My wife brought me here for the first time and it was amazing. I felt like a kid again. They have just about everything you can think of thats game related. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back to get more.

The BEST second hand game store Ive ever been to. If you need it, they probably have it. An insane amount of collectors editions, a huge collection of rockband/guitar hero instruments, and most of all friendly fun to talk to employees. Thank you, Found It.

Best retro store Ive ever been to. I come in atleast once a month. My dream would be to work for this place just so I can have more money to buy from this shop. The staff is amazing, deals are incredible, return policy is solid. The only downside this store has is its ability to burn a hole in my pocket because I want to buy everything. Sold an extra N64 console and bought some games. I felt that I got slightly low balled. The place is awesome. They have an amazing assortment of goods. I dont want to sound too disappointed. I was just surprised at what I was offered compared to what I know they and others sell for. Still highly recommend at least to get what you are looking for, but probably wouldnt sell much to them or at least weigh your options.

Gamestop can eat a big one because this is the best place to trade and sell your games. They dont have a big selection on the newest games, but they have great deals and one of the best retro game selection I have seen. Great customer service as well and they even carry enamel pins and other nerdy bling!

Bought a wii u that was kinda over priced, the system wouldnt work with my internet setup and I try to return it after 2 days and they do not offer refunds, receipt and all but they have a no exception policy on refunds. Really wish they would disclose that before the purchase. Was gonna build up a retro collection but now I really dont want anything to deal with a shady business like this.

Great selection of games and consoles but disgustingly over priced. I would just recommend finding what youre looking for elsewhere, nothing in this store is reasonably priced.

The store had more game systems that Ive seen in awhile from every era. I would recommend anybody of my generation going in there and getting one of the old school systems. Just remember adults we have real money versus when we were kids!

This is a really nice place to come if youre in the market for pokemon cards. The current stuff isnt highly overpriced. However, the older, rarer things are. Which can be expected. The variety of japanese cards they have is beyond awesome! The collectables are all over the place. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the games are heavily overpriced! They have just about anything youre looking for. But I was floored that Ive found the very same games at Movie Trading Company for cheaper. And to be honest, Movie Trading Company is overpriced to me as well, but purchasing from them allows me to have the item in-hand on the spot, instead of ordering online. Found It also seem to fix consoles and such, which is pretty handy as not too many other places do in our area. Someone welcomes you in and talks about the sales. But they just let you wander after that. Ill definitely be back!

Amazing place. Clean inside with hundreds of games spanning from the 70s with the Atari up to 2021 with Ps5 and Series X games. The amount of consoles and games in great condition is absolutely the coolest thing to see

I first went here over two years ago and was blown away by the amazing retro gaming inventory, and walked out with quite a few awesome finds.However, I went back today and things have unfortunately changed for the worse. The inventory is still amazing, but prices have absolutely sky rocketed. I don’t live under a rock - I realize retro video game prices have generally blown up following the COVID-19 pandemic. I also understand local businesses have additional costs and can’t compete with the likes of Amazon.That said, with regard to rarer games (the ones behind the glass cases), this place is now pricing what I’d estimate is on average a 33% mark up over Buy It Now prices on eBay. I verified this applied to dozens of games they had for sale. In a few situations the mark up was nearly 50%. For example, I brought to an employee’s attention that a particular used game they were charging $140 for sells brand new on eBay for $95 from multiple sellers. I asked him if they accepted offers, and he essentially told me the price listed is the price you’ll pay.I ended up walking out of the store today empty-handed. There wasn’t a single cool thing I found that I couldn’t get for significantly cheaper online, sometimes for literally hundreds of dollars in the case of the rarer items. I’m sure you can find some decent deals if you’re just looking for some cheap common games easily found elsewhere, or for a game still in production you could buy new at GameStop. Otherwise, be sure to first research the price you’d pay online before assuming you found a great deal at this place, especially for the rarer, more expensive retro games.

The owner will actually travel to other retro game stores and try to push the employees and district managers into giving him a deal on buying bulk amounts of the same stuff for example… wanted to purchase about 30 Xbox one kinects prices $36.99 (per kinect) for the price of 2 & 50 wii sports priced at $19.99 (per game) for the price of 3 😂😂😂 and then what’s incredibly sad he will buy product and flip it for 4 times the amount that you’ll see in any dfw retro location.. like come on $499 on a standard n64 ??? Yeah no. People save your money. And purchase from eBay or see other retro stores in your area. Not worth the one star.

Most everything is super overpriced. I understand you gotta make money in the store, but they near (in some cases completely) double the prices on stuff. They are the largest in the area, but definitely dont have the best prices. Also trade credit is atrocious, theyll give you 10 bucks for something they sell for 70 or more.

This is my grandsons favorite store so I get to go often. They have a lot of cool stuff. The staff is always friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that I always have to go get one to assist us. There can be 5 or 6 of them around and most items are in cases where staff has to get it for you. Standing at the case staring and making direct eye contact does not work. Lol.

Ill leave this here for the owner. Hopefully they take the advice and run with it. Its a middle of the road review which means i would possibly return but definitely check my purchases before hand. I recently purchased 3 games from this place. Each one has significant scratches and finger print smudges all over. You would figure they would at least clean the merchandise before putting it on the shelves, and i dont mean resurfaced, i just mean basic clean. One of the games has the completely wrong manual for it. My buy one get one free pink tag was not applied even though i played by the rules they had set. So ended up paying full price anyways.Your store looks great but these couple of things i found disheartening. 7 day return period is not enough considering i have to beat or get far enough in the games to even see if they are going to work all of the way to see if i got screwed or not due to the condition of the disk.I am a total retro head. If i could make sure they worked or where at least cleaned i would even start buying my consoles here to complete my collection. Its nothing to drop 400 in one of these stores, these small but still red flags make me reconsider. Thank you

Okay the store definitely has some good inventory but they are way overpriced and customer service is ehh. If you are looking for good prices and good games head over to retro madness or retrobution on hulen st definitely worth your time and money

Over all good staffing and great store but highly suggest if you are selling items here that you get it checked out at multiple places to see what kind of value you have on your items so you won’t feel lowballed and make sure you also have a list of your items before taking it to multiple stores and checking them before you take them to another store

Found It is THE place to go for classic video game enthusiasts. The store is filled to the brim with the best of the 80s and 90s including Atari, Nintendo & Super Nintendo, TurboGrafx 16 and much much more. They also have a very nice selection of current gen games and consoles. Found It also has a small selection of TVs and gaming PCs, along with tablets and laptops. The store is staffed by super friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to help, and the prices are very reasonable.

Super Place that has everything your heart desires when it comes to retro gaming and then some. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, Trevor and Sam were great and patience with my kids who were overwhelmed at the experience. The store is a treasure trove of classic video games from old and new consoles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My kids living coming with me, and I always spend more than I was planning to.

This place has almost everything for about every console. Games are well priced for the most part and kept in good conditions. Staff is helpful, and the prices are good, and the game variation is great. If you want to find a game, this place will most likely have it.

Great store!! Just found out about it. I had been looking to get a PS3 because I have an old PS3 hard drive that I wanted to sync up and download to a new one because my lazer went out on my old one. Found a great selection of PS3 s to choose from. And found numerous old games that I just lived in the past, but had gotten rid of over the years. Now I have all the older games that I had saved data from so picked right up where I left off, and I have all the new versions of the games that were continued on PS4. I will say I still love Red Dead Redemption on PS3 better than Red Dead 2 on the PS4. I have several old games that I still play on occasion like Golden eye 007, on my N64. And I still like playing my Simcity on my Super Nentindo. I have basically every system that came out over the years, and now I have a place where I can still find games, and get repairs done. I love this store, and friendly customer service!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks alot Found It!!

Nostalgia is a hell of a drug and this place is the best dealer for it. Found It has a shockingly good inventory, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a true passion for video games. Not only did I find some gems for myself across a ton of old consoles, I got to geek out at seeing a Super Famicom in the case, a copy of Tron Bonne and a whole fleet of different colored, clear N64s. They take extra time to well organize their store, pristinely clean all their products, and give you the best version with fair prices. Ill definitely be going back!P.S. During Covid everyone was wearing masks and sanitizing. You can call ahead as well if youre looking for specific products.

This shop is incredible. I am not really a super dedicated gamer, so I usually feel intimidated by video game shops. But the owner and his employees are so kind and helpful. I am always impressed with how clean and organized the store is, and the selection is very thorough

Employees treat you like family. Sadly they didn’t have a Xbox 360 power supply in stock but they’ve probably got everything else under the sun. Pricy systems except for the 3ds’s those were on par with online prices

So stopped in and goodness. Almost everything is priced higher then if I ordered online. All their consoles are WAY OVER PRICED. Its cheaper just to order online. Or go to else where. You dont have to believe me I understand. But at least look at sold listings on ebay before. So at least you can make an informed decision. You may have to wait. Is double the price really worth it. Its as if they are buying stock online and trying to resale it at a higher rate.

Walked in at 6:58pm not realizing what time they closed and was greeted with we close at 7. I took that as an invitation to leave as if they didn’t want my business.

Ive been shopping at this store for a year or so. Its amazing. They have a great selection of retro games, consoles, Laptops and accessories. Ive bought a few consoles and a lot of games from them and never had a problem. They also have specials and discounts for some games when you buy more than 1. Everything there is top notch and the people are down to earth and actually care about quality. Cant reccomend them highly enough.

This place has an amazing variety of retro games, as Im sure youve already seen from the pictures. The people are friendly, wearing masks and got a price back to me relatively quickly for a couple of PS1 games I was looking into selling.They offered me 7$ for 2 PS1 games that they were selling in their displays for $24.99. They had 3 copies of 1 of my games and 1 copy of the other already on display in their cabinets, so maybe I just brought in rather popular trade in items.I checked the prices of my own games on ebay prior to driving over to make sure I wasnt going to be ripped off, and I saw them selling for about $15 on ebay, including shipping. I thought I might get offered something closer to $10 for each, but $7 for both was a little surprising.I definitely did not take their offer and spent a while walking around the shop looking at items, but nearly everything I saw that Id be interested in picking up was no less than $50. Im an extremely frugal (okay, cheap) person so its definitely a store I wont be buying from very often, if at all. But I do still plan on going back from time to time just to look around and be reminded of older games (that I can then go online and purchase for half the price or less.)Believe me, I completely understand that the costs of running a brick and mortar store are very different than just listing something online and putting it in the mail. I just think a 400% markup on flipping trades and 200% markup vs competitors is Gamestop-level business tactics, and that store isnt exactly flourishing anymore. Im definitely not a business major, I just wont be surprised if this place survives for less than a year. Which is a major bummer, because it truly is a gem.

Update ! I now only come here as my local game shop normally prices are better than games top for new used product like the new games people trade in. Like all game stores old games dont expect a lot of cash but better than other resellers by a long shot. There warranties are great the level of service and personalities are amazing !
