Generally, I do most of the maintenance on my bike, and Im careful about whom I take it to for things that I dont want to tackle. I find the Guys at Northeast Cycles to be very knowlegable, competent, and capable. They clearly are very experienced Motorcyclists, and they are pleasant to talk to about the subject.They have worked on my bike 2 or 3 times now, and I have been very pleased with the results. They do good work, and their pricing is very reasonable. I will be back.

Excellent local alternative to the dealers. I really appreciate the sound advice from the owner who has helped me in making the right decisions on tires, jackets, helmets, GPS, etc., etc. The service dept did a great job in the repairs and maintenance of my bike. Fair price and a wealth of knowledge.

Best shop in town!! I would not tank my motorcycle to anyone else. Great workers at Northeast Cycles Sales & Services polite, fast, and full of information. I would give them a ten out of five, if I could. They also have outstandingly low prices on bike accessories.

I went in to buy a new shield for my helmet. The manager/sales guy was on the phone on a personal call talking about servicing the air conditioning at his house. I stood two feet from him at the counter for nearly ten minutes. He never got off the phone. He never told me Ill be right with you. He never acknowledged my presence at all and made no attempts to wrap up the phone call.

Ive been going to this shop for 10 years now or around there Larry and Jeremy are great guys and have always treated me great in fact im going there now!!!
