Good selection of instruments.Great staff, very helpful.Fair prices.Need to put the correct address on the store front. Its a very small house converted into a business. Staff, Harlan, makes it worth finding.
In my opinion Musical Palette is an amazing guitar shop! They always have what Im looking for and at a cheap price! Id rather spend 6.99 on a new set of guitar strings here than 11.99 at Guitar Center! I dont do lessons here, so I dont really know how they are. Ive heard theyre good though. The new owner is really nice. Hes friendly and always teaches me something I never knew about guitars. The piano section is mainly centered around electric pianos, but there pretty decent. The drum section is small, maybe 2 or 3 sets, but still good quality. The Bass Guitar Section is great too! Amazing setup and at a fair price as well. The acoustic guitar section is impressive as well! They dont carry any Taylor or Martin, but still some nice guitars!
Ive been taking piano lessons (from Jacqui) at Musical Pallette now for four years. The quality of their instructors is the very BEST! They offer instrument repair, as well as retail. . . If you need repair on a guitar (or any stringed instrument for that matter) Natalie is an artisan in that respect. Be sure to talk with her! Highly recommended.
Love this store, finally a place where someone will spend the time to walk you through all of your options for guitars and instruments. Very informative. Would highly recommend supporting this local Music Store. Ask for Harlan, he will take great care of you.
Took my 2 week old Epiphone Les Paul custom in for a restring and possible set up. New strings are perfect and adjustments so minor I wasn’t even charged for them. Harlan knows his stuff and is incredibly honest. I honestly hate big corporate stores so I’m very happy to have found a locally owned and operated shop that I will be returning to for all my musical instrument purchases.
Our kids have been taking Violin and Guitar lessons for about two years now. They are happy with their teachers. The staff is happy to deal with scheduling conflicts. Naturally you have to give them prior notice, so they can accommodate their schedules. They also provide pretty good instruments for rental.
Took an electric violin in for repair. Natalie was in constant contact letting me know where she was with repairs. She did a great job on the bridge. Absolutely fantastic place. Great folks.
The guitars are good but not the band instruments. Ive waited for the request for my step up flute but guess what, they keep telling me that the dont have the flute for me. Its been like 8 month and they never got the professional flute. The guitars in stocks are good.
My family loves this place! Our daughter is taking piano lessons, and they have been so helpful in teaching and encouraging her. I highly suggest any parent bringing their kiddos here for music lessons.
Could not have been happier with my experiences with this store. I have been so tired of dealing with the idiots at Guitar Center Arlington. I took my guitar in for a wiring problem. The young lady that worked on my guitar was very knowledgeable and went into detail on what was needed. It was so reasonably priced I added a pro set up that has made this my go to in my current guitar collection. I will be taking my others in for set up as well.
Amazing store with great employees that know instruments well and how to play, they offer great advice. Also have private lesson teachers.
Super helpful and friendly folks. Have so much to offer. Great place to shop local.
Terrific shop. Management willing to work with our special request and rent us high quality instrument.
This place sucks. The guy that works there thinks he can just talk over people while theyre talking. You would think the guy would stfu when someone is going to spend $400 - $500. Bless his heart!!!!
Will return. Sold me a great guitar at a fair price. Theyre helpful and personable.
Great owner and very friendly manager!! Always a pleasure to do business with.
Honestly I dont want to leave a bad review here, but the old owner sold the place. The new owner is a smartass and rude. Not to mention uneducated on guitars.
Love having a place close by to grab strings and accessories. Friendly staff.
Those people are rude, and just dont care. They think they know what there talk about. also they have no clue how to work on guitars. Botched 2 of my PRS guitars completely electoral systems.
Great prices! Theres just sometimes not the best repair service.
Its not a retail giant and they know what they are talking about. I recommend them to everyone.
Friendly staff. Lessons. Medium range equipment but they know their stuff
Always find what Im looking for.
So sad to see this location close 😢
