The Service Advisor Nick was the man after I bought my car, there was a few minor things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. Even after a month and a half of couple of the parts being backoreder due to CoVid he made sure I was taken care 100% taken care with no additional fees! I would recommend all my friends and family members to buy a car from this dealership they will make sure you are 100% Satisfied!

I needed a new car after my 2002 Honda Accord finally died. I did business with Peter Sell, who was very accommodating when it came to finding the car I wanted. I went in with an interest in a few of the Maximas they had in stock and they let me test drive them, no problem. Peter worked with me on the price and even laid out some other options from their inventory, to help me stay within my budget. I never felt pressured into a car that was out of my budget. You can go in, tell them your budget and they will show you your options, its that simple. They helped me with financing and got me a better interest rate. I was in and out in a few hours, with my new car. If I still live in the area when I purchase my next car I will definitely go back. Their service department is also stellar.

When I picked up my car he noticed a crack in the windshield that must have been covered with a sticker so none of us noticed it. Without a second thought, he made arrangements for a company to come to my house and completely replace the windshield for. He listened to what we were looking for and our price range and showed us cars fitting our needs. They let us take the car to our mechanic for an inspection which other places wouldnt. A decent selection of cars and trucks. Some young people work there. Maybe a little too young. A lot of giggling and joking in your vicinity while youre trying to look at your vehicle. The Manager and staff can be a little condescending and sarcastic. But I commend the Manager for giving the young guys an opportunity to work and learn.I left a $500 deposit to purchase a vehicle on Wednesday. A few cosmetic things needed to be done to the car. A small rip in the rear door panel needed repair, the engine was to be cleaned and a rear sensor cover that was pushed in needed to be pulled out and the car was to be washed. They agreed to accommodate me on these things.Saturday morning I receive a phone call from a Highline representative saying that the car was sold. I thought that was the purpose of leaving a deposit. Poor, poor business etiquette and highly unprofessional. I would not take my business here. Dont let the nice guy bit fool you. For this reason if I could give them zero i would.

I dealt primarily with Charlie Howell and he was great. Communicated with me via email quite a bit and even answered questions I had on a Sunday. I drove to the dealership from out of state and they made the process really easy. I do wish pricing was a bit more flexible but they did come down on price some and to quote Charlie something is better than nothing.Also after purchasing the vehicle I had some questions pertaining to potential vehicle issues and Charlie had one of the mechanics call me back, Dan I believe. He was really nice, informative and helped calm my fears of potential issues.Ultimately I would use them again, seems like a good operation with good employees and a Large inventory, its bigger that I expected.

I called this place to ask them a question you can barely hear them on the phone they mumbled on what they were saying like they didnt want to be there my question was the day except doordash and GrubHub pay stub for a vehicle that I was interested and trading in one of my vehicles as well the first thing that the person said do you have good credit mind you this on the website it says good credit or bad credit they will approve you and then the next thing that came out of that persons mouth all the bank wont accept that did not give me a reason why no communication whatsoever and didnt attempt to help out my needs didnt ask me how much I was making didnt ask me any information or he was not interested and nothing definitely will tell all my important friends not to come to display to even look at a vehicle

Bought a car from them 8 months ago. I have had nothing but issues with a stripped out oil pan, everything on the underside of the car WAY over torque to the point where bolts and threads are stripped. things on the car were not taken care of prior to leaving the dealership that i only caught after driving 6 hours back to new york with no support locally requiring me to drive back if i wanted it fixed. they didnt do research on the car they were selling and i was told it had features or additions that it didnt. also had to file a dispute to get my deposit back they never took off the final priced agreement. i would not recommend this place to anyone

M y husband and I got me a new car a few weeks ago. When they had my car up on the lift they found some other things wrong and fixed those without even batting a eye or asking for more money.I have never heard or seen a dealership that cares so much. Quick and easy process. I was pre approved through Capital one so I came in, met with Pete, he was patient and allowed me to take multiple test drives to make sure it was the truck I wanted and then took care of financing and signed the paperwork. They even stayed an hour later to wrap everything up which was much appreciated.The truck wasn’t safety checked yet, so they had to keep it another day, which wasn’t ideal, but they were very prompt and apologetic and kept in touch with me to make sure it was ready before the close of business the next day which was more than appreciated.Pick up of the vehicle was quick, easy and painless even though they were extremely busy. Great job there.I took away 1 star for the following reasons;1. Although they did the safety check, they didn’t have any paperwork for me as service was closed. Pete told me he would send it to me Monday, and I believe he will, but I would have liked to have that readily available.2. They left me with 40 miles to empty. Every dealership I’ve purchased a car from has always given me a full tank of gas, so I was a little unhappy that I immediately had to put 120 dollars in my tank, I’m not sure if that’s how they do business or it was just looked over3. The truck needs an alignment which should have been done before delivery of the vehicle, I’m choosing to level it and put new tires on so I’ll have to do it anyway. Not a big deal, but worth noting.Overall I’d recommend going to check them out, they have very aggressive pricing and are not pushy at all which is nice in the car industry.

I just bought a car from them a month ago. Even though I was going for a specific car they had a great selection of vehicles. They were busy but everyone was super nice and helpful. I am happy with my purchase. My only issues were that I specifically asked how many banks they would look into since it affects your credit score. For the car I was purchasing I was told only two would possibly finance it - but I ended up with 5 hard credit inquiries - 4 banks and their company. Second the brake light and ABS light went on before I even got home with the car. I knew there could be issues since I bought the car as is but I feel that is a safety issue and it was not a new issue. The light has since gone on and off. Had it looked at and its a 900$ repair for sensor issues. I would still definitely go back to them in the future for another vehicle.

I struggled to find a car in my price range for months until coming here. They have a great selection & fair prices. Most below average market value! I negotiated a few in-house repairs & we worked things out so everyone is happy! How rare is that?? That is really the key here -- they wont stop until you are satisfied. So refreshing! I think if you go to a bigger dealership youll pay several thousand more for the same car - and the only difference we found is better detailing. Save the big money & get your car detailed elsewhere for the best bang for your buck!

Awesome experience they did everything from start to finish. Was able to pick my car up as a surprise for my daughter. They detailed and even helped me unveil the surprise to my newly licensed driver. They were very helpful,kind and didn’t have that used car salesman feel to the dealership. This place is more focused on making quick deals than providing a good customer experience. They had a young tech go with me on a test drive rather than a sales associate and that just felt weird. Now I look at it 3 years later and it’s says FRAME DAMAGE the date was around the time she bought the car, we were not informed about this I guess some things don’t go on car fax until 3 months later just be careful buying a car from here

I purchased a 4Runner this winter through Highline. I worked with Pete through the purchasing of the vehicle and he was wonderful to work with. Pete gets back to you in a timely manner to answer any questions you may have and he is very nice. This spring I had an issue with my AC and I contacted the dealership to let them know. Dan in service had it fixed at no cost to me.

We researched for months on the Internet and drove down from Maine to look at this car. We were expecting to put a down payment and pick up the car later if we liked it. But they were extremely helpful, arranged for our insurance to cover it, and figured out how we could pay for it that day. We were able then to drive it home with a list of charging stations on the way. Salespeople were very low pressure, helpful, personable, and accommodating.

Buying my car from Highline Car Connection was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was like taking a step back in time to the 70s when people actually cared if you got what you wanted in a car and gave you a fair deal. It is a family owned business and it feels like youre a part of the family. They didnt pressure me, they asked lots of questions about what I was looking for and when I found it they let me take as much time to look it over. I took it to my mechanic it checked out fine. Highline had a long history of the car I want with the paperwork. When it came time to talk money they were pretty straight forward and reasonable. I got a fair deal, walked away feeling good about myself and them. They even hand washed it for me and had a little thank you gift. It really was a great experience. I would go back and I do tell everyone.

Purchased a car a month and a few days ago, Ive had issues with the car since getting it, first it was the tires not being correct and having to drive back down from Hartford to have them replaced in Waterbury, then i call expressing my concerns with the breaks on the car and was advised that they are still being broken in, at highway and city speeds the cars front end shakes vigorously, I took a two day trip (approx 300 miles) and on my way back home the transmission and computer on the car started to go, I called the dealership and stated my problem and they said at least Im still able to drive the car. the second and a half week of half the car I bring it to the dealership where all they did was drive the car and not put it on the computer Ethan in service then advised me wed have to keep the car for a couple hundred miles or send it to Acura or you can take it yourself and get it diagnosed, I took the car to Acura in Manchester and was advised that the computer and transmission on the car werent communicating correctly and said issue had been updated, couple days later transmission on car starts to buck again breaks are still shaking car and steering column is making a loud cranking sound, when i called the dealership and advised them of the issues i was still experiencing with the car, the woman over the phone states to me that theyve been having problems with their break vendor but they will try to resolve my issue with the car, i stated i dont want the car anymore since Im within my time to return it i want my deposit back and i will go elsewhere to get a car i called day after day after day waiting for the said owner to call me back but they call me the day after the 30 day limit but i had already contacted capital one and dmv and advised them of these business practices theyve been doing i was then advised by both the DMV and Capital One Finance company to contact dealer to cancel loan and they refused so Im now having this issue escalated with capital one because the car is just simply not safe it shouldnt have to take an irate customer for you to then want to fix something because like i said to him if it was your kid driving the car wouldnt you want them to be safe or get something different especially after having to go through such a TERRIBLE experience. WOULDNT RECOMMEND

Their price was a bit better than the other dealerships (and maybe those other guys would have negotiated to where Highline was, but I like how Highline just gives their best offer right away). Communication was great and almost entirely over email. They are not old school like some dealers and require you to call. Plus, its a small operation, so youre not getting some receptionist who pages your salesperson on the floor, then you have to leave a message, etc. My only complaint was that when I initially went to look at it, the van had been on the lot for over a month and not been cleaned very well. However, this is also a postive as that is probably why it didnt sell. I said I needed it detailed if I was going to buy it, and true to their word, it looked great when I showed up to purchase. Good people, and also very helpful with the process for getting an auto loan and explaining how that works.

Bought a ford mustang gt that i have been looking for, from them. Pete and Lou were so helpful. Pete helped me through everything and they made the process of everything so easy and i was able to take the car the same day!! Pete took an extra mile to help me and i truly appreciate that. Ok dealership. Decent quality trucks and cars. Purchased a 17 ram. Mileage was different from advertisement on carguru. Listed with 9800 miles actual miles at dealer 11,600. I understand test drives and what not happens, but they should be updating adds to reflect true mileage. Owner was decent to work with regarding price. Was not satisfied that both trucks we looked at were identical except for tow hitch, side steps, and bed liner. The truck with these options was priced slightly higher. We opted to go with the truck without those options due to lower mileage and also cleaner overall truck. Prior to driving 5 hours to look at both trucks, the owner agreed depending on what truck we liked he would take the agreed upon price regardless of what truck we picked. He stated they both have been sitting on lot for awhile and he was losing money regardless. After selecting the one without the mentioned options, I inquired to have the tow hitch and side steps swapped over. I was told no because the truck was already posted on line with those options portrayed in the pictures and they would have to take new pictures and repost add. I thought this was ridiculous considering we drove 5 hours to purchase a 35k vehicle and you can’t swap over 500 bucks in accessories on trucks that have been sitting on lot for 3/4 of a year. I feel I got a decent truck but was not blown away by customer service. I would probably not buy another vehicle here mainly because I didn’t feel they truly valued our business or valued us being a future customer.

Purchased a Car from Highline and pulled it off of the lot Under 3 months ago and had a problem with the car because the entire engine collapse due to the transmission mount bolts snapping. while driving after a struggle with the car breaks I managed to successfully stop the car. When I called to inform the dealership I was given an attitude by the Female receptionist and Mike. When said that I was sold a lemon car Mike said There is no such thing as a lemon and then hung up the phone after telling me Good luck and surely after calling back we noticed that the dealership blocked our phone numbers. I was Dismissed by the dealership and was not helped even though under the law I was 100% not at fault. Would hope that no one would have to go through this with such a dealership. We intend to take legal action and have the dealerships license stripped to prevent any others from potential life threatening situations.

I recently changed jobs and had a baby, so I was looking for a newer vehicle that gets good gas mileage and was good for a growing family . After searching for a month, I found the vehicle that I wanted. It was a Chrysler Town and Country . Highline Car Connection had the best price and their vehicle had the lowest mileage . When I called I spoke with Peter . He was a pleasure to deal with . When I went to look at the car it was fully detailed and serviced including new tires, brakes and rotors . Absolutely love this place. This was my first car buying experience.Peter made it a very comfortable and easy for me to understand everything. I had a few concerns with the car I went to check out and they were very fast and efficient on getting these issues fixed before handing the car over to me. Ive had the car for about a month with no issue besides the a.c which they also fixed quickly for me. I would definelty recommend them to others and will be purchasing future cars from here. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy from what I have experienced and read on other reviews.

After having a horrible time looking for a very specific truck at several dealerships (as far as years, mileage, color, make, model and trim), we found one on HCCs website that fit the bill. We spoke with Charlie over the phone and via emails, and after getting the run-around from several other dealerships who were far less than honest, Charlie gave me the deal we agreed upon, in writing, with the final total price and everything itemized. The price was more than fair, and we took a bit of a leap driving 3 hours to get the truck as we live in Upstate NY.

Terrible customer service my second time buying a car from them I was promised a car detail bc the inside was covered in makeup drove an hour for them to argue with me saying it wasn’t like that when I got the car then they called the police saying they didn’t want me back there. Stay away

I had a major accident and totaled my car. I didnt think Id get a loan on my own because I have a very limited credit history and I knew my parents wouldnt co-sign for me (they already did that once). I was afraid to go buy a car on my own but when I went to Highline Car in Waterbury they made me feel comfortable. They didnt pressure me at all. Pete was very helpful getting me into a car that I liked and could afford. They were even able to get me a great interest rate with a local credit union. I was totally surprised and really happy!!!! The car I picked was a 2012 Mazda3 and so far so good.Im so thankful they were able to get me a great car with financing on my own when I really needed it. I have referred all my friends to them.

I bought a 2013 Acura RDX from Highline and it was extremely well priced and in great condition. The salesmen were honest about the car, helpful with the buying process, and answered any question I had about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place as one of the few independent dealerships around that is honest about the quality of their vehicles. Id recommend anyone I know to buy their next vehicle from here.

I purchased a Mercedes in July before purchasing we asked if the tires were decent new so we won’t have to change rt away the sales rep said yes no need to change them so couple days later engine light came on I called Dan that day and he got us in with in a day !!! After wards I asked about the oils change they replied sorry we don’t do that !!! After $120 later for oils change .. WOULD NOT Recommend ANY ONE I Called and ask for the owner then they connect me to the manger. Which was very unprofessional it’s gonna be 1 year on the 24how I purchased a car from them the car has only 45,000 miles and the transmission went so I called to see what they can help me with the manger did ask me if I purchased an extended warranty and I did not and ... How would I know that the transmission was gonna go SMH from the beginning when I purchased the car had problems should of returned the next day poor quality .. I’m looking on the reviews the owner comments but couldn’t come on the phone or message such poor service .. still paying for the car on top of that $4,0000 job.

Michael Bennett assisted me and my husband with shopping for a new used car for our growing family. He instinctively showed us two beautiful cars that were within our budget, a very tough choice lol and offered a test drive and answered all of our questions! he was nice and not pushy at all. He communicated with me over email that following week, as I had to work but I was very excited about the Honda pilot. He was responsive and attentive, sent me forms online and did my credit check, and even gave me a 24 hour heads up when some thing was not going to work out. Saving me money in the end.
