I hired a unit here 7+ years ago and hadn’t been back since. Krystal was incredibly helpful. She safely and securely verified my identity, and then got me the code and helped me with my lock and was happy and joking with me the whole time. The facility was super clean. My unit didn’t have a single spider or dust bunny in it- the climate controlled units are definitely the best I’ve ever seen. I would recommend this place hands down. Super- super excited to share my awesome experiences with everyone that’s looking for any storage spaces 😇❤️ I went in just to check out what they have to offer and with( Susan🤩🌟 & Brett🤩🌟)I ended up signing in for 2 large spaces plus a parking storage spot that I did not have in mind to get right off on the spot but because of their warmth southern super duper family oriented personalities I couldn’t refuse their warm and sweet customer services!!! Yaaay....kudos to Watauga storages for having such sweet employees working there and that can help us all in time of need❤️❤️❤️😇😇

KrystalBaker has always been very sweet and very helpful! My husband and I have had our storage unit for a year now and she always remembers us and is always willing to help! The business itself is very nice and well priced! They make payment options very easy and weve never had a problem! 10/10 would recommended to take care of all of your precious family memories while taking care of you!

This place is highway robbery at its best. They raise your prices for long term customers but keep it lower for new customers and when you call about it they will not match the rates but give you some bs story.

Great customer service. The manager took her time explaining the specs of the different units and gave us pointers on what to put in the climate controlled unit and the non-climate controlled unit. When we vacated the units the manager also made recommendation on the moving company we used. Everything went smoothly during move in and when we moved out. We were only in the units for four months but it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely use Uncle Bob again for future storage needs.

When Uncle Bobs took over for the previous owners of our storage unit, I was a bit nervous. Id always been really happy with company I signed with. But I was impressed - Uncle Bobs was careful not to change anything in the terms of my agreement, or even my gate code! Their website made it easy to manage my account, and everything else stayed the same (friendly staff, clean and secure storage, etc, etc). Id happily recommend them to anyone.

Went in to price shop. They had the best pricing around my area and were well kept. The manager showed me the space and seemed really nice. I will be back in to rent my space soon.

Life Storage has been one of the easiest, most confident storages I’ve ever used! I should know lol I’ve helped my mom enough time over the last 20 years haha The facilities are always super clean and I’ve never had any problems with it being crowded! As a woman, I feel very safe being alone at my unit. Krystal and has been amazing and is always friendly when we speak! ☺️

The units were clean, easily accessible and very secure. The staff was AMAZING to work with. I even forgot to tell them when I moved out of the unit and they caught it before I remembered. Will absolutely use them again if I need storage.

Ive been storing here at the Watauga location for about two years now, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Ive had to make some changes (wanted to get a climate controlled unit, and needed more space), and every time Ive had any kind of an issue, the staff here has been Accommodating, Friendly and Professional. And now, Im getting ready to move units again, and Krystal has once again come to the rescue! Many Thanks to ALL the folks at Watauga Life Storage!

I LIKE THIS PLACE. VERY CLEAN AND EFFICIENT!

The management is horrible. If your a minute late your stuck in no way out. The lady who lives on site is old and will not wake up to let you out. Took us over an hour and several phone calls to get someone to come open the gate. Once we threw some trash away. Just some small bags, they flipped out. Its been the most horrible exsperience ever.
