Pretty cool place to visit and watch how the ice cream is made on the -30deg stainless plate. Our server was very attentive and answered all our questions. The ice cream definitely has an original flavor that you dont get from regular ice cream.

Son waited 30 minutes for his ice cream....orders his and his aunts. I come in, hey can we get a bottle of water real quick. As she is working on our order....yeah give me a few minutes.She finishes our order, asks a family sitting down if they were ready to order (no big deal, they were in line before I walked in).BUT she starts their order and doesnt bother to grab the water and just get me back out the door.2 stars because ice cream IS delicious, but the Customer Service sucks.

This place has a good variety and VERY clean. I could smell the fresh pine-sol upon entering! I gave it 5 stars because on top of the yummy ice cream, they had classic rock blasting! Jammin Journey while eating my ice cream?...I think so!!

This place is awesome! They have fantastic rolled ice cream with tons of options, friendly staff, and they even write upside down on your ice cream! I went on my birthday and had the best time and had some amazing art made for me that tasted as good as it looked! Very, very cool place!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s a fun little date experience for yummy dessert. It’s icecream with a twist. They add mix ins and toppings and smash it, then roll it. They make the ice-cream right in front of you, it’s fun to watch. There’s menu options or you can make your own.

This was a first for my family and I.Of all places, my grandson saw a TikTok about it and convinced us to take a Saturday drive and go.Was a great experience watching the gal very competently make our treats.It was very obvious that each bowl of Cream Rolls take a good deal of upper body and leg strengths.The Platen is a negative 30 degrees that the Rolls are made on.All four of us ordered different flavors and they were all amazing, altho the one my son ordered, came with a spicy sauce that was better left out. We all agreed that it just didnt go with an ice cream treat.We will definately be back!!This is not a fast food place.Making these Cream Rolls is a definate ART and each one takes at LEAST 5 minutes to make. You can observe the entire process.If you are in ANY hurry, this place is not for you, but i DO recommend that everyone come back with time to spare and experience this amazing, delicious type of ice cream, thats made from real cream!!Currently, as of 08/28/2021, each bowl is $6 and well worth it!!Just a suggestion: Tipping would be a really nice thing to do, considering all the work put into each bowl.I suggest smaller children share a bowl.

This place is awesome! They have rolled ice cream here and a variety of options as far as toppings and mix ins but not so many that you get overwhelmed. The couple who own Cream Rolls are super nice and fantastic at making you feel welcome, as if youve been there loads of times whether its your first trip or not. Taco Tuesday they put a HUGE cream roll in a fresh made waffle taco shell and top it your way. Gotta get back over there asap!!

This place gives off a very chill and laid back vibe. This is a perfect place for families and kiddos to come and enjoy good quality time with one another. Brought my kids here for an ice cream and so glad I did. Annie was very welcoming. Even helped them decide which of the many options to choose from. She showed them the process of making their delicious treats and they loved it!

Is showing up 30 minutes before an ice cream shop closes unacceptable? I guess so. One of the teenagers was obviously frustrated that we showed up this “late”. We decided to turn around and leave after the display of frustration. I guess we won’t be trying this ice cream shop after dinner when it’s “late” (a normal time to have dessert).

Oh my wow! What an awesome place! Took our family of 6 on a Friday night. Was pretty busy but we enjoyed the experience very much. The kids were excited to see THEIR special dessert smashed, mixed, and rolled up into a beautiful dish with all their favorite fixings!

Came here with my best friend, on Friday, and will definitely be back. So good, taste like ice cream but doesn’t melt as quickly. Only thing I would say, is the girls need to have their hair pulled back, a hair fell into my best friends ice cream and the girl had to remake it. All in all, they were really nice and customer service was great and the creme rolls were amazing.

The ice cream is delicious and the place is super duper clean, it’s fresh and cool inside and super friendly.

Thai rolled ice cream; the liquid ice cream base is poured on a frozen pan, add in toppings and chop it up and then it becomes solid. Then they roll it up add more toppings. Very delicious. Don’t let the Thai name influence you, it’s just the style, it’s regular ice cream (at least it tastes like it to me). You can have one or they will split it up into separate containers so families can share if they want.Clean place, friendly people, fair price especially if you share. They have some board games you can play while waiting/eating to have some quality family time.

We’ve taken out of town guests here several times. Employees are always nice and the ice cream is good- a fun experience overall. Tonight we tried to take some guests at 9:30 and they were closed. So, just a heads up- online hours are wrong.

This wasnt just grabbing ice-cream, it was an experience! A great one at that. You can watch them make the ice-cream. Take your kids and your mom. The downside was the wait (completely understandable). It takes them about 3 minutes to make it. Lots of options! Plenty of indoor seating.

This place was super fun. We had AMAZING customer service!!! It was definitely personalized and the gentleman working there made sure we had a great time. He wrote my kids names in chocolate sauce. They have 8 house choices our you can build your own. Its loud because of the kids so choose your time wisely if you prefer quiet very comfortable. Its neat watching your liquid become cream and rolled before your eyes and tasty when you sit down to enjoy

Ive seen the videos of this so many times and had never found a place that makes this. My wife and I were in the area and I saw this pop up on a search.To keep it short, Its a MUST for desert!!! While watching them make our deserts I was thinking This wont be enough for me. but surprisingly it was!Friendly workers that are willing to explain everything to you. I know it must be repetitive but the girl was sincere and pleasant to us the whole time.Great dessert that isnt normally seen in the U.S.

Entered around 8 in the afternoon with my partner. Noticed only one employee working and 4 guests that came in a group, already sitting down.Waited almost 10 awkward minutes. The most awkward minutes of our time. Did not get greeted, nor asked to wait, not even a simple smile.We were obviously a burden to her. So we left.

This place has the best Ice Cream made fresh while you watch adding in what you want or pick from the menu. It was so good I didnt get to take a picture...after first bite I was in heaven.

Got busy right after we arrived and switched over to a new cold plate to make my order. Ice cream came out melted and in wads instead of rolls. When I asked if they could remake it they got really rude and continued to say rude things out loud in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional. I guess the lesson is, if there is a line... Dont go.
