Beautiful store very clean organized and fully stocked. Had so much to see and shop for. Best Michaels Ive been too.

Always excellent customer service when I go there. Had a few questions about a new product that I wanted to try and the manager helped answer them and helped guide me to the products I would need to go with it. They were even patient when it came down to doing the price matching. It takes some time to do that because they have to verify the price and check it and then price match and for all the items I had to match, they were patient with me. From my experience, I would recommend visiting this store!

Had my grandfathers navy ring cleaned by the jeweler Nick. Did a great job i highly recommend. Will upgrade and have a stone put in in the future by Nick.

I take my daughter, whos 7 there and we both love it. Theres so many different creative products. Excellent for starting your own hobby.

The store is clean and tidy and well stocked. They have VERY helpful associates in the store and they are always straightening the store and help customers, they are very accessible. I sincerely recommend you shop this store.

This is the place you go for everything crafts/art/custom framing/even some things for wedding receptions etc. My best experience was with the framing department. They really were professional and went above and beyond and did a great job on my frame. The prices in the store are a bit high but they usually have some sort of coupon online. The front register staff is okay but not super enthusiastic. I understand that not everyone wants to be ringing a register. But we all have jobs to do and Im a believer in doing the best you can to make a customer feel welcome in your store. That is why I give it 4 stars not 5.

I am so VERY sad that ACMoore is gone. There is never a time I go into Michaels that they have what Im looking for. And not just this location all of them are that way. They are also crazy over priced even with the discounts & coupons.

Extremely disappointed with this Michael’s and staff members! I came in today to complete a last minute project for my business in hope to buy a large shadow box that was 50% off online. I kindly asked if they could honor the same sale in store since it was past 4 pm and online orders were no longer available today. The cashier clerk told me no and suggested I wait until tomorrow to order it online and come back to this same Michael’s again to pick it up. I shop at this Michael’s numerous times a month for my small business and I will NOT be returning. Manager should have communicated this message as possibly made an exception, not the cashier!

The male customer service rep was very helpful making suggestions how to hang a map. He was very helpful.

Lots of inexpensive items and sales! Wish they had a larger inventory along with variety! But overall it was a fun experience for my 2 little girls and myself!

This is one of the best places in the Tri-state area, Unless you go to Maine for seafood.

A sign near the charms declared a 50% off the second item I chose accordingly. At the completion of the sale the cost was over my expected amount and I questioned it. He entertained the idea of me retrieving the sign. I was right about the discount, but the sale was over. He honored the sale price, allowed me to use a coupon too! Crafting during COVID-19 a way cope!

Things arent very easy to locate even after asking staff where to locate an item. Too many items are jammed and crammed into a much to small of an area.

I can understand that because of Covid-19 the usual process has changed. But what I dont understand is, how customer service is such a big failure. I place an order for curbside pickup, and despite getting emails saying the order is being processed I still wait two hours later. Normally I wouldnt I mind, but after calling the store for an idea of how long I could be waiting for I get the just wait for the completion email. Really?... Thats not very useful. So I decided to call the company to figure out how it usually takes but guess what? Dont bother calling the customer service line because itll tell you to go online to their chat system. Only problem is it doesnt work! I spent 15 min just connecting to an agent. Point of this review is if you expect to get anything done in a timely manner dont bother coming to this store or rely on the company for answers.

Michaels in Waterbury is very well organized. There are plenty of cash registers and they are usually very friendly

Although they didnt have a wide selection on candle making supplies, I was able to find a good sale on the Christmas decor. The store was very neet and clean,and I didnt have to wait in line forever!🤗

As Ive stated before I love shopping at Michaels. Always find what Im looking for when Im crafting something. They have great offers, classes, and I love the convenience of buy online, pick up in store.

Its Michaels so of course it is a wonderland of stamps and paints and pens. Another link in a chain of crafters paradises. Im honestly surprised how the staff can memorize where every little thing is, down to which end of the aisle. Lovely people in a lovely store.

Always welcoming, neat and tidy, and aisles labeled clearly. This store almost always has what I need in stock. I gave only 3 stars because the employees are always around to help but dont always have the answers you need. I always go shopping here with a list and a good idea of what I want and need but sometimes an expert is still needed. In my honest opinion, based on my experiences in THIS particular store, a lot of the employees dont seem to have the necessary training and/or skills to be working in an arts and crafts store.

My daughter is into the arts and this store carries all things needed to explore different arts and crafts. We also had her bday party here and it was a blast. They let us bring in food and cake then had a activity planner/ hostess guide the kids through different projects which they all got to take home as favors.

Custom Framing of papyrus came out beautiful. Quality and service were wonderful. But, expensive. Purchased at 50% off. Still pricey but now a keepsake for generations

The employees are always so rude here when I ask for help.! Overall it’s a good store but some of the few employees here don’t really help at all and just end up giving you an attitude when you ask where a location of something is. The other day I was asking about a where a specific paint medium was and she responds with the most rudest attitude, “IF WE DID HAVE IT IT’D BE IN THE PAINT SECTION”.

Dicey location aside...literally in love with this place. I makes my inner gay man all warm and fuzzy. I dont craft or anything, I just go with my wife for HER craft stuff and help her pick stuff out. Love this place. Just either avoid after dark or carry a gun, one of those 2 things.
