karate uniform before a competition. I called for turnaround/pricing and all my questions were answered. I dropped off Friday was told it’d be Tuesday which was fine but Monday morning was told it was ready!! I couldn’t be happier with the work and turnaround time. Thank you!

Kim’s Kloset is more than just a store. Their faith helped our family. The baby blanket embroidered was perfect. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank you Team Kim for quick service and all the right thoughts and prayers.

Whoooo, this place. The front desk girl, I believe her name was (Kelsi or kylie) was awesome give here a raise because she is your saving grace. The fact Im wasting time writing a review says something.Brought in my Fire Academy graduation shirt to have patches put on. Paid the $40 for rush service. Dropped Tues picked up Thursday. Get home put the shirt on and as you can see in the photos, disaster. I called and Kelsi answered told her what happened she apologized, said to bring it in and she could probably do a refund since I only needed the shirt for that day. Cool, that works.Then, I get 3 calls from the business, call back and I would guess its the owner. An absolute unprofessional. Her exact response and I quote.. hahaha well I didnt know how they went on and well, you know, you didnt either so I just put them on how they were pinned....Im no genius, but I dont know maybe Google? YouTube? say hey I cannot do this for you correctly? 99% of shirts the patch at the very least goes in the center, maybe up or down. No, she put in the absolute minimal effort to obtain my payment and moved on. Didnt even offer a partial refund for her minimal effort. Most unprofessional conversation with an owner of a business in 36 years of my life. Advice make sure she knows how to do it before she takes your money and throws something together.

Im a frequent customer of Kims Kloset and they are my go to when it comes to knowledgeable garment, screen print and embroidery work! The staff even gave me small tour behind the scenes to see how it all works! Keep up the good work!

While I do not encourage expectations of walk-in, walk-out service these days, its still alive and well at Kims!! She took time to do a two-shirt job and that afforded me the privilege of getting to know her and to hear about their success over COVID this past year. It is, in every way, uplifting and inspirational. I cant wait to take her some more work as we all unwind from this COVID nightmare.

Im so grateful to the staff here. I accidentally clicked the wrong size for my child. If they hadnt caught it I wouldnt have the correct size. They called me and asked and made sure I got the right size. Thank you guys for helping me out and getting me the right size.

Staff was extremly helpful. Had a number pressed on my sons uniforms, they came out perfect. Also got a mask there, their masks are very breathable. I was having problems finding a mask that i didnt feel like i was suffocating or feeling like it was too hot. Their masks makes it feel like i can breath normal. Highly recommend, we will be shopping there again soon.

We placed our order for my daughters Letterman Jacket. I called to see if we could get an update or if possible. Her response was very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the counter said 4-6 weeks, person over the phone said 8 weeks and said has it been 8 weeks yet? then had a smart laugh after asking me. She acted very bothered by my question. I even apologized for bothering her for such question. But I dont think that is a way to a first time buyer and couldve used a different tone professionalism. I hope my daughters jacket comes back with no problems. Then I will be able to update a review on the product.

We had additional patches added to my daughter’s letterman jacket. When I called to ask how long it would take they said they were scheduled a week out but asked when we needed it by. We needed the jacket in 5 days (by Tuesday evening). She asked the owner and advised us we could pay a rush order fee to get it by Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. My husband and daughter took the jacket and patches in on the same day that I made the phone call. I received a call the next morning and was told the jacket was ready. They got in to work extra early that day so they could get my daughter’s jacket done. Kim’s Kloset went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure we had her jacket back in time for her senior pics. Thank you Kim’s Kloset!!

Kims Kloset is an awesome establishment! I am the owner of the Randall Ranch and she has taken care of our shirts, hats, sweatshirts and more! All our our camps and customers are extremely satisfied with the product that comes from Kims Kloset! We have customers from mutiple states that order from her and everything is above our expectation! Aside from our business using her, we also use her up at church for all of our merchandise. Ms. Kim and her staff go above and beyond for us and everyone of my other friends. Besides having GREAT customer service have very competitive pricing. I came to get my name embroidered on a few items. The shops employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable! My order was handled in a timely manner and I couldnt be more happy with the outcome! I Would recommend anyone to come here and Im sure they will get you handled perfectly!

Kim was very professional and helpful walking me through the letterman jacket process. My daughter missed the school fitting and Kim graciously fit her and placed the order on our behalf. They are not the company that makes the jacket, nor does the fitting, just a helpful partner in the process. I totally disagree with the negative comment just given. The school order form clearly said 8 weeks for delivery to the school. I was told twice as we were going through process it would be 8 weeks. To provide such a negative comment as a review is completely uncalled for when Kims Kloset was helping as an agent in the process for a step in the process that the STUDENT MISSED at their school. Thats irresponsible!

If I could do 0 stars for the owner I would (or who I am assuming is the owne). Support staff there was nice but I feel sorry they have to work for her and experience and see the things they do with her.. First experience had to go to buy Athletic Clothes for my sons at that specific store.. when I walked in store I see her arguing with some customers about a school letter jacket and saying they were wrong etc.. she starts yelling and they start yelling. Crazy. There are other customers in there. I saw a hat I liked while I was there and ordered it with my sons baseball logo on it and again the support staff very friendly. I gave her the benefit of the doubt being the start of the school year and maybe she was stressed out. My husband picked up the hat and the logo was very high on the hat but it was only $17 so it wasnt a big deal. I stopped in again today to see if I could buy another hat and have the logo lower. When I walked in i heard her yelling on the phone to someone and calling them an idiot. Customers were in there with big eyes while she was yelling including the staff. I showed the girl my hat and asked if I buy another one can the logo be lowered she called the owner over to look at it and ask her. She said it cannot be lowered because of the way the hat it shaped and the machine. OK I was good with that excuse even though I have other hats with the logo way lower THEN she grabs the hat I am wearing off my head and says see the hat you have on is the same. WOW, right off my head and rudely. I just walked out in a daze that any store owner would act that way and grab a hat off someones head that they are wearing. Gave them a second chance never again. I never leave bad reviews but could not get over this one. If the school wants me to buy there again I will refuse.

My son and his church group had some T-shirts printed here. Theyve had their shirts a couple months now, (my son wears his a lot!) and they all still look great. Also, the shirt they used is top quality and wears well (unlike the thin/shruken/cheap Ive experienced from other custom print places). I do plan on making future purchases with Kims Kloset.

I was really nervous to shop here because of the nasty reviews left by a couple others. But I had no choice because my daughters athletics uniforms had to be purchased there. I am 100% sure the bad reviews were fake. Every experience from beginning to end was nothing short of professional. Even while they were super busy. While I was waiting for my daughter to try stuff on, I watched Kim deal with a lady who didnt speak good English. Her husband evidently ordered her daughters uniforms from the wrong school. Kim handled it beautifully. She said shed get it fixed for them in time for the first day if school, no problem. Everyone was relieved. Later, I had a sweatshirt in my order that didnt get printed, but I didnt notice it until weeks I after picked up the order. I went in with the sweatshirt and they printed it for me right there, no questions asked. I was on my way in less than five minutes. I even had my two year old in tow most of my visits and no one seemed bothered that he was there. I dont know how the customer service could be any better. Great job Kim and Kims closet staff!

Kims Kloset did a great job of helping me get my sons athletic uniforms for this school year. The staff was kind & courteous and extremely helpful! I bought the shorts and shirts he needed on Saturday morning & was able to walk in this morning and get his name ironed on while I waited! They were GREAT and my experience there was wonderful! I have been coming to Kims for years. Have gotten bulk t-shirts, scout patches sewn on and multiple things embroidered. Kims Kloset has always been great, quality work and is the only place I go to!

We are new to Azle ISD and needed clothes for my daughters athletics class. We had No clue where to start and these ladies went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure my daughter had what she needed as quick as possible!! AMAZING experience ! Thank you !Thank you ! Highly recommend!

Purchased a onesie and a hat to be embroidered for our soon to be born son to have his newborn photos taken in. Showed a picture of exactly what we wanted, as they showed me a font on the wall i said it looked great. I come to pick it up, as they told me on the phone the same day it would be ready at 2 so i show up at 2:10, i had got extremely rude customer service for coming before a phone call from them.The hat and onesie look absolutely nothing like the photo i showed, the font was completely different than the one shown to me it is pencil like thin, the picture i showed was bold lettering on both the hat and onesie and the monogram done on the onesie was less than half the size. It looks very un-proportionate to the onesie because it is so small. I get a call from the owner who was also VERY rude, saying that’s all they could do, that there was no way for the font to be bigger, etc. Never offered once to fix it, replace the onesie and hat, give me my money back at least for the embroidery. When this outfit has cost me over $50 to purchase, now i am having to pay and get an entire new outfit and pay someone else to do the embroidery correctly. So it is going to cost me double. Very sad to see people don’t have good customer service, and don’t want their customers to be satisfied with their services.

We came order 2 pairs of pants. They measured the kids. Came back larger than 2 inches. Wont let us exchange or return. Definitely will not go back or buy anything from here. School please choose somewhere else.

We’ve used this place a couple of times and the first couple weren’t too bad. The last two times though have not been a good experience. I got my daughters name embroidered on her back pack and show up to pick it up and it was not even close to the color I asked for, so they had to redo it and my daughter was without her back pack for an extra week. Then my step daughter is in Voltage this year with central high school and we ordered some shirts for her but my wife noticed when she ordered them there wasn’t a place to put the students name, and her being a new student we know the teacher is not familiar with us yet. So my wife called to ask Kim’s how they would distinguish and distribute the shirts and Kim the owner was who my wife talked to and was EXTREMELY rude and was raising her voice and talking over my wife. So CONGRATULATIONS Kim you have lost a repeat customer and we will forever more use Elite Embroidery.

I just received our order and am so disappointed. Not only is it not centered bit the font that was recommend was to thin on one bag. The lady that served us when we order could not help us at all. She didnt let us know the fonts did not translate well on the bag, or that they will just place it anywhere. For what we paid I would not recommend this place at all. I am hoping it can be fixed quickly. The negative reviews are accurate so take heed to my warning. Honestly I should have know when we came in and two different customers were complaining about their orders I should have listened to my gut.😔

I went in looking to have one hoodie made with a custom design on it. Probably a nightmare request for most businesses (lots of their time taken up in exchange for very little money from me), but everyone at Kims Kloset made me feel like I was their most important customer. The owner spent a ton of time with me, getting my order just right. The quality of the item was excellent. I have gone back, and will continue to do so. I now have a new favorite hoodie, and they have a loyal customer.

I ordered a band jacket before Christmas for my daughter and was worried it wouldnt be here in time. It was. My daughter absolutely loves it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

So I was coaching a soccer team for the local BAYFA league. The uniform shirts only come in colors with numbers. So I shopped around for places to add our team name, kid’s name, and graphics on the uniform shirts. Of all the places Kim’s was the only place open on Saturdays. And they were around the same price as everyone else. I read all the reviews here on google. And was a little bit nervous. I called them on several occasions to discuss my project(and emailed them at later hours that they answered), and every time they were patient and nice. After changing my mind 3 times we went with a plan. I went up there to take them my to kids shirts and pay them. I was surprised at how busy this place is. Other people were picking up some really nice stuff, so I felt a lot better. I paid them. And being open on Saturdays allowed me to have the parents to bring their shirts in and pay Kim’s on their own. So, that was one less headache of having to ask parents for money I wouldve had to pay upfront. We picked up the shirts a week or so later. They came out exactly how I asked to be. We then had them do our parent shirts. Again, they turned out exactly as I asked them to do. Nothing artsy, or fancy, or over the top. Just what we asked for. I was extremely pleased with Kim’s Kloset. Everybody I dealt with there was extremely nice. Nobody rude. And I feel like if there was ever any issues it would’ve been my issue because of all the changes and they still would’ve fixed it. So take these reviews here with a grain of salt. They did my whole team’s uniforms, and parents shirts just like we asked them too. I mainly wanted to post this review, because I felt the current reviews didn’t represent the majority of other people who go there and get exactly what they ask for with no issues. At least from the 4 times I had been there.

I’ve never received such rude service from anyone like this before. Sadest part is it was the owner not her employee. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention they don’t stand by their product - No Exchanges or Returns ever.

Im a barber in the watauga area... I needed patches and other items to be altered on my barber jackets. The service i got was pretty impressive.I only waited for 2day for two jackets to be done. Customer service was pergood as well. I was also given a free t-shirt with a 20 dollar value. That was a great gesture. Never was given anything before.my heart melted. I brought scarves to Kims Kloset to have monogrammed. These scarves were to be a gift to the female members of my wedding party. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the scarves they had been monogrammed with the incorrect font. I was very frustrated. The owner said that I signed off on the paperwork so they were not liable for any mistakes, but I did not select the font that they used on my scarves. She said customers need to be trained and that if they were to fix it they would have to charge me all over again. It is very stressful to plan your own wedding and it is expensive. I am thoroughly disappointed in their customer service and in the lack of professionalism I encountered with the owner. Never again.

Terrible Experience. Will never go back.Had custom embroidery done for school uniforms. Asked for thick, fat lines to match embroidery already on garments. They did a skinny, dotted line; it looks terrible.Said it was my fault for not choosing the right font. I had receipt showing i asked to duplicate current embroidery. So owner then yelled at clerk for not making me choose the font myself. How would i know what font to choose?Bottom line, owner would fix but it would cause holes in garment to remove and redo. So basically, not a real choice. I am stuck with it, and it looks terrible. My poor daughter has to wear it every day for the next year, unless i buy a new uniform and start over. She left the store in tears.Folks warned me not to go to Kims Kloset as they always mess up the order. I should have listened. That is why i wrote this review.

Kims Kloset is a great local resource for t-shirt blanks in a hurry - and only $5!!!!! They also sell Thermoplex Plus vinyl by the yard. BONUS!! Ive never seen anyone there be less than friendly and helpful!!!

Unprofessional experience! And this is just over the phone. Id hate to see whatll happen when I visit in person to pick up my daughters order. I just spent my time arguing with two different staff members about how they didnt call me when the order was ready yet they kept saying they did. Why would I wait so long to pick up my daughters uniform?! One staff said they do shipping while another staff person said no. Seems like communication may be off around there.

**Update**I need to lower my rating even more. The owner is completely unprofessional and blasted my review on a local crafters page. Very very unprofessional. Will avoid this store.The space is very small and the prices are quite high for blanks that you will work with yourself. They only carry thermoflex brand htv and in very small quantities. The staff is not overly friendly, especially if you have children with you.

Great personalized customer service!

My son goes to ISMS when we went to schedule pick up I tried to buy his uniform. They were out of shorts and the representative of this store told me that they could wear any shorts that were maroon or black. I questioned her saying I thought they had to be maroon? She assured me that they could wear black so I went out and bought him black shorts. Needless to say, he got questioned by his coach as to why he wasnt in uniform. Now Im scrambling trying to find shorts that are the right color.

PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS STORE. My Gosh...this place is the worst store I have ever shopped in. These people are the RUDEST people I have ever encountered. According to the owner and employee, Kim and Mae, the customer is always WRONG, and they are always right. They never make mistakes, and if your order is not correct, then it is something the customer caused. I find that dealing with places like this, you always leave unhappy and they get your money and move on. They truly deserves NO STARS, because we spent quite a lot of money at this place between August 2015 and December 2015 and had poor quality and even poorer service. But NEVER AGAIN........I ordered my middle schooler an ISMS hoodie to match all of his ISMS athletic wear and bag, and while she was working on it, I found a maroon hoodie and a cute logo with bling. I mentioned to my son that I wanted this for Christmas. He goes back later and spends his own money ordering my hoodie and when I opened it on Christmas Day, the hoodie was beautiful - but had two small holes in the fabric on both sides of the front pocket. It looked like they were frayed and would continue to get bigger. So I took the hoodie to the store to show them. I patiently waited until every customer had left the store as to not complain in front of other potential customers, and her response to me was that WE MUST HAVE CUT IT WITH SCISSORS. I said WE? I am 47 years old and have never in my life been accused by a vendor of something so outrageous. They way the owner treated me over a $45 hoodie that my teenager worked hard to pay for. This is pure hatefulness. A pair of his gym shorts also came unraveled and had to be re-sewn. They must use irregulars or low quality merchandise. Please find another place. They do not deserve our business. I will go to every Keller School in my area with this information and request they not recommend this place. I plan to take my business to Keller Embroidery from now on.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Cant express that enough all the employees are rude the old lady named May or however you spell it is rude. I wanted a pillow case and a make-up bag done, before we went out of town; it was a want not a need I didnt need it right then. The owner Kim said oh no its fine will fit you in we will have it ready on Tuesday.My mom and I went to go pick it up, before running our errands today and the owner Kim said well its not ready yet, Tuesday isnt over yet, well give you a call when its ready. We left, ran our errands and went back, and went to go see if it was ready my moms phone was dead and mine was left at the house, so that is why we went ahead and went up there. The make-up bag looked okay, but my pillowcase looked terrible and wasnt what I ordered and the owner Kim came out and when I questioned it she yelled at me, made faces, and got in my face saying that is what you ordered I asked you if that was okay and you said yeah no I didnt she did her own thing to it.She then proceed to tell me that what was on my pillow was popular. She said if I find another pillowcase like that shed fix it for free, but it wouldnt be done today. Refused to refund me my money. As I was asking her a question she walked away. I dont care if its popular, its not what I asked for, and she put a like pink and a hot pink on there it looks so tacky and there is only one thread number on my bill paper, not two. I will not be back, and dont advise anyone to come here. Find someone else, these people should not be in business and my suggestion is take your business somewhere else.Mad and frustrated, because I need to get it fix and have to pay more money to get it fixed, when she should have just listened to me in the first place.

Terrible customer service. They got my order wrong, and then would not fix it over the phone. Worst experience I have every had with a vendor. I would strongly not recommend, if you have any other options.
